If you've been to NYC, you would know that the delivery guys on e-bikes and scooters are the ones ruining the peace.
Its because they're so many migrants that can't work any other job pay other people to sign up for them. It's running the delivery economy too. No one is talking about it though. They even let them have unregistered mopeds. Sad people from other states want to come to NYC and deliver on the side to afford the city but every app is waitlisted. The apps should be forced to do periodic checks to verify the person who is signed is actually doing the delivery. @@stelity

.......And NYC try to regulate E bike, caused of battery. So, what they have to do? Take the bike to their apartment and make the neighbor call to the fire department or police, or just park the bike outside and make somebody to take it? Good Job NYC to make someone's bike to EVERYBODY's bike.
