How about laying the final board down the way you did, but using a straight edge from each wall to trace onto the board until they intersect. Then cutout the odd shaped waste triangle for an exact fit?
I agree with the wallet shop most angles are 90 or 45 it’s rare to run into anything else. It’s best to not bog people down with things that don’t matter “thanh an en”.
All that silly stuff at the beginning then doesn't even use the items needed for safety, in fact he doesn't use but 3 of them and it wasn't even funny, nor amusing. Lost those 2 minutes of my life.

I agree with the above comment “yousoundbutthurt” if we tried to use guards all the time it would be less safe trying to move the guard out of the way constantly. Anybody that does flooring for a living and has common sense doesn’t use guards.

You're cutting an angel of 45 degree easy using a triangle but what if the angel differs ? What's you're method then
Virtually all angles inside a home will be 45 or 90...it's rare to see 35, 60, 110, etc..

Usually it’s within a couple degrees and it’s easy to figure out just pivot your square a little bit

what if the angled wall is your end plank how to pound in place
you have to lock it in the small way first then angle it into the longer locking area then pound toward the floor
How come you ain't stacking those boxed planks on the new floor to keep from moving
