  • Yaki Soba is an incredibly easy and rewarding quick meal anyone can make at home. You'll need the basics which can be found in your local asian market usually in the frozen or cooler refrigerators. Nowadays, everything comes with the seasoning you're supposed to use so don't miss out on this great opportunity to use it and even add a touch of your own favorite season. In this recipe, we added pork; feel free to make it with shrimp, beef or just with vegetables.
    If you'd like to add an additional kick, add a little soy sauce to the sides of the cooking pan while it's hot; this will bring out an extra layer of flavor to your dish.
    Enjoy and let us know how your Yaki Soba turned out!

    Little known fact that is chef Hiroyuki's actually cutting speed. He normally just slows it down for the camera but this time he had a lot of cutting to do so he focused and went into super cutting speed mode. lol

    very honest and humble. not afraid answer truthfully when asked if there was anything he cooked that he didn't like. 😊 i like that honesty and I am liking the yakisoba. looks very easy to make and looks delicious as well. I noticed he didn't put in alot of spices. Good, because sometimes the food gets overwhelmed with spices, it takes away the taste of the real food. I love that it was done in a minimal proportion. thank you for sharing. 😊👍

    Outstanding. Yaki Soba, is my overall favorite Japanese dish.
    I first experienced Yaki Soba in the US Army. We were fed it allot and I would go back for seconds and thirds. That's how much I appreciate and like it.
    Yaki Soba is somewhat similar, to the Italian dish; Spaghetti Bolognese.
    What I found is I like to eat the style I make of Yaki Soba with Ponzu Sauce.
    Way to go Mr. Hiro. Please. Keep up the good work!

    I had yakisoba for the first time from a container the sauce was a liquid that was so good. So when I saw the same packet the Chef used I had to get it and try. As you can see the flavoring was a powder which I didn't care for so I'm making yakisoba for dinner tonight and I'll be trying to make my own sauce. It's making me hungry watching all these cooking channels

  • @JagdPanther101
    @JagdPanther101 5 лет назад

    That looks so amazingly good. I'm kinda glad that the yakisoba I make doesn't differ that much from his in terms of ingredients, except for the yakisoba seasoning. Mine is a liquid instead of dry and is made from 2 kinds of soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, sake, rice vinegar, ketchup, and ground ginger. Also, I prefer a smaller cut on the vegetables. Cutting them up takes forever, but it's worth it. Makes everything so delicate. I could never make yakisoba at the speed of required of a restaurant and certainly not a Japanese festival (at which yakisoba is extremely common), but I like to think it turns out pretty darn good given the time and effort put in.
