This is probably the first fat loss video i've seen where the comparisons are shot with the same lighting and similar clothing. I appreciate that a lot because many people try and swindle it by using better lighting in the after pictures or tighter clothes. Respect for that mate
Guys don’t get discouraged by the fact that his “fat” is your shredded. People have different standards and goals, especially people who have been fit, in comparison to what they usually are they are “fat” depends on who you are and what your like. Make goals that fit you, not based on someone else
Pro tip for next time you get egg shell in your eggs: shell tends to want to stick to itself so use another egg shell to scoop it out. Works 80% of the time, every time.

I lost a significant amount last year and have been maintaining within 3kg ever since and it is getting easier deciding when to go into a deficit and actually sticking it out. Weight is an illusion, you look so much bigger on the right. Honestly youve got the perfect physique. Nothing crazy, too much mass or too shredded. Just a healthy and beautiful strong looking body. Its what people mean by 'toned' body. You are definitely a goal physique for many

I love how you don't over complicate food to lose weight and stay lean. You don't include these weird ass foods we've never heard of or anything. Everything is just simple, easy access food and it definitely helps me stay positive about eating right :)

This is great. I feel like I’ve been stuck in the “bulk of the cut” for months. Can’t seem to get my weight below 180 for more than a couple days while aiming for 165-170. Not that I’m going to stop trying.
This is the reason staying lean year round is the way to go. If you ever have a reason you want to get shredded it’s only 2 weeks of dieting and cardio away.

This is my first "cut" ever I only started lifting again 15 months ago after a good 10 years off (only did calisthenics then) started boxing day just had the easy 3 weeks (89kg to 84kg) just hitting this stage so this was super helpful
@@ChroniclesOfFastCool it doesnt actually. You need to be more active. if you actually look it up a whole years work of body building might increase ur caloric expenditure like 50 - 70 ish which is barely anything. instead you can workout twice or walk more. which is what I'm doing right now.
Reign of Trihards I is simple if you do not have normal job. So being a YT fitness star is easier to be fit but when you sit 8 hours on your ass and after that you train with weights and prepare meals and do the shopping/cleaning/loundry and sleap you do not have enough time to do hour of cardio and it is super hard to just have some kind of social life mostly only on weakends
Reign of Trihards I have looked and that’s not true at all , you can change it by up to 500 calories resting in a year that’s with just a 10lb muscle gain which is quite doable for a year
@@actionXandXcut with you bro.. I'm 20 stone and the ABSOLUTE max I can eat without gaining is 2000cals and that's training 6 days a week. (Full weight session and 30 mins cardio every session)

Very inspiring and agree you’re shredded af, although starting from a very decent baseline. I’ve gone from around 23 to 20% fat since Jan 1st so a fair bit to go yet...
Also does anyone have information on what to do once you’ve completed your cut? I’m starting my 10 day mini cut today but am afraid I will just put it all back on once the cut is completed. Once the cut is complete and the weight is lost can you just return to like 2000 cals or should you gradually go up or how exactly ?
