What did you think of Buc-ees or have you though from your own experience?
Bucee’s will give you a sliced brisket sandwich if you ask. I prefer sliced vs chopped brisket. The tacos are plump size which makes them worth paying $5.
We actually went last weekend! A little overwhelming is the right word. I was pretty frustrated by the lack of tables! I also noted that of all those tea and soda flavors, only 4 are sugar free (I had diet Buc-ees.)
I will say, though...beaver nuggets are the BOMB!

I've been to Buc-ee's at least 20 times! It helps when you live less than two miles from the place;) I live near Johnstown, BTW. Jerky is awesome, check out the Bohemian Garlic.
They definitely need more sugar free options, NGL. I do like the diet cola.
For an older man, the best part for me is the clean restrooms with a full-time attendant. Yes, the brisket and bakery sections are great too.

Never been to a Buc-ees, but have wondered what it's all about so thanks for the video! I can't believe you asked for people to send you pictures of the Buc-ees bathing suits. You know that's just asking for it. People are going to send you "Beaver on my beaver!" LOL.

I’ve lived my whole life in the US and I feel like a foreigner watching this. 😂 There is a whole swath of America I know nothing about. The beaver nuggets (and candles!), tortilla wrapped sausage … speechless. And I don’t ever want to see a Buc-ee’s swimsuit in the wild, but look forward to seeing you sporting your Buc-ee’s attire in Vegas!

More non-Las Vegas stuff coming, have San Diego in the queue, editing Washington DC and heading to Nashville this weekend for work. We had done some Denver videos in the beginning and they performed pretty poorly so we haven't for a while, but might have to give it a try again.
Thanks for the Buc-ees tour. Brings back memories when we went on our Major League baseball tour some years back in Texas. We really loved shopping at Buc-ees and filled up our shopping cart with all kinds of goodies to bring home. Thanks again!

We live in Covington Georgia I lost my cousin a year ago in March we went to the Bucees in Calhoun Georgia on or way to Tennessee it was amazing of course the bathroom was just great my husband got brisket Sandwich and I got some praline pecan nuts ❤😊

YES!!! I'm from Texas where bucces originally started. The brisket sandwich and breakfast burritos are a must. Now they're expanding outside of Texas so I hope they don't loose their originality.

Worth a stop even just to use the bathroom on a road trip
Went to Buc-ees two days ago while driving from Jacksonville back to Tampa. Monday night at 9pm wasn't packed which was nice. I got 2 bottled drinks, a sliced brisket sandwich, a key lime pie in a cup and a 20 oz. Buc-ees tumbler all for $30. Not bad, and willing to support a company that pays their employees a decent wage. I like Buc-ees for the shear ridiculousness of it. Try the Texas Tea bottled iced teas, they are excellent and cheap.

Buc-ee's is on my bucket list of things to see and do. There is one planned in a neighboring State, 3-4 hour drive from me. So there will be a road trip one day.

If you ever go again, get the candied pecans, pickled quail eggs, and the ruben sandwich. Also the roast beef sandwich with melted cheese onions and you can add jalapenos if you like spice. So good!

Visiting Texas right now and have been to Buc-ee’s twice already. I’m very impressed with the chopped brisket sandwiches and all the jerky! The clean restrooms are awesome! I was told to try the turkey sandwich, so that is next 😁

Had my first Buc-ees experience a couple of weeks ago in SC. Overwhelming to say the least. Arriving right around noon didn't help matters. Even with all the people, bathrooms were spotless and I was able to walk right up to a register to check out.
Seems like every experience of ours so far.
I wish there was a Buc-ees near me! As much as I liked seeing you guys traverse that place and try some of their goodies, the real star of this video was Gemma. She's adorable and a really good dog. Glad she enjoyed the road trip with her parents ❤️

I make the chicken sauce. It has a mayonnaise base with some hot sauce, honey, two types of bbq sauce, tomato based, and mustard based.

Went in a bucees today and man it was crazy busy. I tried the brisket sandwich. It was ok. I saw a portable fridge cooler at the door for $249 but the fam was in a huge rush so I never caught the brand. I know they carry Yukon and pelican standard coolers and had good prices on those so I thought the fridge was a good deal too.

Buc-ee's is awesome! My first experience was August of 2023 on our way down to Florida. The first things we tried of the hot foods were the chopped brisket sandwich, the tortilla wrapped sausage, the pulled pork sandwich, the chicken sandwich, and some Beaver Chips. In the snacks we tried the OG beaver nuggets as well as the cinnamon and white cheddar ones, the hot cashews, and some cheese cubes. We also tried the Buc-ee's branded raspberry iced tea and lemonade. Im sorry you had a bad experience with the chicken sandwich because our's was incredible. The brisket is 🔥🔥🔥 but my favorite hot food was the sausage on a stick! I dont know how or why but it just works! Haha! They just had the groundbreaking today for the first Ohio location and it's only 2.5 hours from where we live. Tentative opening is December of next year and I can't freaking wait!!! I'm a Buc-eeholic for life!!!

You missed out on the Philly cheesesteak burrito. It was definitely one of my favorites. Our cashier told us to try beaver twists (bugels dipped in chocolate), but they were sold out when we stopped. Great video!

Nice and fair report. There are many better values in other roadside stops but definitely not the merchandising. Better bbq as well. My guess is that you live in Cheyenne. While different in concept Little America is not your typical truck stop. How about a food tour of Cheyenne Frontier Days? (if you haven’t done a video already). Gas prices-lived in Colorado over 40 years. In my travels I would always fill up in Cheyenne because it was cheaper than anywhere In Colorado.
Good call! Yea we need to do a good tour at CFD one of these days. We are season pass holders for the concerts and PBR so we tend to be at the park at least 7 of the 10 days 🤣

while I haven't been to a Buc-ees, I did order the Beaver Nuggets, and after eating them for a while, they reminded me of a very crunchy waffle with syrup and a hint of butter, there is also a pun to be made about a beaver on bikini bottoms where the beaver meets the beaver

Next time you go make sure you order your food from the kiosk rather the grab and go, there you can add pickles, onions, jalapeños, and other condiments on your sandwiches/tacos. If they don’t have what you want in the kiosk just ask for pickles at the brisket board.

I've said for years they should build a Buc-ees between Primm and Jean along the _California Corridor_ near where the secondary airport is going to be built.
Really, one down on the North end of the strip would be beneficial too and help draw traffic down there.

You should have tried the Turkey sandwich. And they have a sausage on a stick wrapped in a tortilla. Both are yummy.

Buc-ees headquarters is just south of Houston Texas in Lake Jackson Texas. Houston Texas has the most locations of any metro area with 18 locations. Food is good but overall things are kinda pricey but cheap drinks,Ice,And clean restrooms go a very long way!

For those that aren't aware, Buc-ees isn't REALLY as big as people think in regards to merchandise / food. If you enter via the middle entrance, the right half of the store is basically a mirror of the left half. The same products are on each side.
We noticed that with the beef jerky walls, although it still is quite a bit (by a long shot) bigger than the typical convenience store.
When you walk in you’ll have food in middle and food in the right while the left is clothing and gift stuff. Not sure why you say it’s mirrored. There re no gifts or clothing to the right.
Did you guys buy some kolaches as well?
We tried, but they stop selling them at 11a and Rachael was at the counter right at 11 and they wouldn’t sell her any.

When I go I love the beast burrito they have it has everything in it but if I don’t want anything that big I go for the rhino taco and the California wrap is my lunch favorite and I prefer cinnamon beaver nuggets and the big sweet tea

It’s perfectly placed for us if we ever want to stop in on our way to the airport or on the way home
On a recent birthday trip in March from Phoenix to Austin, San Antonio, and down to Houston, my wife and I visited Buc-ee's 6 times at 5 different locations (that's one location twice) on purpose. My favorite new Buc-ee's merchandise is my 6 foot Buc-ee inflatable with his interchangeable banner stating "Party Time." He has already been a part of multiple celebrations!
