7:03 Elias killing his dad, from prison, getting a cell phone from a cop to make the final call to tell him that he wishes he couldve been there, like what Moretti's goons said when they tried to execute Elias years ago, is so underrated
Elias was one of my personal favorite. Even when he was an 'villain', at the end he showed us that he was a true allie to the Team Machine. Reese and Root's deaths were very painful to watch.
Elias wanted to have power and ended the never-ending wars between the rivaling powers, until the Dominic-branch rose up. I don't think he wanted to kill anyone, as can been seen, how he shots "Peter Yogorov" into knee, rather than killing him.
I had this idea for a two maybe three more seasons, let's imagine that Greer left all his possessions to that girl samaritan recruits (episode that Finch try to bring one girl out of a game, and then that girl try to capture Finch some episodes later), that girl finds the original files of samaritan, and turn it on again, starting the process again, and he start talking to a hacker who get her access to the world database and cameras, everything, and the first pick they choose to kill is Harold Finch, Shaw (who working for the machine) reunited with Fusco to save Finch and finish samaritan, but this time for good. But i think without Reese and Root, the show will not be the same.
@@JOESMITH-qs8uethat really brought the show down, it changed it from focus on John & Finch, it was so interesting! Then Root- & all on her. There's a reason the show was cancelled, I think that did it.
As intimidating as it was, Peter Arndt isn’t dead (possibly). John took the man he was hunting in the present day episode to a Mexican prison and had him locked up for life on drug charges. It’s also hinted that he has done this before.
It's more punishment to spend 25-life in Mexican prison than to be dead. And Reese is all about vengeance. What I know about the series, there are two guys in Mexican prison(s) with similar manner. I think they two are alive when the series ends, they didn't have drugs on them, but they did end up into prison.
I just cried my eyes out in the episode where they killed off Joss Carter. Like, moments before, she and john had their epiphany about their mutual love... and then... it was all destroyed. Knowing that, how John's first love died and then how he sacrificed himself in the end for the greatest good, make him the most wonderful character. John and Joss were my favorites. And to see Harold loosing all his friends like that... this show devasted me!!! But I love it!! I love all the themes this show treated and how it treated... (the goods and bads of the AI, the goverment as the real villain behind everything, the fight for all the citizena freedoom in a spy game)b
If youtube or any channel can post this series, I promise I will watch all of commercial ads and won't click "skip ads", unless the ads are way too long. 😅
@DarkSamaritan no in the episode where he has the flashback with Peter it then goes to Carter calling to ask if there were any white inmates in the Mexican prison and the Marshall who was abusing his wife was there. Then she asked if there were any others and they said 1 or 2. Hinting that Peter was there also. The detectives even said the crime scene was messy and John is anything but when it comes to killing. He sent a message but killing Peter wouldn't give him the satisfaction of what his ex lover would want.
@emrow346 I always took the prison line to be more about Benton from the doctor episode. I'm 100% that Reese killed Peter, and in as violent and messy a way as possible. Reese doesn't enjoy killing, but he will kill when he feels necessary. He tried to kill Quinn, he would have absolutely killed Peter.
I feel like it ended perfectly. The Machine still exist, there’s another team and Shaw is leading that team, and Harold finally get to be with his wife
Que buena serie !!! NUNCA pude ver temporada 4 y 5 completas, y recién me entero que Reese, Root y Samaritano MUEREN ... Vuelven a darla en TNT, y ahi estoy : FIRME. Come on, Mr Harold 👋👋👋👋👋👌🇦🇷
So..Alonzo Quinn never dies? I stopped watching the show after Carter died. Skipped around a little bit, though, and was curious about what happened to him after 3x10..
Me either, but I stopped watching it until 4x02. Ever since the introduction of Root and Shaw I felt like my interest for the show has vanished gradually. I liked only the tandem and the chemistry of Harold, John, Joss, and Lionel. Root was....well she should've stayed as a villain in my opinion, and Shaw.....where the hell did she come from?
John didn't die. Jim said so! Lol..He was wearing a vest, & the other team the machine from D.C. came to help too. He & Iris married & moved to the moutains in an unnamed country. He works security, & they have 3 kids! ❤
I think around 2005 they aired the series in my country and just for a year.then in 2023 i found 1 website and finish watching the series.for 18 years i have to wait just to know how the series ended 😭😭
There was some whole stuff. But it was not main thing. IIRC Root and Shaw were a couple. And there were two guys I forget who. But unlike today it was not the main focus, beaten into us every 7 minutes.
Now it didn't ruin anything for me since I have watched this series several times... But having main characters in the freaking thumbnail? That is spoiling people without even watching the video
Whoever did the casting on this series was brilliant. Every character was perfect. Absolutely perfect.

I'll never get sick of watching Simmons die.
Really brightens the mood after Carter's death
That scene is one of my PoI happy places, along with Fusco's Big Day, Root and Shaw flirting and any scene involving Bear.
No... I am not going to kill you, my friend here is...I am just going to watch!
Absolute joy

I heard Netflix had it.
I bought the series for $75 last year, a Christmas gift. Well worth it.
Te felicito !!! 👌👌🇦🇷
Too bad they took it off, I was in the middle of rewatching it
I miss this brilliant show.

The deaths of Carter, Elias and his personal bodyguards are really sad
This is a great compilation

Officer Carter & Root was 2 terrible deaths😢😢
I really came to dislike the character Root. Her death was the best part of season 5.
Just Carter death for me. If i say so
I was glad Carter died, she was annoying

When Carter died MAN that hurt just look at Finches expression, and the way Reese was holding her OUCH !!
Well, here’s a cheerful video!

Peter can return to d us but Jessica is still gone why would he come back
I never seen this show before I wasn't a HUGE CBS kid myself but first time hearing Person Of Interest looks interesting to me as an adult.
maybe Greer would've lived long enough if he shut up

"Father. I am sorry. I failed you"
2:57 Why do they always make them kneel in movies/tv shows? What's the point in that?
32:00 Anthony’s death is so far the saddest to be honest

I enjoyed the premise of the show? I believe that we do have something that monitors pertinent information

I loved this show. Wish it had continued with Shaw as the main character. ❤ She was a total baddie.
Or the 2nd team as a spin off.

John, and Root’s death pained me
At least Root became the true interface of the machine
the best series ever !
God I miss this show.
John never killed his loves husband, he put him in a hell hole Mexican jail for life
John's whole "no killing" thing came after Finch. I'm 100% sure he killed Peter.

No, it’s used in many tv shows, not only in vikings and poi
