Create realistic trees for your outdoor scene in Blender.🌲 We will create pine trees, which are also great for scattering around our scene to create a small forest in a few clicks.
This quick workflow uses Blender's built-in Spapling addon, which you may not like...the user interface is not the most intuitive, but it makes up for it with all the features which allow you to make trees quickly without too much effort.

where is the video to render it or texture it?
Is there a way to bake out the full lush branches onto texture planes so we can use that data to make lowpoly trees with texture planes on them as branches. This would make it totally worth the effort of steps for the highpoly tree.

Looks awesome. Alas, this will be too high poly for my game project so I'll just stick to X shaped textures which I put on the branches manually.

Is there any option to use leaves as a planes with alpha channel textures or we should add them manually?
You can set the leaves as rectangles with sizes 0,5 and 1 and just use the texture on it

My rectangles for leaves don't show as ur needles. I don't have a drop down selection that says no object
