Yup - shilling airsoft products. RUclips is full of endless lame 'reviews' - seems to be the case for all markets. Saying that, if CYMA want to give me £10K to say something they make is good I likely would!
HI, just quick info next time when you open the "slide" just be sure you are putting it back in semi mode, if it is switched in full auto it can bend the lever and you will be stuck with full auto. You will have to dissaseble the gun and bend it back. Just quick tip from someone with same gun . ( I had to learn it the hard way ) :-D
So, I just got this little gun. My girlfriend bought it for me. They apparently made a newer mosfet for this, and its pretty decent in terms of its semi auto trigger response. And I put my ssx supressor with rage custom foam on it, and it is really noticably quieter. This might not be a competition gun. But I can't wait to use it in back yard wars! I have high end guns mind you. And I'm an amateur tech. I love this gun because it gives you allot without forcing you to invest allot into it. Like my ssx 23 fully built is literally almost as expensive as my AEG. And the more you put into it, the more you want to get that level of fun energy back for your investment. Thats the beauty of this gun. It gives you what you need for $120. Mags are cheap. No gas. Plug it in like a cell phone. This is the boost mobile phone of airsoft.
Some Things I Would Like to Add and Revise One Year After This Video Was Released: I personallly would say that it is an amazing deal for its price, much bettter than "okay" It comes in a nice, cardboard box with fitted styrofoam pieces for each detail of the gun I personally had no issue with a missing cross pin, this could be an early development issue It looks great, the design has not changed much besides small intricate details There is little to no room for the battery to fit, sometimes I worry I will break it by forcing it in The metal slide does not cock back obviously, im not sure why some people expected that The grips plastic could definitely be improved but I personally think they work just fine The tip is orange but it comes with a black thread protector, you can buy suppressors & tracers I personally believe the gun is far stronger than 200 FPS The Fiber Optic Sight is genuine Of course the metal is thin, that is the guns dynamc! The 7.4V batteries are still inluded and not much improved The connector for the gun and battery are still difficult to use Again, tight barrel with small space for battery is a huge issue Please refrain from putting the slide back on the gun while leaving it in full auto The mag release is the same, but extended mags (available on the Novritsch website) do not slide out as nicely I suggest an extendo mag I have no idea what you mean when you describe the gun as "anemic" I still believe the gun exceeds 200 FPS by a decent amount The gun is made for .2 and .25 6MM bb's, I tested .12 to see the result, did not work Comparing the SSE to the Marui is completely unfair, they are made for diferent qualities and price ranges SSE has a nice hop up unit underneath the slide I personally use the SSE out of the box, no customizations, but by all means I do sugggest customizing it The pistol now sounds much cleaner while firing but stilll could be better If you read through the guns description and watch the offiicial trailer for it than it will reach expectations I strongly recommend the SSE18, but if using on the field I also suggest upgrading Novritsch did an amazing job with this pistol, they also upgraded some small, not very noticeable things about it since its release The price of the pistol has gone up around 20 USD, and the extendo mags are very expensive, but I still suggest both I would love to see your upgraded version of the pisto as well as gameplay videos with it! They actually went for bushings on the SSe18 over bearings, apparently for durability. Sounds like cheapo copout to me, just sell spares for goodness sake and all is well without losing performance.
Like any electric airsoft gun it depends on how many rounds you fire. I have never depleted the 1000mAh battery in my USP having put several hundred rounds through it in a game day - in fact it hardly made a dent in the capacity. Unless you are using it as primary I think the standard 550mAh battery that comes with it would easily last you a day - and no doubt half a day. My recommendation would be for the 350mAh batteries I have upgraded to would be to get two and swap halfway through the day. Check back to the channel in a few days - I'm doing a follow up video to cover the upgrades I've done.
There is big issue with the gun. Doesnt work in cold weather. When the replica is cold the gearbox cant even push out a BB cycle at all. it just gives like a dying engine sound.
the video is certainly helpful, but to compare a cheap vs expensive sidearm quality, theres gonna be an obvious difference. also, i highly believe stuff even 15 years ago was made of far higher quality than today. in EVERYTHING.

I personally had no issue with a missing cross pin, this could be an early development issue
It looks great, the design has not changed much besides small intricate details
There is little to no room for the battery to fit, sometimes I worry I will break it by forcing it in
The metal slide does not cock back obviously, im not sure why some people expected that
The grips plastic could definitely be improved but I personally think they work just fine

The Fiber Optic Sight is genuine

The connector for the gun and battery are still difficult to use
Again, tight barrel with small space for battery is a huge issue
Please refrain from putting the slide back on the gun while leaving it in full auto
The mag release is the same, but extended mags (available on the Novritsch website) do not slide out as nicely
I suggest an extendo mag
I have no idea what you mean when you describe the gun as "anemic"
I still believe the gun exceeds 200 FPS by a decent amount
The gun is made for .2 and .25 6MM bb's, I tested .12 to see the result, did not work
Comparing the SSE to the Marui is completely unfair, they are made for diferent qualities and price ranges
SSE has a nice hop up unit underneath the slide
I personally use the SSE out of the box, no customizations, but by all means I do sugggest customizing it
The pistol now sounds much cleaner while firing but stilll could be better
If you read through the guns description and watch the offiicial trailer for it than it will reach expectations
I strongly recommend the SSE18, but if using on the field I also suggest upgrading
Novritsch did an amazing job with this pistol, they also upgraded some small, not very noticeable things about it since its release
The price of the pistol has gone up around 20 USD, and the extendo mags are very expensive, but I still suggest both

is anyone else having trouble taking off the thread adapter?
Yes! I had to use a piece of rubber to generate enough friction - don't use pliers, you'll mar the metal.
There is big issue with the gun. Doesnt work in cold weather. When the replica is cold the gearbox cant even push out a BB cycle at all. it just gives like a dying engine sound.
The Mosfet and battery are crap. Changed both, now the AEP is fine.
It's insane it came missing a part
the video is certainly helpful, but to compare a cheap vs expensive sidearm quality, theres gonna be an obvious difference. also, i highly believe stuff even 15 years ago was made of far higher quality than today. in EVERYTHING.
I really love mine
Getting that battery in is a fking nightmare
nice
And you got the wrong one it is actually 119$ soo... And no it did not come broken so stop lying
This comment is confusing to me. It is not clear what you are referring to or who you are claiming is lying. Feel free to explain. You might wish to consider using some form of accepted grammar, spelling and punctuation in order to make your point more understandable if so.
BUT I DIDNT ASK???
Don't waste your money on this , get the other one SSP18.
I bought SSE18 first to me its works but lack the power and accuracy.
Then you'll fell just like me and want a better one, so might as well get the SSP18.

After almost 7 minutes you didn't say anything. Waste of time.
No need to watch anything. It's an electric pistol, so trash, no matter the brand or quality. All electric pistols are trash, period.
Thanks for your comment - would you like to discuss further? Perhaps suggest why you think this?
The gun stinks. DO NOT BUY

Do you happen to have the links to these upgrades?
