it's pretty simple: if Diavolo removes himself from actions, he himself does without timeskip, then the result of said actions will still occur.
example: if he would throw a rock without King Crimson, but would use his stand, before throwing the rock, then the rock would still be thrown, regardless.
he just impaled Narancia on the railings but removed himself from the fated-to-happen action with time-skip beforehand, for cover-up. even without Diavolo being present, this is still fated to happen.
imagine it like an animation, where one of the animated characters removes himself from the scene for 10 seconds. everything else will remain animated the same way, as if the character never left the place.
it also helps to understand that fate in JoJo, isn't just some abstract concept but a real, observable force.
Online game lag
King crimson is easy to explain he can just skip time. In other words just call it Lagging
It's ability is actually pretty much that. I'll give an explaination:
It basically causes 2 Diavolos to exist simultaneously, which i will call skipDiavolo and fateDiavolo, respectively. When the skip starts, everything that would have happened without using timeskip happens, including everything fateDiavolo would have done (like murdering Naranchia in Giorno's body for example) had he not used the ability. Meanwhile, skipDiavolo is free to walk around unimpeded by the fate during the skip, but anything he does doesn't affect the world at all during the skip.
When the skip ends, 3 things happen at once:
fateDiavolo ceases to exist,
skipDiavolo becomes just regular Diavolo and manifests in reality again and
everyone (in a certain radius and also except for Diavolo, formerly skipDiavolo) forgets anything that happened during the skip.
So yeah, NoClipping fate is a pretty good description.

God, I love the execution on the “is Trish” joke. You’ve got the first time as a set up, the second time as an immediate payoff that primes you for the running joke, the third for the rule of three and seeming punchline that calls back directly to the actual scene, and the fourth as the unexpected brick joke that nails the landing.
Fucking beautifully done.

I haven't seen a single person point out how at 4:16, owa daim is the name of the monk in the shrine in BOTW which gives you the stasis rune (shown a few seconds later). Honestly its understandable that nobody pointed it out because its such a specific and tiny thing that even people who COULD point it out probably wouldn't have noticed.

deej Diavolo killed Bruno when he tried to kidnap Trish but Bruno got healed fast enough by Giorno for Bruno to still control his body. Through sheer will to defeat Diavolo, Bruno’s spirit did not go to heaven, and he could still control his body, but his body was basically being puppeted by his soul. A reanimated corpse. He could talk and fight and see but he couldn’t feel pain and he was legally dead enough to not be effected by Green Day’s mold that kills living things. And by time he finished fighting Secco, he lost his sight and hearing.

*If anyone ever wondered what the gold orbs were about:*
Stands are projected by their user’s soul/mind, but Chariot Requiem no longer had a user; so it was a dark emptiness made visible by the light of everyone else’s souls/minds (gold orbs) instead.
To kill Chariot you have to destroy what is projecting it, which is yourself. Diavolo only *damaged* his orb enough to grab the arrow, while Bruno 100% *destroyed* his and fully killed Chariot.
This calls back to what Abacchio’s partner said, shortcuts = lose the truth. Diavolo always takes the easy way out (King Crimson), while Bruno and his gang always do it right. It was painful, but in the end they were rewarded for it. The ones who had the *~resolve~* to accept fate (instead of resist it) won.
I love part 5’s writing so much

And if you were gonna add a whole flashback arc, I feel like this is a very bad place in the story to do this.
The fact that the sentence “Little did they know, a small man was hiding inside Mista’s hat, and stopped the bullets” is actually cannon points out how absurd this show is
I thought you would have considered that proven after "Villain defeating himself by teleporting a plant pot straight into his face" or torture dance. Or maybe even after "Cowboy villain accidentally shoots himself in the head via goofy long Mario pipe".
