At 33 years old 2 open heart surgeries as a kid and no meds and I work 50 hours a week in the insurance field. Where I’m getting at, I see comments on here, people saying when you get 25+ it gets harder.. not really, just have to stick to it. I’ve been lifting since I got out of high school. If I can do it, you can too, just have to stop making excuses on why you can’t.. Don’t drink or do drugs, eat real food and stay away from fast food and soda. Water and milk. Discipline, it’s definitely possible.

Good, sensible advice and no bullshit. 👍 I'll be 64 this year, so it's getting tough, but I try my best and eat well. No one should take their youth for granted - enjoy it. 👍
I appreciate you touching on longevity of learning healthy habits with what you eat. So many folks make videos and never touch on that. Most important part imo. Great video!
Always enjoy Joe’s videos because he will bluntly tell you what has worked for him (because it should work for most of us) and adds in a side of quality humour(you know, for portion control) to go along with it.
Maybe we have different definitions of large meals, but I work out before eating. Would get sick the other way around. Also blood flows to the stomach and so it's limited for other body parts...
Although I heard nothing new it is always a pleasure to listen to his calm and relaxed way of stating the obvious. Too many fitness guys are doing the opposite, e.g. get too exited, shouting etc. Joe keeps his cool which is to be admired. It's only fitness, no drama.
Hello Joe. I just discovered you. Your "get lean" and fitness videos make a lot of sense to me. I am retired and 70 yrs old, a regular at the local gym and now have the time to apply many of your bits of advice. My wife and I eat very clean for the most part, but with grandchildren, the challenge gets . .. well. .. challenging. Not expecting miracles - just some visible progress here and there. Anyway, glad to have discovered you and look forward to learning more from you.
Probably the best solid advice I've heard on any channel. It's a nice rule book I'd say to live by. I respect the fact that you are true to yourself and what experience you have had and don't exaggerate or hype things up but speak from a truly grounded perspective. Very honorable.
I confirm lift or sprint, high output briefly after a binge/reset/refeed. Get that insulin back down. You are making some great points. THANKS. i need some motivation to keep going.
Excellent video. I'm 62 and started to transition to a slower metabolism in my 50's but didn't run into real trouble until I turned 60. Still go kayaking and cycling, but rock climbing is probably out. I eat nothing but whole foods and avoid all seed oils. I recommend eating the most nutritious whole foods you can grow or buy.
I love your emphasis on developing more sustainable techniques! I always hated the emphasis on fast and hard results, because I would always end up burning out or injuring myself and losing progress. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast!
Just turned 40, and say myself in the latest video and jesus, i need to make some life changes - this video is very inspirational, thank you ill be doing these ideas, give me 6 months :)
Purchased your Push App start of the year Joe. Lost 20kgs & leaned down from 25% fat to 15%. Best part about the app is being able to change lifting program every 4-6 weeks to avoid plateau & boredom. Appreciate your work Joe. All the way from Australia 🤟🏾
You're right about doing strength training instead of cardio after pigging out.. When I have one of those day's (usually a Sunday) the following day I'll do a heavy leg sesh and feel great afterwards.
When I went from 367 to 139 I joined a gym and the first year I got up to 145ish as I didn't want to get fat. Then I committed to a bulk only got to 163 but I didn't realize how bad my health was at 140-150. Couldn't sleep was always freezing cold, Getting up from sitting causing my head to spin. I also never noticed how bad my mood was, Friends told me after that I'm much better to be around now.
I forgot to mention the cold thing - never experienced it myself and haven't seen it referenced in studies I've come across, but heard a lot of people saying they felt that way.
I lost 33 kg (73 lbs) last year. Only cardio and not lifting at all resulted in me losing a bunch of muscle in the process. My resting heart rate was 47 by the end of it, and being an idiot, I thought it was because I was getting super fit. Cold all the time, gaunt look, low energy, headspin when getting up. When I increased my calories to "maintenance" I quickly gained some fat back as my body was still in this state for at least 1.5 months after quitting the diet.
@@paloman95 I never lifted before I lost my weight, wouldn't of had the confidence to go near a gym. I basically just did it by walking & diet. The being cold all the time even in the summer was by far the worst thing for me.
Thank you Joe! Good stuff. That was my formula until 35 and a bad car accident changed all that. Now at 60 and getting back to it. It is a well needed reminder. Thank you again!!

First time I’ve seen you and I have to say, this is gold and so well explained. Intelligently put together and well thought out. Sadly, my job at achieving anything close to how you look, is made the more difficult with Crohn’s disease but I have learnt over the years that any progress, no matter how small, should not be sniffed at. Thanks for this because at the end of the day, you don’t have to share your knowledge with the world for free, but you’ve chosen to….so kudos.
Very glad you found it helpful. To be honest, I am only repeating many things I've said before, but sometimes it reaches a new audience which is good. You're right, progress IS the goal.
The subtlety, genuine and no faff nature of your videos is something to be revered, keep up the good work. Ps: love the neck chain, link to where you got it would be appreciated 🙏🏽
I made weight training my priority since I turned 40. It’s beneficial on so many levels, energy, physique, strength, and no joint/muscle pains I suffered from at night. I am in the calorific deficit at the moment, and the only reason why I am never hungry is because I eat lots of healthy fats (something I feared for years) and drink 3l of water. Rest and recovery is crucial after 40! I make sure I enjoy what I eat so I never feel I deprive myself.
Nuts, olive oils, Greek yogurt 5% and sometimes 10% fat, never fat-free. Fatty parts of steak or chicken skin (I would never eat those before). I'm sure many will argue that some of those are not healthy fats, but I have been thriving on them. However, I eat according to my hormonal cycle. So, some days, I eat more fats and little carbs, and some days, I eat less fats and more carbs.
Interesting how intuitive alot of what you've said really is too. I've been listening to my body for a number of years now, and everything you've said just matches up with my process naturally. What a great video 👍

Brilliant idea around lifting after excess eating! That's quite profound. Putting your calories to good use especially to processes that are more difficult to achieve, like building muscle. I'll be keeping that one under the belt, Joe. Thank you.
I just discovered this recently by accident. I overate 2 days in a row after a months long deficit and all my lifts over the next couple days were noticeably better. I usually do 6 pull-ups but I was able to do 9.
Here’s my tips. As no one asked. I’m almost 50 and have a six pack since 11. 1. Consider your genetics. I’m lucky. My wife has the fat gene and has to work 5x to stay lean. 2. Don’t eat or drink shit. 3. Always take the harder route (stairs two at a time, never use a lift or elevator) 4. Standing desk and balance board. 5. More protein, less carbs. Olive oil. Lots of nuts and seeds. Decent meat. Blueberries and broccoli. 6. 20 push ups, 20 air squats, glass of water every bathroom visit 7. Run. 8. Lift. 9. Sleep. 10. You do you. ❤
First and most important step to mastering intuitive eating is being hungry and feeling the hunger for a certain time everyday. People aren't supposed to be full all the time.
Intuitive eating and leanness are likely compatible in only a small percentage of people. Esp in an atmosphere of over supply of food, esp food designed to override natural appestat and advertisers using freedom of speech to sell legal drugs. And, if you aren't doing resistance work, eating according to "hunger" can still lead to a fair amount of muscle loss.
I'm just gonna say thank you for that last bit of advice, why i haven't thought of that before truly is baffling to me. If i've had a moment of eating more than normal use it to my advantage and use it for gains rather than cardio...
Problem for me with low body fat is that my face looks like I'm very sick and 10 years older when I hit 12% or lower.. everybody's asking if I'm OK. So it's visible abs and "looks like I'm about to die soon" or a healthy looking face and no abs 🤷🏼♂️
Personally I’d take abs…maybe they are just not used to seeing your face thinner? Maybe after a few months they’ll get used to it and won’t even notice
@@Joey_McElroy this could be true.. but If you have a wrinkly face, and not much inherent fat underneath to begin with, then you will really look old. but I'd also go for abs if that's the case!
The theory that having more muscle mass means you burn more calories at rest has not been entirely disproved, but it has been refined. Muscle tissue does burn more calories at rest compared to fat tissue, but the difference is not as significant as often portrayed. 1. **Caloric Burn of Muscle vs. Fat:** Muscle tissue is metabolically more active than fat tissue. On average, muscle burns around 6-7 calories per pound per day at rest, while fat burns about 2-3 calories per pound per day. This means that muscle does contribute to a higher basal metabolic rate (BMR), but not to an extreme degree. 2. **Impact on Overall Metabolism:** While having more muscle mass can increase your resting metabolic rate (RMR), the overall impact on total daily caloric expenditure might be less dramatic. Other factors like overall body size, age, sex, and activity level also play significant roles in determining total energy expenditure. 3. **Comprehensive Approach:** Increasing muscle mass can be part of an effective strategy for managing weight and improving body composition, especially when combined with regular physical activity and a balanced diet. Strength training, in particular, has additional benefits such as improving strength, function, and metabolic health beyond just increasing muscle mass. In summary, while the presence of more muscle mass does contribute to higher calorie burn at rest, the magnitude of this effect is modest. The theory stands in principle but should be considered as part of a broader understanding of metabolism and weight management.
So 1lb of muscle burns at least double, but up to triple 1lb of fat. Seems pretty significant, but of course, as you allude to, most people with more muscle mass tend to be more active, so it's probably hard to separate the two variable in practice.

Just turned 31 and have been out of shape for the last 5-6 years . Not obese but definitely overweight . I started working out about a month ago and finding this channel has been the best for me . Thank you sir !
@@JoeDelaneyybecause first i eat, which is usually a 600-900 calorie meal, and then my kid’s left overs usually equate to another 600 calories on top of it. Their foods of choice are also high caloric density foods, pastas, chicken nuggets with mashed potatos, the occasional pizza, typical american diets for the most part.
And this is usually dinner, so we go to sleep not too much later and the calories aren’t really used. 8 hours of sleep will pretty much negate any satiety bonus i managed to justify from the night before. I do typically fast most days until dinner time, but i’ve found that trying to focus my diet around foods that are low caloric density and high in fiber have given me the most success. At this point i mainly just eat beans(80% of my diet is pinto beans), eggs, veggies and fish. Down 15 lbs so far (including depleted glycogen stores) after 2 months.
The best hack I ever found for remaining lean year-round while not having to put any thought into calorie counting is OMAD. I increase the feeding window to 2 hours because I'm not always a fast eater. On weekdays I'll eat lots of clean healthy foods. As much as I can eat until I'm full and on weekends I'll have the same but if I can squeeze in some junk at the end I'll do so. Occasionally I'll eat multiple meals (such as around Xmas or other special events) There's no need to be too extreme. I just make sure to have the discipline to stick to it most of the time. At 40 this enables me to keep my body fat around 10-12% all year. The scary thing is how steady my weight remains. I have sat at 80kg for near 5 years now despite not counting calories. Since I body build I can maintain a muscular physique at the same time. For those asking if you lose size. Yes, if you can't eat enough to maintain in a single meal. I don't like to force feed, so I gave up a bit of size to eat comfortable portions.
Just search buy treadmill. They come up. I searched the other day and now on the market is tons of these thin small treadmills for under £500. They didn't used to exist I swear.
finally someone that went into more details for cases like people in a sedentary lifestyle or whatever, which end up in having an extremely low TDEE (maybe even resulting in hormonal imbalance such as low T = even lower TDEE) and thus can't JUST SIMPLY eat less to get into a deficit 7:02 or build muscle that easily. That's the skinny fat trap where it can be extremely hard to get out where seemingly nothing works. You can't eat more, you can't just eat less to burn fat, you can't really build muscle with, and the TDEE calculators online might even overshoot with calories they tell you are burning because your BMR turned down immensely and maybe even reduced your T level as a result because your body lives on the lowest calories possible. I ended up with such a low T levels that the lab tests said I'm under the lowest norm and wondered why I can't get out of skinny fat with either just simple consuming less (because my TDEE was way lower than the TDEE cals say so I still overate) or by building muscles to increase my BMR to burn higher calories, but my body just refused to build and keep any muscle (even on a bulk), the hormonal (especially T) also probably had an impact on my recovery at night which also speaks for not being possible to get any gains. It's a crazy vicious cycle that can be hard too look through, and so many people are getting more and more sedentary, sitting 10-15h a day. I don't look fat or not really out of shape, just under the T shirt I have that skinny fat belly/softness going on and it's visible when I'm sitting. You always hear just bulk if you are skinny fat and build muscles but sometimes the skinny fat situation makes people end up with fucked up hormones and such a low BMR that all this simple shit doesn't work as it should, you just get fatter and don't build any muscle. You also heard way too often to better not do cardio but I now feel like the most logical thing for a case like mine, I HAVE to incorporate more cardio to balance out my sedentary lifestyle and increase my BMR, to be able to eat normal and not even less and go like 1500 calories or lower (my TDEE based on my weight and heights says is at 1400 but my T is extremely low which should mean my BMR is even lower than 1400 so it makes sense that I ended up skinny fat, no matter how much or how much less I ate, I was never under my actual BMR to be in a deficit like what the TDEE calc said. but then also going that low to a achieve a deficit is also not beneficial to fix anything especially getting or keeping muscle mass) Everyone just speaks about the basics, do a decifcit, just consume less bla bla "it's so simple" but then it's not in cases like this. And with all these information's online you are getting overloaded with too much information's, right informations, but it makes it hard to really see the specific thing YOU should do in your cases which is mostly not talked about if really everything is fucked up. extremely low TDEE, hormonal imbalances that work against you to either lose fat or build muscle no matter what you try etc. etc.
Idk why im just now discovering you. The way you presented this content was phenomenal. My heart was racing doing stairmaster but watching and listening to you not only did I learn but calmed my heart rate down 😂

I don't even think about tracking when I'm travelling. I'm usually active enough to get away with pretty much whatever I want (when it's over a short time period)
Several years ago I was working on a film project (documentary) and we were climbing a lot of stairs to get to a set of waterfalls. I was not in very good shape (fat around the middle) but enjoyed backpacking and was doing ok climbing the stairs carrying film equipment. But there was a guy with us (I won't share his name) who was a physique competitor for Mr. Universe and he was completely shredded and looked amazing... but struggled to keep up. I was so confused why a guy who looked to be in such great shape couldn't climb some stairs. It makes sense now. This is not meant to insult this guy, he was really cool, but it goes to show that having that low of body fat does affect endurance at least.

Omg! An influencer who actually speaks sense! This is realistic and true. Well done. Thank you
It's so dope how you've stayed true to yourself and yet continue to rake in the views after all these years.. You are hands down the biggest inspiration to me when it comes to your philosophy, style of content and your humour. Hope you continue to receive all the blessings of life brother. Joe is a legend, love your/his sense of humor and small jokes you can easily miss. so glad hes continues to make videos hes a real one! dont ever leave us joe
After so many decades of being lied to its so nice to hear no nonsense realistic advice about these important things.
he is a fake natty ... you being lied to more than ever
Joe Delaney still is my hero, wooooo.
Just quality uplodas, no bs, straight forward facts, you just love to see it.

Good, sensible advice and no bullshit. 👍
I'll be 64 this year, so it's getting tough, but I try my best and eat well. No one should take their youth for granted - enjoy it. 👍
It is granted. For a while... :) unless they die young
I found this video while scrolling and decided to watch. It was straightforward and clear. You've gained a new subscriber.
Glad you liked it! You are welcome here.
The most informative channel without even forcing anything by a country mile. 🔥
Honestly one of my favorite approaches to getting lean. Loved the take on lifting after a large meal instead of cardio.
Started following Joe when he had less than 100k Sub. Amazing videos, amazing content! Great to see his channel grow
Ah, Delaney is a father now! At least I know only now) Хороший человек, с большим сердцем - здоровья вашей семье+
The push app is the best!

Deciding what to do then is the dilemma..
Do you go for abs and 10%? Is it worth it?
You're right about doing strength training instead of cardio after pigging out.. When I have one of those day's (usually a Sunday) the following day I'll do a heavy leg sesh and feel great afterwards.
wow, not often some dude on yt speaks so clearly and useful. thanks a lot
If I haven't eaten anything in a while, I start to feel cold. I thought this is pretty normal. Obviously food = energy = warmth
Thank you Joe! Good stuff.
That was my formula until 35 and a bad car accident changed all that. Now at 60 and getting back to it. It is a well needed reminder.
Thank you again!!

Joey has been making the vids and sitting on them so we will freak out at 2 releases in a week. It’s working I’m freaking out.
This is the First time I came across you, and of all, I find You the most motivational.
I am 17, 190lb, 5' 11". Probably around 20% body fat
My goals are to gain more muscle probably till I'm 215lb
then get lean to 175lb and stay lean
Thank You Joe Delaney for the Motivation!
Perfect summary Joe, simple, to the point, easy to implement and follow. I am practicing these steps for last 10 years and feel great at 38 😉👍
I SIMPLY LOVE YOU BECAUSE YOU HAVE SOLVED ALL PROBLEM IN ONE VIDEO I WILL NEVER EVER WATCH OTHER FITNESS VIDEOS BECAUSE IF SOMEONE JUST APPLIES THIS KNOWLEDGE THEY WILL ALWAYS BE IN A GOOD SHAPE ON MATTER THE AGE AND YES THEY WILL BE HEALTHY TOO BECAUSE THIS VIDEO ALSO TEACHES US TO BE HEALTHY WHICH IS AS IMPORTANT AS BEING FIT.
I really appreciate you attitude. Increase my own motivation to continue slow and steady. Keep at it!
What healthy fats do you enjoy?
Nuts, olive oils, Greek yogurt 5% and sometimes 10% fat, never fat-free. Fatty parts of steak or chicken skin (I would never eat those before). I'm sure many will argue that some of those are not healthy fats, but I have been thriving on them. However, I eat according to my hormonal cycle. So, some days, I eat more fats and little carbs, and some days, I eat less fats and more carbs.
@@DrG79 Yes those fats help with satiety, one of the most useful for me is baking seed crackers.
loved this! I really appreciate the focus on long-term consistency, which is actually what I care about.
Interesting how intuitive alot of what you've said really is too. I've been listening to my body for a number of years now, and everything you've said just matches up with my process naturally.
What a great video 👍
He's 100% right all the way around! It's all about feeling really great, not being shredded. And I'll take an athletic look all day long for quality of life. Great job mate! From a fellow bio hacker in the USA! Thx for all you do!
Dear Joe, where have you been all my life. I enjoyed this video probably more than 95% of the fitness videos I've ever watched. Salutations from Honolulu good sir. Happy to subscribe 👍
🙏 welcome!
Bravo!!!! Finally someone who just plain makes sense. Through my life I have been watching and waiting to hear what you just said. It's the first video that has beautifully fallen into the mold of my basic instincts and everything you said I just found myself saying "yes, exactly!". Thanks for your confirmation and honesty. I especially enjoyed two points. The part of being lean but not constantly ripped and also doing some lifting instead of cardio. I just sits right with me. Thanks a million. I'll defiantly be subscribing and watching your other material.
Joe Delaney is my hero!
I really appreciate how simple and reasonable your videos are. I've spent a long time trying to get fit, tried a lot of hacks tricks, but after applying some of the principles you've shared in your videos, I'm seeing results for the first time. Thanks mate!

I like the little comments on stuff during the video. It ads a personal feeling to the video like you are experiencing it with us.
By far the most clever approach to fitness I have ever seen / read / heard. I´ve been struggling with my weight for years and some of things he says give me a lot of clarity about what I am doing wrong. Just amazing.
i used to watch this channel ALL the time as motivation to get in great shape. im a former athlete and being in THIS shape was still never something that i aspired to be in. i was in the dog years of my life at that time for sure and now im approaching the 12% BF and this video popped back into my algo after not having watched a video in at least 2-3 years. feels good knowing im closer to this physique than i was when i was always watching
Gazillion comment #9: Thank you, Joe! I needed to hear this, especially from someone I respect for his work.
One of the best, compact videos I have ever seen on this topic. Awesome!
All good tips, but the last one to use extra calorie splurges on lifting was really a good one I hadn’t thought of.
Here’s my tips. As no one asked. I’m almost 50 and have a six pack since 11.
1. Consider your genetics. I’m lucky. My wife has the fat gene and has to work 5x to stay lean.
2. Don’t eat or drink shit.
3. Always take the harder route (stairs two at a time, never use a lift or elevator)
4. Standing desk and balance board.
5. More protein, less carbs. Olive oil. Lots of nuts and seeds. Decent meat. Blueberries and broccoli.
6. 20 push ups, 20 air squats, glass of water every bathroom visit
7. Run.
8. Lift.
9. Sleep.
10. You do you.
@@watahface that's literally me 😁
They are probably just jealous at how good looking you look now. Thin face is almost always better. I'm a 5/10 at 200lb and a 7.5/10 at 180lb id say .
do you train abs? maybe you could get them to pop at a slightly higher body fat percentage, just spit balling
Been subscribed since 50k this guy has always had the most on point advic
I love joes zero bullshit videos!
Always bringing me back to earth when I need it. Thanks man!
This was packed with so much wisdom in a very clean, concise (shredded) medium. Thank you very much!

Great vid, makes a lot of sense to me, seems very much on track and realistic at the same time, also encouraging.
I only recently realized how much low testosterone can affect motivation and progress. I found some great tips in a book that really helped me get moving and start working on myself. The book is called ‘You Are Stronger Than You Think’ by Borlest, and it truly opened my eyes in many ways. I’m now on my journey to becoming a better version of myself thanks to it.”

yup. everything on the internet used to be a lie because ot was a joke. now the internet is just a never ending list of used car salesmen saying whatever they need to to make money.
Good video. Concise, accurate, uncomplicated. Most people over think this suff, way to keep it simple!
Great point on carrying out heavyweight exercises after getting an excess calorie diet, instead of cardio
i am doing gym for more than 12yers now and this is one the best and honest advise I ever heard. this is exactly what I am doing for 5 years now at I am 38 and I am more dynamic and feel better and ever and my testosterone more hight that my 20ties. so thanks for your honest video

Always love your videos! Stay blessed Joe! 💯
I agree with everything Joe said in this video, that's exactly what I do myself and I've been lean now for over 3 years without any calorie counting or diets. Just gym, some cardio and daily walks + mostly clean eating.
Great video as always! I love the way you get to the point fast and keep it simple.
Just turned 31 and have been out of shape for the last 5-6 years . Not obese but definitely overweight . I started working out about a month ago and finding this channel has been the best for me . Thank you sir !
The stock footage at 4:07 is so funny
Thank you. Laconic, meaningful, and most importantly - doable!
Straight to the point, cutting out the BS with a dose of scouse humour. Thanks Joe.
This video is gold. After 10 years plus on diet and workout, these are exactly the things you'll find yourself doing.😊
This was awesome. Thanks for encouraging folks to not stay shredded. This is what we NEED, even though it's not what folks WANT.
It is very hard to stay lean when you have 2 daughters that never finished their plates and leave a bag of chips mid open.
The food is wasted either way. Just because you ate it doesn’t mean it wasn’t wasted.
I feel this. I have a one year old and sometimes it's just easier for me to eat his scraps than to clean it up
How? If it contributes to your overall satiety you will eat less later on.
What is the treadmill you were using? Another great video, ty.
Yep definitely caught my eye as well so I'm keen to know
Here for this as well
Just search buy treadmill. They come up. I searched the other day and now on the market is tons of these thin small treadmills for under £500. They didn't used to exist I swear.
the brand's name is urevo. nnot sure about the exact model though
finally someone that went into more details for cases like people in a sedentary lifestyle or whatever, which end up in having an extremely low TDEE (maybe even resulting in hormonal imbalance such as low T = even lower TDEE) and thus can't JUST SIMPLY eat less to get into a deficit 7:02 or build muscle that easily. And with all these information's online you are getting overloaded with too much information's, right informations, but it makes it hard to really see the specific thing YOU should do in your cases which is mostly not talked about if really everything is fucked up. extremely low TDEE, hormonal imbalances that work against you to either lose fat or build muscle no matter what you try etc. etc.
Thanks, Joe. Great content
Idk why im just now discovering you. The way you presented this content was phenomenal. My heart was racing doing stairmaster but watching and listening to you not only did I learn but calmed my heart rate down 😂
Hi Joe
I’m 51 and have been concentrating on my diet now for about 4 years. No processed foods. Sticking to mainly rice chicken and vegetables for my main meal and oats berries cream for my snacks. Cheat day Sunday = small roast and a few beers) I’m probably in the best shape I’ve ever been in but I would like to tone up a bit. I’ve never been to the gym I’d prefer to work out at home. Could you suggest a decent work out for me?

Hi Tex. I love my Sundays 😂😂
What equipment do you have at home?
This is such sensible advice. No gimmicks or unrealistic practices.
Great video. How do you usually handle eating/meals when traveling?
I don't even think about tracking when I'm travelling. I'm usually active enough to get away with pretty much whatever I want (when it's over a short time period)
So happy I found this channel , my favorite, No BS straight 🔥🔥🔥 thanks bro “SUBSCRIBED” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My favourite RUclipsr. Always good to see you pop up with a video.
