I collected a Loblolly Pine For Bonsai - Then Again 4 Year Later

- This is how I randomly collected a loblolly pine - tortured it, err, made it a bonsai. Then, left it alone for 4 years and recollected it. At some point I remove a large branch but I can't remember when I did that. This is a quick video about just the repotting process - later down the road I'll cover a video about the structure and the style of this pine.

I simply do Bonsai in parallel with my busy life as a way to relax and connect to nature. I approach bonsai with a very simple approach, simple tools, and just start working.
More updates to come, and thank you for watching.

Impressive in just 4 years!
it would throw a 2nd flush a growth all on it's own - might be cause I fed it so much
Here I am doing 80 days later....
That's some epic planning on your part!
I'm surprised how thick it got!
Bonsai is definitely a game of patience - but I don't always have it, or the time. I fed like a mad man and it grew really fast!
@@givetanks It's always time! Boy can I feel ya!

Looks good!
Thank you!
Insane dude! What an awesome vid 😁😎 one question, did you take the wire off at all or let the trunk swallow it? Thanks 😊💚
Thank you! And I took it off as soon as it started to bite in
Did you cut off the curly q?
It grew so fast that it fused into a bulge instead of a twist. Pretty crazy and it'll be covered in the next video about it
@@givetanks
You might be the first to discover that as a trunk thickening trick. Say that ten times fast.
@@joem2745I tried 🤣 didn't go well
