Even the screws are well tighten to the backplate, are not well tighten to the motherboard, I move the backplate and it´s easy to move, there is a gap of 1mm... I´m also trying to reach Support at CoolerMaster site, with no success, Any suggestions? Thank you so much in advance.
i put the cooler like from 11:09, vertically that logo so the pipes come from the bottom not right , did I put it wrong? most pc have the pipes on the right side not below (is this ok or no? hope wont have issues). and the radiator ofcour its above the cpu on the top side of the Case

I have the same cooler (ML240L but mine wont go through the brakets holes, the cooler touches the processor but won't go through the motherboard screws ? I have mounting the backplate correctly I think (as watching you're video + the manual). But I can tighten only one screw, for the other one, I have to put so much pression that's for me is not normal. I have a asus z690-A prime + socket lga 1700 with 13600 K. Do you have any advice ?

I tried disassembling and reassembling it many times, but the result did not change. Am I making a similar installation mistake to yours? 3pin connector that come from aio connect cpu_fan If you don't have aio_pump connector on motherboard And radiator fans you can connect system_fan connector on motherboard
I have the same liquid cooler, but if I place it expelling air, the temperatures playing wz2 go up to 72 ° I have 2 fans in the front of the case entering air and 1 rear expelling, currently I place the fans of the liquid cooler entering air and the temperatures of the cpu They dropped a little 62/65° while playing and the gpu went up from 55° to 60° and the pc glass gets a little hot! My cpu is Ryzen 5 5600x, any advice to lower those temperatures or change the liquid cooler?
Yes it does. I just bought mine on Amazon and LGA 1700 is included. If you buy in on Amazon, disregard the note that you need to purchase LGA 1700 kit separately. I did and I'm going to return the kit after comparing what's in the box.

@@XcDrifty Sounds good. CoolerMaster is reputable for their AIOs without breaking the bank. I was looking for a sub-$100 240mm cooler and this fit the needs based on research. Had it for about 1.5 months now and so far it's been good (no overclocking). I've been using it for productivity, multi-tabs on chrome, office, and light gaming (Doom Eternal) apps so it's pretty quiet and keeps temp low. Very happy with it so far.

Check master plus software or connect 3pin argb connector on motherboard and try with motherboard rgb software

Bro you have too install same as i do in video. First of all uninstall it and try again same in video best of luck

Ryzen always temp high then intel 60 to 70 temp is normal for that don't worry

hey i have a problem. i use the same cooler but my CPU Temp go up to 55-60°c when play game it up 90°c i change silicone but it look the same.
Reinstall cooler and make sure that you remove plastic from heatsink hopefully it will work

The screws don’t fit
At 8.83 you plug the fan pump into the CPU fan then at 9.01 it's plugged into the CPU opt. Now that says it all.
First aio cable plug cpu_fan. And then radiator fans plug cpu_out
Ya having to try and destory that socket to get it out now
