- Two elderly women were punched in separate attacks within hours of each other on the Upper West Side last Friday, police said. FOX 5 NY’s Kendall Green has more on the incidents and what is being done to protect some of the city’s most vulnerable.

Why are these only misdemeanors, when the elderly are punched that hard, they can be critically injured or die. These should be felonies. Thanks again to the pro criminal NY State Legislature.
