Yaki Soba - DIY At Home Series
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 13 фев 2016
- Yaki Soba is an incredibly easy and rewarding quick meal anyone can make at home. You'll need the basics which can be found in your local asian market usually in the frozen or cooler refrigerators. Nowadays, everything comes with the seasoning you're supposed to use so don't miss out on this great opportunity to use it and even add a touch of your own favorite season. In this recipe, we added pork; feel free to make it with shrimp, beef or just with vegetables.
If you'd like to add an additional kick, add a little soy sauce to the sides of the cooking pan while it's hot; this will bring out an extra layer of flavor to your dish.
Enjoy and let us know how your Yaki Soba turned out!

WoW such night many sushi

Little known fact that is chef Hiroyuki's actually cutting speed. He normally just slows it down for the camera but this time he had a lot of cutting to do so he focused and went into super cutting speed mode. lol
+ShockwaveITB Instructions unclear, now have no hand.
hahah
Super speeeed mode
I actually really enjoy watching chef hiro's prep in normal speed. There's no reason to speed it up, it's part of the fun of watching a craftsman at work!
I love Chef Hiro's attention to detail, how he slices everything fast and evenly, yet with care and skill ... How he wipes the surface each time, and keeps organised whilst cooking. Really like it. !
Keep the videos coming :-)
I've finally watched all of your episodes. I truly enjoyed them and started cooking Japanese/Chinese more often. Keep the videos coming, looking forward for them.
please consider doing more DIY videos. It makes so much fun watching these and recooking them at home! thank you so much!
Hiro is a Chef God! I love watching him work!
very honest and humble. not afraid answer truthfully when asked if there was anything he cooked that he didn't like. 😊 i like that honesty and I am liking the yakisoba. looks very easy to make and looks delicious as well. I noticed he didn't put in alot of spices. Good, because sometimes the food gets overwhelmed with spices, it takes away the taste of the real food. I love that it was done in a minimal proportion. thank you for sharing. 😊👍
Hiroyuki Terada, thank you very much for your time and knowledge sir! I really enjoy your work shown in these videos. I see you cooking and it inspires me physically and spiritually, your skills are very prevalent and seem effortless, you are definitely a master in life!

Outstanding. Yaki Soba, is my overall favorite Japanese dish.
I first experienced Yaki Soba in the US Army. We were fed it allot and I would go back for seconds and thirds. That's how much I appreciate and like it.
Yaki Soba is somewhat similar, to the Italian dish; Spaghetti Bolognese.
What I found is I like to eat the style I make of Yaki Soba with Ponzu Sauce.
Way to go Mr. Hiro. Please. Keep up the good work!

+Hiroyuki Terada - Diaries of a Master Sushi Chef muy bueno
Wonderfully done Mr. Terada.
This looks awesome! I’ll be trying this one.
Such a quick and convenient dish. I make Yakisoba every Monday night - as Monday is the day that I am too tired to cook a big meal. It takes me 10 minutes, and means that I get enough vegetables in my diet also. I really recommend this!
Es carne ?
Hiro, I made a huge sushi chicken roll with string veggies, cucumber, and cream cheese... my kids and I loved it... been making my own Philadelphia rolls at home! so good, thanks for the inspiration!! Keep going! Love the videos!!!!!!

I think it's about time I bought a wok... Thank you guys, I love watching your videos. :)
My pleasure! I will keep watching as long as you put out new content. Cheers!
I had yakisoba for the first time from a container the sauce was a liquid that was so good. So when I saw the same packet the Chef used I had to get it and try. As you can see the flavoring was a powder which I didn't care for so I'm making yakisoba for dinner tonight and I'll be trying to make my own sauce. It's making me hungry watching all these cooking channels
i love the way you cook..
so yummy ....
greetings from Greece
Hiro is my hero.
No, you're my hero
+Hiroyuki Terada - Diaries of a Master Sushi Chef Hiro do you have any tips on the seasoning? Which spices can you use to mix up a good seasoning yourself? Also did you have any oil in the wok before you gave the pork into it? And do you know a good book on noodlemaking? I would love to make the yaki soba completely by myself. Thank you already
The best dishes chef bravo!
this looks so freaking good!!!
this Japanese man I think he's a good man and I love the way he cook it look nice and good
Love it!
I like this version the best. They way he cuts the vegt makes it easy to cook.I like to add bonito flakes and sea weed at the end.
great moves hiroyuki terada.
I must try this. thank you so much for sharing. it look so goood !!!!
Mmmm beautiful simply beautiful! I'm going to try this one! thank you for letting me know my favorite dish is so easy to make. :)
Sure will!
Dear Hiroyuki san. You always makes me hungry 😭😭😭
That looks so amazingly good. I'm kinda glad that the yakisoba I make doesn't differ that much from his in terms of ingredients, except for the yakisoba seasoning. Mine is a liquid instead of dry and is made from 2 kinds of soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, sake, rice vinegar, ketchup, and ground ginger. Also, I prefer a smaller cut on the vegetables. Cutting them up takes forever, but it's worth it. Makes everything so delicate. I could never make yakisoba at the speed of required of a restaurant and certainly not a Japanese festival (at which yakisoba is extremely common), but I like to think it turns out pretty darn good given the time and effort put in.
Ahh So.
love your presentation on yaki soba... please continue to post your recipes and I will try them and share with family and friends... your sushi lovers fan from Mililani Mauka, Hawaii --Mahalo and Aloha
