Mike Andrews I own a 9 year old Charger and it’s working fine no issues, no broken parts. Outside of regular wear and tear like rock chips from driving everyday it’s perfect and running strong. Take care of your cars and they’ll take care of you.

i would love a hellcat red eye but that SCAT pack starting under $40k is obtainable dream car range. GM and Ford need to step it up because this GM fan is probably going to be buying one of these new scat packs.

2016 scat pack saved my life in a head-on collision. Youngster turned in front of me without warning. I wish I could get another one, hopefully soon. She was a great Torred beauty.

I think you can call it a Hellcat w/out a supercharger or a Scat Pack with a lot of Hellcat bits. Just like the C7 Grand Sport is a Z06 w/out a supercharger or a Stingray Z51 with Z06 bits. Works either way. But I kinda doubt the widebody ScatPack is going to be that big of a performance jump from a narrow body compared to a C7 GS to a Z51.

The 392s could easily make over 500hp and the 5.7s could make well over 400, but Dodge wants to create a bigger hp gap between the scat pack and hellcat

Dodge...as *813Productions* has already said, you're setting the bar higher...but PLEASE...do the same for the N/A models, I got all my fingers crossed in hopes for the 426 Hemi to return in January 2019 for the NAAS...please! 600 hp, perhaps?

Scat 426 you can buy them aftermarket, and some good ones will be paint matched pretty much perfectly
I really like the Challenger, but I have mixed feelings about these updates though. I think that the Scatpacks with the Hellcat hood, front fascia, and widebody may water down the novelty and specialness of the Hellcats and Demons already in the streets since they now look practically the same . Also, bumping horsepower almost always sound good, but doesn't this all mean that Dodge can't really do anything more special than just that? Putting Demon tech into Hellcats is good, but there is more to performance than straight line acceleration and burning rubber isn't there? IMHO, I think these updates just show that Dodge is probably being restricted from their performance potential (ie. FCA lack of care/attention for Dodge & Chrysler). Hopefully these 2019 updates to the v8 Challengers all boosts the sales, but I am quite concerned about the future of Dodge and its performance cars with the growing competition. Anyone share my concern?
