Glad to see you and your brother were able to get the display unit sorted, it looks great! I've found collecting so much more enjoyable since I've been able to display my collection, it's nice to see the progress.
@@ScottCrusher It's definitely more enjoyable when you're able to display your collection, and be able to look at it. The collecting bug has definitely got ahold of me!
That shelf turned out fantastic, and lots of room to grow...Hey, thanks for the shout out a couple of vlogs ago.. keep forgetting to say that..look forward to the adventure!
@@benbrooks5273 Yeah, I liked how it turned out. I can't wait to see it completely full! No need to thank me, you were the genius who came up with the name!
Collection is growing. I remember trying to do something similar in the early 00s. It was fun, and not as expensive as it is now especially with NES. Will you try to score a boxed Nightmare on Elm street NES?
It's a start. Really, you don't need everything. There's only so much space in the world and there's a huge gaming universe out there so you collect what you want and you'll play. And contrary to popular belief, there's more out there than just Nintendo. "Oh, are playing Nintendo?" (While you're playing Twisted Metal....) Not in my household, it was "Oh. You're playing SEGA" while you're really playing Metal Gear Solid. For a while it was "Oh, you're playing Xbox" while you were really playing Splinter Cell on GameCube but, as Xbox have progressively treated their consumers more like numbers, idiots, picking their pockets clean during poor economic times, you'd think they were the ones about to lose their home and be evicted..... Oh wait, that was their winter home in Texas, they still have their Redmond home, their New Hampshire getaway..... Seriously, executives....... But, there is a vast world and diversity of games from many other. Today, it is PlayStation. "Oh, you're playing PlayStation" while you're playing Astro Bot.... Wait..... HEY! THEY WERE RIGHT! THEY DIDNT THINK IT WAS MARIO, IT IS PLAYSTATION, YES! Seriously, though. It's a good start, man. It's a challenging and rocky road ahead of ya but, it'll be fun, best of luck to ya
The shelves look very nice there. You're off to a good start!
Very cool collection. Everything displays so awesome on the bookshelf.
@@Ern5183 Thank you! I really like how it turned out. So many more games left to get my hands on!

Truly an era in gaming that is once in a lifetime.
Indeed it was.

Yeah, it's a lot more expensive now, unfortunately. If I can find a boxed Nightmare on Elm Street for a decent price, I'll try to get my hands on it.
NICE! I slowed down collecting but after watching this I'm inspired again. Damn there goes my wallet Lol
@@kingp05 oh yeah, that wallet is about to be gone lol!

Wrong. There is only Nintendo. I’ve never even heard of those others
