The show aired in France before the rest of Europe due to the early canadian dubbing. It's only several years after that I watched this masterpiece in English. Best show ever. I do not know about the awards it received. My eternal regret is that the show stopped. It happened too fast and deserved at least 1 more season. I was extremely upset by Carter's death too. I do not understand why they terminated her.

Refusing so many roles, and being refused by producers afraid it might endanger the succes of the film. I know also that Mel Gibson's Passion of Christ started pointing him as someone not to hire.
I missed Carter so much. And then i missed/miss the show. It used to be great days...counting days, hours, then minutes to the new episode ..no other show ever did that on me.

I've bought season 1 and watched a lot of clips but hard to understand an episode without watch straight thru....don't understand why cbs won't post old shows to increase their audience!.....LOVE these s//2 slips , nice job,
If only writers or us could...we cannot do anything about that. I loved " the closer" .producers and writers tryed to continue without the heroes. It ended up a lousy catastrophy ( major crimes ). The man in the suit is dead for good.

I always hated Root and the basterd who kept chasing John. I liked Shaw because i found her extremely sexy .But i Loved Harold, John, and Carter. They should have kept Carter alive .Fusco was ok .

This was such a great show. So sad when it got cancelled.
It was one of the greatest shows that was on CBS. They really screwed up when they canceled it.
