How To Paint A Crackle Or Shattered Effect

Hey guys here’s a tutorial on how I painted this crackle effect on this squier esquire tele guitar which I have done a few videos on. Now I know this video isn’t perfect but I hope you guys can take something useful out of it and get creative with your own builds. Like, comment and subscribe for videos like these.

That came out really nice. And why not experiment anyway? You were going to have to redo a lot of the sanding and painting again I think. A matching headstock would have been really cool. And great playing at the end!

I've done crackle 4 or 5 times. I was successful twice though lol. I've also heard that it does well with gloss, but no so much with matte under it
