- This marks our very first trip to Bucees and we have since been back to several others! If you've never heard of it before, Bucees markets itself as the largest convenience store in the world and it is now our favorite gas station! This particular one was located in Madison, Texas. They have a lot of locations in Texas and a few in nearby states. If you ever come across one in your travels, you NEED to stop and check it out!

It's worth it! We noticed they didn't always have the best gas prices, but we kept coming back for those brisket sandwiches!
