Let me give you my honest oppinion on PvP. It may sound dumb to say, but people will be interested if it's good. Last time GGG tried PvP was in PoE 1, was not good and they stopped allocating resources into it. And that happened for a variety of reasons: it was designed as a side thing when GGG was really small, players were not really looking for that kind of experience in PoE and neither the developers at the time, was hell to balance, etc etc etc. I think it's possible to make good PvP in Arpg. Lost Ark seems to have good enough PvP for an Arpg. Having said that... I would never allocate money/resources into PvP if I were GGG based on what my players are looking for in my game. But, it could be a thing if done right... we had Royale as a fun minigame and people enjoy it, right?
