Looks like the middle fabric is about 2” smaller all the way around then the outside fabric. You could customize the size to your liking, just make sure the center piece is approximately 2” smaller than the outside fabric. Very pretty fabric choices. Thank you for sharing your ideas!
That's absolutely right! I use this same technique with flannels and double gauze fabric to make receiving blankets, but with 4" extra on each side instead of only 2". -Bethany
