    Add a Texture Coordinate node and feed its Object output to the Vector input of the Noise Texture node to avoid the texture stretching on 3D objects. (Here I am advising you even though I started using Blender a month ago thanks to you among other great people in the Blender community :)

    May i ask how to do 3d and 2d animation in one? For example model is 3d but we do animated lip syn mouth 2d hand draw(grease pencil), is that possible? I search for tutorial on youtube but cant find it.

    • @TheRoyalSkies
      @TheRoyalSkies  4 года назад +1

      Sure, you're the first person to ask for that. I'm currently working on finishing the fundamental series right now. But, once we get through that, I'll be more open for requests :)

    Hey, just found out about your awesome tutorials. I was wondering if you have some info on customizing rigify rigs. I looked through your videos and there's a lot of stuff about it, but not a specific thing I'm looking for. I want to add controls for bones that are driven by a bezier curve, but I can't figure out how to make it work in pose mode. Do you think you might have any insights or perhaps planning a video about it?

    • @TheRoyalSkies
      @TheRoyalSkies  4 года назад +1

      Thank you and welcome to the channel Gustavo.
      I haven't made any rigify videos yet, but it's been a highly requested topic. After we get through the Blender fundamentals, I do have plans to cover that area. At the moment though, I don't have any content on it unfortunately :(

    So im wondering, which is heavier.. Procedural Texture or Image Texture???

    • @joethorpe109
      @joethorpe109 4 года назад +2

      The ton of feathers is heavier.

    • @TheRoyalSkies
      @TheRoyalSkies  4 года назад +3

      The Procedural Textures are definitely heavier on your computer. Blender will sometimes crash if you have too many procedural things going on. But, it rarely does that when you're only using images.

    • @AdarPor
      @AdarPor 4 года назад +1

      I see...
      But can i export procedural texture into Image Texture?

    • @udese730
      @udese730 4 года назад

      @@AdarPor of course: docs(dot)blender(dot)org/manual/en/latest/render/cycles/baking(dot)html
      editt: you obviously need to replace the (dot)s with .

    • @trelligan42
      @trelligan42 4 года назад

      Procedural textures are a heavier computational load, but image textures take up RAM.
      If you're running out of GPU RAM in your renders, it might help to replace a few large textures with procedural versions. Longer renders, but possible.

    • @TheRoyalSkies

      Yes, from here, you would bake these maps into a normal image file, and drag those images into your 3D engine like standard textures :)
