I came across your channel because of peroneal tendonitis. I love running and jumping and moving some to side. Well I had to cut that out for a while and I found you looking for a chair workout. I absolutely fell for the channel and all those strength/weighted workouts, which I was never much of a fan of. My arms have never looked this good and I have you to thank! ♥️

I know many people like the no repeats and I do too however, I am a repeat gal! i like to do the exercise at least three times circuit style so that i can actually do t he exercise better each time and go up in the weight .This definitely got the heart rate up there ! thank you !

Did this whole workout today! So fast and sweaty! Thanks for coming up with different exercises all the time. Looking forward to the band workout too! As a side, listening to you as we did the cool down stretches, i too broke both of my wrists at the same time doing a stupid workout move. I’m grateful that I was able to have surgery on both and for the most part both work great. Thanks again for continuing to do these videos as I look forward to seeing what is next!

I saved this workout to do on Thanksgiving, and it was awesome! Usually I'm not a fan of no-repeat, but I liked this one 👍😀. I had to modify some moves, due to struggling with chronic pain/mobility issues in hips and right shoulder, but today was a better day for me, and I was able to get in a great workout! 🔥🦵💪😁. Thank you Tracy, for always putting together these fantastic workouts for us 🙏💖
Love this format - cardio, strength, cardio, strength, ..... I have a time to catch my breath . And no repeat I also love. And 60 minutes - it's my fav time. And you showing modification - sometimes I need them. I have one ask - could you put in the corner preview of next move? After being at my moms for the holiday and not having weights, just running and no equipment work outs, this was a good way to ease myself into the weights.
