I got sbd xl size about 3 weeks ago. They were ok on day 1. After about 4 maybe 5 sessions they grew in size and become useless. I sent them back to sbd. Got cerberus elbow sleeves last week and they're absolutely blew my mind. Quality is better and fitment a lot better. Over all i think that cerberus make better stuff than sbd 💪🏻🔥
Having not used the others I wouldn't be able to give a good analysis, and sadly cannot afford to buy the others at this stage as I don't make money off the videos, but if in the future I am able to I definitely will!
I have the Gangsta Knee Sleeves by Mark Bell. They have been great, but sadly, after 1 year 3 months the sleeves have started separating from the sides. Definitely still provides more compression than regular 7mm but not as much as when didn't start separating from the sides. Would love to try another brand, but don't want to spend $70+ elsewhere and be disappointed.
I have had these Cerberus ones for nearly 2 years now and they are still essentially good as new, no fraying or tearing at all. Very impressed and would recommend, I use them multiple times a week too so not from lack of use
How are these to get off? I just got the cerberus comp sleeves, got them on pretty decently, but took me and 2 other people to take them off(didnt size down. Actually went the higher side of the 2 sizes i was between)
I can't remember what they were at the time honestly as it was a while ago, but my biceps are now 45cm and they still fit me fine so you should be okay I think, the tighter the better with elbow sleeves
Also btw would you say you noticed any strength increase in your pressing movements with the elbow sleeves? My old ones are from Rehband but I feel like if anything they made me weaker on bench lol @@TobyLifely
i have both the triple ply and Dual ply for Dual ply i use L in elbow and 2XL for triple pLY havent got the Extreme ELBOW YET might go for it next year cheers

Fold them in from top and bottom, pull up from the bottom.and then unfold, iv found that the easiest way to get them on

I personally haven't had any issue apart from when I'm super super sweaty and slip when pulling them, otherwise never had to try too hard

What size did you measure your biceps to buy XL ? I measured mine at 41cm without a pump and ordered XL too. Not sure if I should've sized up

They help me, not necessarily for strength reasons but they keep my joints warm and prevent my elbows giving me jip with tendonitis and such
what size are they??
I have got XL on the elbows and XXL on the legs - they have multiple sizes and a sizing chart on the site
