- After Bad Moms, someone with money said, "Let's make another one, only at Christmas," and so they did. We wish they hadn't. Here are the sins of A Bad Moms Christmas.
Next week: Classic musical sins, something special (we hope).
Remember, no movie is without sin. Which movie's sins should we count next?

Amy's opening monologue has all the indicators of someone with severe depression.
I'd love Jeremy to sin "Daddy's Home 2", which is the exact same concept of the protagonists' parents visiting for Christmas, inevitable hijinks ensuing, and also happened to come out in 2017!
Instead of moms it's dads! I never thought bout that. Thanks and hey Trina!
@@rahbeeuh Yes, you're exactly right! Greetings, Rabia, we meet again! 💞
@@trinaq greetings again, Trina! 💞 I'm usually nervous to comment as I don't wanna be an annoyance but it's so great to see ya 'round.
@@rahbeeuh No, not at all, I'm delighted that you commented. It's always a pleasure to interact with folks who've seen my comments around. ♥️
@@trinaq that's a relief and likewise, it's always a pleasure to interact with you and others I come across frequently. Happy holidays 💞
Christine, Susan and Cheryl really DO look like they could be the real life mothers of Mila, Kathryn and Kristen, respectively!
It's called acting
@@Ten_Thousand_Locusts yes, meaning they are all great actors.
i don't think christine baranksi looks like mila kunis' mother at all
@@jamesliggins891 Yeah, not really. Meg's mother should have dark hair, not red. Wait, did my comment just halfway overlap into a different show? Lol 😂
This cast deserves a better movie.
I couldn't have said it better myself. Movies are just shit now.
lol agreed
So many iconic or at least noteworthy actors from across generations. I'm baffled they all agreed to it, but I guess a paycheck's a paycheck.
Apparently it does not
Why?
I am in complete agreement with your statements about The Walking Dead! Glenn and Maggie totally lived happily ever after with their children and season seven never happened!
This movie can have a 1000 sins, but I don’t care. Watched it at the theatre in 2017. My 31 year old cousin was dying from cervical cancer and my mom was dying from ovarian cancer. We laughed so much at this movie. I will always love it.
Garbage
@@TheCrimeNation such a well thought out argument, thank you. 🥴 it must be a dark place in your $h!++y little world to dunk on someone’s memories.
@@baxtersmom279 they removed the comment lmaooo
@@baxtersmom279 Memories of watching hores? Have at it, mz buffalo 🦬.
@@iamcristiannn IAmFreak, don't forget ur spiked heels when at the store... 😂lmaoo
9:23 what, no sin for the "christine baranski shows everyone up decorating the house for christmas" cliche?
"I said happily ever after damn it", I felt that.
6:55 I work in the mall and I can say with 100% certainty that is absolutely what it is like during the holidays
My local mall was utterly desolate this season. I had to twice this year, the first time there was maybe 8 non employees, non Toys for Tots shoppers in the entire mall. The second was the 21st, and still, there were only a handful of people in sight. It was JARRING
@@Celticrose9999 that must be so nice 😂😂
I work at one of the few supermarkets in a fast growing residential area so I feel this in my soul.
How have you not done Scrooged yet? I love it, but there are many sins: California health plates; Lumpy; the fact that Eliot becomes a drunk living in the gutter about an hour after being fired and for no cause and probably has a lawsuit and his wife leaves him before he even gets home; that Frank tells Grace she can't take her son to the doctor because she has to work late, yet she does and he doesn't say a word about it; that Claire chooses Christmas Eve with friends, and a break-up, rather spending it with Frank and the CEO of the network...so many sins!
I would also like to submit my vote for Scrooged. The best movies to sin are ones that are actually good.
Because Scrooged is a good movie.
@@eatatjoes6751 It's a great movie, and it still has sins
Running the ball massage display thing all over your face was the only way to roll to relieve the nutty stress of Christmas.
I haven’t watched the video yet but if it doesn’t start with a “this movie exists (ding)” I will be slightly disappointed
And this is why CinemaSins exists. To slog through complete trash movies so we don't have to, all while making hilarious and punny commentary. ⭐
"Hello, we are CinemaSins, watching it so you don't have too!"
@@slayerdwarfify - and I will be forever grateful for their sacrifice 😆
*WHAT.... THE F**#CK*
If the plot devices in this movie are all so cliche why did my MIL just tell me she would be showing up for Christmas in an hour, two days ahead of schedule >_
1:49 Thank you Jeremy to pointed out this, now every kid dream job is to be a RUclipsr.
As someone who’s 10th Christmas involved me literally finding my own dad dead, I loathe movies being like “your kids will never forgive you if Christmas isn’t perfect” lmao. Just admit you spoiled your children and go.
Wtf? Geez Louise in a honeybun with cheese. That sucks.
My mom found this movie on Netflix and decided to watch it this year for Christmas. I’m in the other room trying to avoid it, lol
Sometimes a movie is just so awful that I can't even watch the CinemaSins video about it all the way through.
I’ve been subscribed for awhile now thank you for making me a little bit smarter when choosing my next movie
the mere fact that you were possibly considering choosing this movie to watch means you're part of the problem
I actually haven’t watched it I mean thank you for making us wiser in not watching this movie and other future movies
How did a film I've never heard of come out 5 years ago.
It was a shitty one...
🤣🤣 You do have a point, me either🤣
Your just living under a rock
U think you've heard of every movie that's come out since u were born or something? Why?
See I knew this came out, fairly certain I watched it with my wife because we like all the actresses involved....but I didn't realize it was 5 years ago and now I feel old!
Mila Kunis is a great actress. She made me believe that she really knows how to cook and clean her own house instead of simply calling the help!
I can't not hear Meg
2 Xboxes, 2 IPhones, and Zombie movie DVD marathon for Christmas? That’s crazy.
I never thought I'd see Johnny Sins be watching Cinemasins
I never thought I'd see Johnny Sins watch Cinemasins.
You can't "be" watching something, and neither can Johnny Sins.
RUclipsCommentSins. You get 1 ;)
All I can think of when I see Christine Baranski is Martha May from Grinch, and it makes this movie so much better 😂
You can imagine you are watching a better movie when you do that.
Top tips :)
Yeah this movie is what it is but Christine Baranski was perfect casting. Absolute gold.
I only watched this while I ate lunch. Thank God I was done eating by the Halfway point...
LET'S MAKE ANOTHER ONE, EXCEPT MAKE IT A CHRISTMAS MOVIE!
If you really look at this movie there are two mothers in actual real life starring in this movie that don't regularly bathe or bathe their children lol
TWO???? who else besides mila 😭
@@nicactus13 Kristen n Zac don't bathe thier children regularly either and take group showers 😬
HE SHOULD DO DADDY'S HOME 2, IT'S BASICALLY THE SAME MOVIE EXCEPT WITH DADS!
Man i dead didnt even know they had a christmas sequel feels dumb crazy to me whaaaa???? 😂😂😂
Oh, it's the Aquaman pilot guy from the Caravan of Garbage video.
It's funny, I could have sworn I saw this movie before (LOVED the first one). But apparently I only watched the first 5 or so minutes or something, because I don't remember anything past Christine Baranski's introduction.
Danny BONADUCE IS HYSTERICAL Jeremy!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Speaking of Easter, the local Kroeger was already setting up their Reese's Peanut Butter Easter Eggs display.
I'll be down in Miami seeing the Packers play the Dolphins. And CinemaSins, I wish you have a merry Christmas.
LOL THE XBOX ROAST!
No one is going to reference how Christine Baranski plays the same character that she did in the Jim Carrey Grinch movie?
also SUSAN SARANDON WAS IN THIS????????
I didn't think flour was so similar to sand until now😉
Not the best feeling when a family member looks at your screen at 12:46
Ngl when it comes to the monologue about how exhausting Christmas is for moms, my mother literally confirmed it’s accuracy😭
Thank u SO much for doing this movie. Honestly one my favorite Christmas movies 😂
My favorite line in this video, "IS NOTHING SACRED, MICKEY?" 🤣😂
Merry Christmas of 2022, Jeremy! 🎄🎁
The inability for Hollywood to cast older women is so insane. For Cheryl Hines to be Kristen Bell's mother, she would have been 15 years old when she gave birth to her.
I know I’m late to this comment, but the mother in the movie said she was 18 when she gave birth, so technically the casting is only 3 years off which is pretty dang close.
@@SarahWolkowitz That's fair, but I feel like in general, American movies always have very young mothers.
This movie is now in my to watch list for Christmas
Is it agatha all along?
Would love to see Everything Everywhere all at Once.. because it’s so genius and also Push with Chris Evans cuz it had so much potential!
LET'S MAKE ANOTHER ONE, ONLY AT CHRISTMAS!
I liked this movie a little more than the first one, it had more funny, chaotic and heartbreaking moments
5:20 - Sarcasm eludes Jeremy again
18:42 there were 11 seasons of The Walking Dead. Series finale was about a month ago. A sad day in my life 😮💨
Interesting how Amy's mom is a tall blonde version of Mila Kunis' character Jackie from That 70s Show.
I just love that Carla falls in love with an exotic dancer.
The Xbox dig lmao
damn, I didn't even know there was a sequel. I really liked the first one, so I'll check this out. Thanks 😀
How was this movie even allowed to be made? I found myself staring at the screen with my jaw hanging in disbelief for at least 2 minutes, and now I am getting a headache from how stupid this all is. Do people in the world really think this is okay? That any of this was funny or even minutely credible?......Wait, I've seen Christmas videos on RUclips. Actually, even those are easier to watch than even this fun review of the movie. You poor man, having to watch this movie completely AND write a review for it. I salute you for your durability and mourn your sanity taking a hit.
Whoever wrote this movie should be fired and get some serious therapy. And whoever put it into production should have their heads examined thoroughly.
Also if you haven’t done it yet you should do tv sins for Zoey’s extraordinary playlist first episode
I’m glad that you guys decided NOT to be Bah Humbugs and sin a Christmas movie this year after all!
The fact that movies like this exist is proof that the total collapse of civilization has already passed the point of no return.
Nice Star Wars reference ani
2:54 AMONGUS?
Happy Holidays to you and the crew!
I saw Love, Actually with my mom the first time and I think we had a good time x)
14:41 cut king fr 😳
Nice callback with the Santa cone.
Great video like usual but small spelling error at 16:55, it's definitive.
If anyone in the comments section was forced to watch this movie I genuinely feel for you. I hope you find release for that trauma
Do they have beers at the mall?
Well,if there's a liquor store in the mall, then yeah. There is.
now Ill be waiting for the cinemasins bingo cards
i can’t believe they dragged sandy cohen into this
8 more sinnings until 1000 movie sin videos!
Happy Holidays, Jeremy!
They used a STAPLE GUN to attach decorations directly to the molding? WHY NO SIN FOR THIS?
Beca
I enjoyed this so much because I just recently watched. I didn't expect much other than what I saw in the first movie but just Christmas themed. Stupid movies like these happen to be very entertaining and takes your mind off alot. It's like watching wedding crashers
Why would she think her daughter has a house boy?
Holy shit. This movie painful, even just to watch it get sinned. So much cringe.
They should just call this "Too Much Information: The Movie".
PBJs? Should try PBJ sandwich cookies. They're fun to make, cute, and delicious!
I was hoping the holiday themed movie they would sin would be a Christmas story. There’s still time I guess but even though it’s a sin to sin that movie I still really would love to see it anyway! Jeremy? You there? 😊
They already sinned A Christmas Story from last year.
My family gets presents IF they tell me what they want and IF I like them. And if they're not happy with the food they're given they're welcome to GTFO. This has been the custom in my family for generations.
I love the opening!
18:42 💀
omg please do moms night out
everytime theres a logo there needs to be 20 sins cmon cinemasins help us out
I say a single sin per second of offending logos!
So 64 sins here on this intro.
Seems legit.
how have I never once even seen an ad, poster, or poorly done commercial about this movie? I say that happily with hindsight though, I had to skip parts I was cringing so hard
I actually enjoyed this movie. But I would have liked if you had done Deck the Halls.
1:51 Oddworld Elum sound effect
Ok, I know the CinemaSins team, or maybe just Jeremy loves Anna Kendrick but to not hear the sin for Mila Kunis not being my wife, hurt. It really hurt me Cinema Sins. lol
They're* all little shoes *ding* 8:15
*shrugs* I liked it. Yeah, it's flawed, but it's still fun as hell.
Movie suggestions:
Nothing to Lose (1997)
Rocketman (2019)
(I've actually already written a sin for Nothing to Lose. There's a scene where Terence [Martin Lawrence] says "White people must have completely different taste buds, man" when eating a piece of sour candy, and Nick Beam [Tim Robbins] responds with "That's a completely racist thing to say." My sin was "Nick Beam would be excellent at CinemaSins.")
That dude has like the same complexion as Mila Kunis.. He would probably have to tell me he was hispanic for me to be sure. Fuck, even this movie's casual racism is lazy.
I don't care what anyone says. This is one of the best comedies ever!
Also you spelled definitive as "difinitive"! 16:55
11:49 because she needs to be the best at everything
Can you guys do "The Town" pretty please
This is a franchise? I never even heard of this movie.
I love Peter Gallagher he was so good in Zoey’s extraordinary playlist
Recently watched the grinch Sina and you missed only one, how in Sam hell dose the grinch heat the cave and how much dose it cost
Now do it again, but with Denee reading the sins
