Luckily I was eventually provided with an opportunity to change my life for the better and took it. I try my best to pay it forward.
Not trying to argue your point though. It's commendable if you were able to keep morals over anything else during such desperate times. Maybe though you didn't reach that level of desperation or maybe you're just stronger willed. I'm just hopeful that the guy was being sincere and hopefully it'll lead to changing his way.
"I'm just a boy looking for a girl (or boy.. if that's what you're into.. no judgement here) to love me.. hard and FAST!" If that ain't a movie quote , it should be!
Yeah. Like you say, I've never had tax problems because I have a really good accountant. He's my friend and his name is Andy Durfrain, he was framed for killing his wife and was put in prison for several years. Thank goodness he was able to escape. He escaped prison through a sewage pipe. He's in Mexico now a little town called Zihuatanejo, have you ever heard of it?
I really like your twist! It would be a great scene in a movie. But you would have to tweak it to make it realistic. For example, they don't take your driver's license.
That was kind of you to talk to him and let him know that there is a better way of life. Bless you. Yes, it was funny in the beginning, but in the end - you finished strong with kindness.
I really like how you both ended your video with him, that was really amazing to me. I’ll be honest, I was watching this video for some IRS scammer bashing, let’s be honest no one likes a scammer..But the fact that instead of just cussing him out, you both actually took the time to talk to him and even give him maybe some hope for him and the better life he wants. I really hope the guy does change to have a better life and I think that’s really cool you both did that 🙂❤️
You guys as usual..never let me down..best calls ever...and actually I understand the scammers lives more and more with each call I see.. lol.. my heart does go out to the ones who really dont want to be doing that..but like he said..karma will come for him.. /them...
I told a scammer I was glad the IRS picked me “at random” to give me $90k, because I hadn’t paid taxes in 10 years, had gotten out of prison a week ago, and would get deported the following day. The kicker was that the guy originally said I was chosen at random because I always paid my taxes on time & had no criminal record. He then says, “not to worry, because you feel remorseful,” however, since I had a criminal record & unpaid taxes, I had to go to a Walmart & pay $5k to the IRS to claim my $90k. He asked me to spell my name, so I said, “F as in Frank, U as in unicorn,” and asked him to read it back to me. He did, silent pause, and hung up. 😂
Charles Kesner yeah and when he started talking, nothing surprised me. Low paying job, he hates it and he only took it because he can see no other options.
I just blast loud music through the phone whenever they call me. Sometimes I use my otamatone to "play along." It’s funny whenever they hang up or jam out
Jake Lefkowitz man, I've suggested that a few times in similar videos, maybe even one of his. I was thinking the same, but the voice is really crucial though.
I wish I could support this but those bastards usually just run and hide when you start talking shit or sounding like you might be angry american with an ICBM... because that's what all of us american millionaires buy with our funbucks. ICBMs. :)
I absolutely deplore and hate scammers they target the elderly and the misinformed and scam them out of thousands of dollars we need to put a stop to this.
This guy actually thinks he's making a difference lol the only difference it will make is if an organized crime taskforce does something about it. They would have to go into other countries. That's the only way you will put a "stop" to it
Wow! Never would have guessed that was how it was going to end. Not sure of his sincerity but you at least had him admitting his mistake. Well done guys. I actually felt sorry for him for a minute, but I won’t until he stops calling ppl and pretending to be the IRS. @@marlenanix7993 give him the benefit of the doubt. You lied and scammed someone before. Everyone has. You don't know what that person is going through.
I am in no way making excuses for him cuz it's never okay to scam people of their shit but alot of these people are forced by the Crime Lords in their villages to do these type of things just to keep their family safe and be able to feed them enough rice and water to survive. I was in Pakistan for 4 months even though our Unit was "officialy" in Afghanistan The Taliban was forcing men to run phone scams under the threat of removing their children's limbs!
I got a call yesterday. Lady asked for my name. I told her it's Freddy Krueger. She continued to give me the usual IRS scam script. I then said I want to make sure my info shows that I still live on Elm Street. She actually said that it does!!! She then connected me to "Officer Sam Peter", who talked and talked for about 15 minutes. I eventually said: You know, Freddy Krueger is actually a movie character! Are you scammers so dumb that you don't even know that??!!?? How does it feel to get scammed, scammer???" Mysteriously, he abruptly ended the call!!! 😊 Well...that's at least 20 min out of their day to hopefully save at least one person from getting scammed. Plus...it gave me a good laugh...lol!!! Forgot to add that I told both of them that living on Elm Street is a nightmare!!! LOL
Awesome! On Facebook, I tell people who are able to understand that it is a scam that if they have time, it is a public service to keep the scammers on the line as long as possible. Every minute they spend with you is a minute they are not talking to a vulnerable adult. That said never confirm info they have about you -- right or wrong -- as it all goes into a database that can be used against you in future attempts.
I've screwed around with the computer virus pop up scammers so many times that they actually have my number flagged. If I call them, they see that my number is flagged because I screw with them for a few minutes, so they know talking to me is a waste of time. Pretty pathetic that a scam center has to flag numbers so they don''t get scammed themselves.
Brilliant. A clever approach. The end surprised me. It is easy to be angry and feel vindictive about these people (and, often I do) but thank you for reminding us that ALL OF US have some things in common; regardless of where we live or what choices we make in life.

I had one on the line for a good 25 minutes once. Just messing w/ him...we all had a good laugh. I made a video and everything...put it up on RUclips. When the call was over and we hung up, the guy called back. For the next 30 minutes, I asked him why he was stealing money from people and I got the same story you did. No food, no water, kids to support. It's sad...but after watching this, I'm wondering if that story is just something they're told to say to make us feel sorry for them. All I know is the longer you keep one on the phone, the less time he or she is able to scam someone. I LOVE the movie quote angle. Hysterical!!!
The movie quotes were hilarious but I really appreciated that you two talked with the guy in the phone about what he was doing. It's sad that he feels he has no choice but to scam to survive. When you have no food or water desperation sets in and this man sounded like he was sorry but desperate.
I think you guys are doing a great job at trying to protect innocent people. You even try to understand why they are scamming. Thanks for showing humanity to everyone that is involved. Your hero material.
Funny but the ending was unexpectedly heartbreaking. The harsh reality that some people need to do such things just to survive. I hope and pray that he will change his life.
Don’t fall for what he said doing such things for surviving..Indians are famous for being lazy. They are mentally active rather than being physically active. So they always find an easy way to scam people to make money rather than working in fields or toiling in factories. That is why u see so many healthy beggars in the streets.
I have to call bullshit. If these scammers put as much effort into finding work as they do scamming, they wouldn't need to. Oh and remember: this asshole just spent all the video lying to swindle a guy out of his money. Why believe he's telling the truth now? Fuck 'em.

Hold him on the line for a while and then pretend you are whispering to someone else just loud enough for the scammer to hear and say "we finished tracking his number's location, get over there now" lol
I moved 2000 miles away from home (in USA) and I needed to establish residence, banking, new phone, health insurance, car insurance, work, ...et. al. And everything is set up on line (curl my eyes, it's such a scam !! ) I was filling out the forms and my new computer was using auto-fill and it filled my first name in as 'Chicken'. When I got call backs and text and emails they all referred to 'Chicken'. Example, " Hey Chicken, you just won some Omaha Steaks!' My phone rings and I except the call, but I say nothing and on the other end of the call I hear, ' Um, UUUH! Chicken?' or "Chicken Smith ?" or " Is this Chicken?' - I would cluck into my phone and give a big CLUCK as to be producing an egg. EFF them. Everyone sold me to scam. AND yes, I have gotten the text and phone calls that say that Chicken owes thousands of dollars to the IRS.

Not trying to argue your point though. It's commendable if you were able to keep morals over anything else during such desperate times. Maybe though you didn't reach that level of desperation or maybe you're just stronger willed. I'm just hopeful that the guy was being sincere and hopefully it'll lead to changing his way.
"It's not fair to my lamas" They almost lost it at that and so did I. LOL
Plot twist: The scammer starts using movie quotes on them to say he's sorry
Love means never having to say you're sorry
“ I’ve been arrogant and I apologise”
Stupid quote.
It would be funny if the scammer replied, "You complete me."
"I'm just a boy looking for a girl (or boy.. if that's what you're into.. no judgement here) to love me.. hard and FAST!" If that ain't a movie quote , it should be!
“I drink your milk shake.”
I lost it. LOL

Holy crap. Me either. Totally did not expect that

Lmaoooo right
The IRS doesn’t call if there’s an issue. They send mail
That’d be a good twist if the irs actually called but they don’t. If there’s actually a problem with your taxes you’ll get a letter

How does it feel to get scammed, scammer???"
Mysteriously, he abruptly ended the call!!! 😊
Well...that's at least 20 min out of their day to hopefully save at least one person from getting scammed. Plus...it gave me a good laugh...lol!!!
Forgot to add that I told both of them that living on Elm Street is a nightmare!!! LOL
MarkReactor ! LMAO

No food, no water, kids to support. It's sad...but after watching this, I'm wondering if that story is just something they're told to say to make us feel sorry for them. Don’t fall for what he said doing such things for surviving..Indians are famous for being lazy. They are mentally active rather than being physically active.
