- This is just the gameplay footage of part of our experience at the playtest in Los Angeles last week. We'll be chatting more about our time and this playthrough in next week's episode, Episode 245 of Forever Exiled.

The PoE community is so nice that 2 days ago I started playing it for the first time and in the main Hub area there was a guy Level 60 I think and I asked him if he’d like to trade something to help me on my Journey and he gave me a Figwand Level 49 and a Thorn head piece thing Level 30 something all for Free. 😂😂 He was so nice. Now I’m blasting thru it having fun. I’m at Prisons Gate rn 👍🏿

I love how the two Affliction bosses are in here with WILDLY different abilities. Very cool.
Haven't played couch co-op arpg since Champions of Norrath and this brings back good old memories from my childhood days, just gaming with my bro after school.
This looks so good, and my god the sound and music. Lovely. I'm starting to feel the hype growing. Hopefully they get it done until novemeber. I dont want to wait much longer.

@@ForeverExiled Hi Vulkan is one of the best thing but in few game not choosable option and not has many Fps in all games, they or game devs need development. example: Path Of Exile i hope Path Of Exile 2 will be good with Steam Proton Play. MAYBE very strange but true: in this countrie many kind of VERY evil things are MANY years! and my half brother in Usa not friendley more than 50 poker player, website domain owner. i can't communicate with him. help needed many people not done nothing. in ALL peoples animal types are. many evil in basic things also.
the animation, sound, music are phenomenal... especially the monsters like the frost wraith in the cemetery

Crazy game.
Would be cool if the different character would talk to each other a little bit in koop. Like some combos that like each other and some do not. Templar and monk could be friends and witch and maraudeur could hate each other and say sth like witch"i will raise the dead to serve me" "some are made to follow" and the marauder "one curse towards me and i strangle you small woman" or "raise me after i died and i will rip you in pieces."
This could add a lot to coop sessions :)

How to download demo game?
Path of Exile 1 is available for free on pc and consoles. This is a playtest for Path of Exile 2 which hopefully comes out to beta at the end of the year.

Shockwave totem in the beginning didnt seem so great when ur playing with a witch who is tearing through the content too fast to drop on the floor. BUT IT LOOKS AND SOUNDS AMAZING

Did they announce how the dps calculation will work in poe2? I mean idc about using pob again but did some1 already asked that?
Ya. Not at this event, but they have in past interviews (which there are so many of, I can't keep up anymore). All PoE maths will be simplified. Something like all gear mods are additive, all tree mods are multiplicative, and the tooltip will be much more relevant.

I was wondering for a good 20 sec. why monk is spending points on a warrior side of the tree :O
I changes to warrior pretty early from monk but didn't want people to miss the witch starting stuff 😉

Can you play one on the keyboard and the other on the PS5 controller?
They've only confirmed that you'll be able to swap between keyboard and controller when it comes out, but not sure about coop one on each. We'll have to wait and see

Couch Co-op looks horrible.
Keep in mind at the beginning you were watching two buddies trying to test how couch co op would work and how the shared sceen was going to work. 😉

I mean nothing new but those stiff old character models are not satisfying at all.
The clipping on console is really remarkable. They need to fix it because it makes me motion sick.
Watching others play can often make people feel motion sick. Neither of us got that feeling playing. And not sure if we watched the same thing but I thought it looked incredible.
