How do u know if they say follow to city centre how do u know it’s like Whittlesey then so and so to get to city centre does it not show city centre all way through on signs ?

You will be asked to follow a series of directions. On this particular route the independent part starts with following City Centre direction. You need to read the signs as you approach to a roundabout or a junction and position/signal accordingly.
