    Thank you very much for doing the research 🙏❤️ No matter how much we wish we had all-knowing-gurus and we hate it when their teachings are wrong, facts need to be double checked with couriosity and without bias.

    I don't take coffee. I've never understood the need of so many people to get a boost from it. Whether to function early in the day or to work out.

      It’s not always a “need”, as such, but it can be helpful. The improvements in physical and mental performance are well documented.

    The problem I have with “waiting to have caffeine” or exercise, even HIIT in the morning l, will screw up the rest do my day. I rarely have time to “wait” in the morning, and I don't even have kids. This is a very interesting theory though, but thank goodness it's false. :)
