- I have to say this newbie brought something new to the table with this identity fraud call...just a shame he put the phone down on me, as I was really having fun with him, wasting his time.
I am still waiting for them to arrest me for tax fraud apparently? lol
I told them I'm at police station talking to them right now

I thought the scammers were just targeting USA. I didn't realize they were after England & Canada too. In the US, we get lots of Amazon scammers trying to get a credit card number. Plus scammers have been trying to get Medicare numbers too. It's so pathetic & annoying.
I cooperate sufficiently to get connected to a get a real person, and then scream obscenities at them.
I used to ignore unknown phone numbers when they appeared but now as someone who lives on his own I answer them just for a bit of fun. As soon as I hear an Asian voice on the other end of the line I know I`m in for a few minutes of laughs.

I like to make them repeat everything they say and get it all wrong say what do you mean I don't understand until they are so frustrated with me. I stop at important bits and put dog out look for my glasses ect

Try tricking the HMRC scammers into calling the real HMRC and see how they react! lol😂 It'd be funny if they got angry that they were tricked and HMRC came after them.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
They use the SSA scam script & change the location to the UK everything else stays exactly the same. The crazy thing is the "Abandoned car" is a 2018 model, yet most rental companies have cars that are almost brand new.

Your another version of me of what I used to say when I used to get the scam calls abt a car accident I used to give them so many fucked up stories 🤣🤣🤣
I love to waste their time aswell. Any cold calls i give them wrong info and then play a doorbell sound on my computer then say can you hold while i answer the door. Back on the call after another 4-5 minutes i play a mobile phone ring saying i really have to take this call as it is my Doctor about my Ebola test. Then back on the phone plenty of Was that B for Ball or D for David ?. If they ever ask for my wife i tell them she is currently helping The Police with their enquiries and i am not sure what time she will be released. On hearing this they usually hang up. If i get any calls about do i own or rent my house i tell them myself and 5 others are currently squatting in this property and whoever owns the phone line did not disconnect it. Again they do not know how to respond so just hang up. I love thinking of different ways to keep them on the phone. My record is 38 minutes with a Microsoft virus scammer.

I do a similar thing too when they used to call regarding a car accident which never happened giving funny stories abt a bank robbery going wrong. I once played porn to them over the fone 🤣🤣🤣
omg i work for hmrc this is shocking .hmrc never call you but we do record calls ,please if you get 1 of these calls just put the phone down

Brilliant - if people do have the time, waste these fraudsters own time - it keeps them away from other more gullible people. My own record is 1hr 20mins for the "Microsoft Windows Engineer" - I made a curry, did some ironing and let him dig around my virtual machine hoovering up fake files and completely false information while pretending I didn't know what I was doing.
The latest attempt has been when I was looking for a flight online. His name was Max Goldberg! (thick Indian accent) lol

The program was called done for you but when I gave him the money he wanted me to pay it into moonpay I realise now why it’s untraceable and the bank won’t give me my money back it was all i had for Xmas I thought he was going to be able to double it or make it up
To £1,000 but it was just one big scam on. A vulnerable woman I wanna harm him good style

What is the proof he is calling from call center in Bombay , he can be from Karachi as I have experience lot of Punjabi accent fraudsters from Karachi and they are fanous in UK.

THE CARPHONE WAREHOUSE SCAM: They literally see your name online of the SIM card you use. If you are a frequent top up kind a ones for SIM card your name will come under somewhere online when your number is checked. When you pick up they'll go like: " We ARE CALLING FROM CARPHONE WAREHOUSE. WHICH LANGUAGE DO YOU PREFER, PUNJABI OR URDU?." They must be like we are brown so we must scam brown people only. LOL. M like are you serious 😂 & drop the damn call.

If they’re talking to you they can’t be scamming someone else.
I usually say I am the plumber, electrician etc and the owners are wallpapering the ballroom and I offer to get them but that may take a few minutes. I then put the phone on silent and leave it for about 60 minutes or so and then see if they hung on. Usually they don’t BUT some do!
These stupid ones get told the Lord, or Duke, or Duchess will speak to them in just a moment, I then hang up.

Next time when they call and they say about the fraudulent activity say yes it was me and that the police are on there way would like to see what they say than
😁 Maybe make up some BS about how your dealer/ the cartel is "most displeased" that car was found by authorities and want their hidden drug stash back NOW or else the cartel will hunt down whoever has the car and "take care of" them just like the other victim, etc. etc. 😳😱😁😂🤣

My family was robbed of a family holiday by these idiots when they sold us fake tickets. We got to the airport and our ticket were invalid please don't laugh, at us but it was stupidly silly. We had to come back home called them they apologised and told us that the tickets were cancelled at the last minute and were going to give us a full refund. They never did and that was in December 2019. We had to incur more expenses to pay for other tickets it wad painful. Our holiday was cut short by a full week but we refused to be defeated by those scammburgs. You are doing a good job but I cannot stay calm like you do anymore I get angry and furious when I pick up a call that I suspect to be from them.
