I used to love baking before , all recipes peoples just use 1 baking pan now people use soooo much baking pans , less dishes an less water is sooo great

Love this recipe. Can I ask a question ? If i don't want to include pineapple or applesauce/grated apples , which ingredient could be a substitute ? Thank you Very much
Yes, absolutely! 😊 You can substitute pineapple or applesauce/grated apples with 1/4 cup grated carrots. Give it a try and share your feedback. 😊 Thanks!
Heeeeey hey hey heeeeey beloved I barely comment on RUclips Wat n amazing recipe this is Thank u so much for sharing lovey I sooooo love the taste yoooooh❤❤❤ It beat the 1 I hav bin doing lately Now 1 problem I had as hav had with previous recipe...the beauty in the moistness if u may allow me to say😂makes the cake wobbly, such that it easily breaks n unfortunately sum remains in the baking tin😢 How can I deal with that? Wat do u think cud b the problem dear
Hey there! Wow, your comment totally made my day! 😊 🥰 I am so glad you loved the carrot cake recipe! It's awesome to hear that it beat out your previous go-to. Now, about that wobbly situation... I totally get what you mean! The moistness is key for a delicious cake, but we definitely don't want it falling apart on us. Here is what I think might help: maybe try reducing the amount of liquid in the batter slightly or increasing the baking time by a few minutes to ensure the cake sets properly, that should help it set a bit firmer. And make sure to grease the baking tin well and line it with baking paper before pouring in the batter, that should help it release more easily. And ALWAYS make sure you let it cool at least 15 minutes in the tin before attempting to remove it can help it hold its shape better. Give those tweaks a shot, and let me know how it turns out! Happy baking, and thanks again for trying out the recipe! 🥕🍰😊
Thanks soooo much u soooo sweet, some people do get annoyed, I don't know reasons for it , the truth is a person only ask when he / she don't have knowledge right? So I don't know why some people get annoyed when a person asks something, if he / she knows they not going to ask, other than that there's something I heard I'm not sure if its true so maybe you don't know about it, they say once cake batter is prepared u should not allow it to sit outside and if you do , must not be long, so it's true an if yes how long can cake batters be left out, is 20 min to 40 min enough or how long
You are welcome 😊 It's best to bake cake batter right after mixing to get the best rise and texture. If you need to let the batter sit, try not to leave it out for more than 20 minutes. If you keep it any longer the leavening agents may lose their effectiveness.
Hello your cake looks amazing! I wanted to know the adjustments for a loaf pan? I want to make two, and I believe this recipe will also make two loaf cakes as well. Thank you!
@@TastyCluster Thank you I decided to make two 6 inch cakes, and a mini Bundt cake it was just enough for all three, and they turned out amazing. Thank you!
Yes, you can use a 9" by 13" dish for the carrot cake. Just be mindful of the baking time. Start checking for doneness around 25-30 minutes, and continue until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Enjoy baking your delicious carrot cake! 😊🍰
So because I don't know how to measure i added water to the top to check how much water goes , but its not possible to do so with my springform pan because this one leaks so wat wil u recommend
Use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the inside diameter of the pan and its height. If the springform pan is close in size to the recommended pan size in the recipe, you should be good to go. If not, you may need to adjust the recipe accordingly or use a different pan.
Yes! you can use cake flour as a substitute. Just a quick note.... since cake flour is finer and has less protein than all-purpose flour, the texture may be more delicate. Keep an eye on the batter consistency; if it seems too thin, you can add a bit more cake flour gradually. Happy baking
Hi! I don’t know all the sizes, but the most common ones are around 8 inches (20 cm) and 9 inches (23 cm). You might find a size chart online for more options. 😊
Yes you can! 😊 just halve this recipe and bake it in a single 8 or 9-inch cake pan. Prepare the cake batter as directed and bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 25 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. I have also shared detailed instructions on my website (tastycluster.com/carrot-cake/) how to bake my carrot cake recipe in different size pans or in smaller quantity.
Hi! Yes, you can use applesauce instead of crushed pineapple in this carrot cake recipe. Use the same amount, which is 1/2 cup. However, if your applesauce is smoother and thicker, you might consider using a bit less, around 1/3 cup, to maintain the desired consistency of the cake batter.
Hi thanx il just keep a eye for those henceforth , im just wondering if its the only reasons because i heard but im not sure if its true but i heard when cake pan/ tin is toooo big cake turns flat is it the case
Hi! Yes, you can make cupcakes with this recipe. It should yield about 24 standard-sized cupcakes, but the number may vary depending on your cupcakes pan. Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy your cupcakes!
Cakes can sink for a few reasons, such as overmixing the batter, using too much leavening agent (baking powder or baking soda), not baking long enough, or opening the oven door too early. 😊
Hi, I have added complete written recipe with useful details and tips on Tasty Cluster website. Here is the link for Carrot Cake Recipe: www.tastycluster.com/carrot-cake/
I remember baking was soooo simple when i was younger , creaming is stil fine , so i do understand but pans i dont understand an not batter either because I know before people just use 1 tray/ pan so just 1 baking pan is there to clean nowadays i just wonder why people complicate things they do layer cake, a person need to know how much batter per pan an sooooo many dishes to clean , not every1 know which recipes should b halved , not every1 know which recipes should b doubled til now i stil Dont know
It's totally understandable to feel that way! Baking has evolved with time, and while it can seem more complicated now, there is also a lot more variety and creativity available. Layer cakes can be daunting with multiple pans and more cleanup, but they offer a chance to explore different flavors and textures in each layer. Additionally, with the world being more connected now, there are a lot of pan shapes and sizes available all over the world, making it easier to experiment with different recipes. As for halving or doubling recipes, it's all about trial and error, and you are not alone in feeling unsure about it. One cake pan may not always work for every recipe, but that's part of the fun and exploration of baking! If you ever need help or guidance on adapting any of my recipes or choosing the right pan for a specific recipe, don't hesitate to reach out.
Hi, Yes you can. Bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. As oven temperature and baking pan material varies so I would suggest to check around 30 minutes.
Sunken cakes or cupcakes can result from various factors such as overmixing the batter, underbaking, opening the oven door too early, or using too much baking powder or baking soda.
Do you know how to measure cake pans, other than that im not sure if il help you but I got 2 pyrex glass square trays/ pans , the one is small tray it holds over 1 litre water under 2 liters and other is big tray it holds over 2 liters water under 3 litres so for this cake if i wanted to use my square tray/ pan wil I need big or small
See my other response on your comment earlier for measuring cake pans. You have got a couple of options here. You can use the smaller square tray to bake one layer at a time, in batches. Or, if you would like to bake everything together, try halving the recipe and use the larger square tray for a single, bigger layer. Alternatively, if you prefer to bake a large cake (complete recipe), you might consider using a combination of both square trays, just make sure to spread the batter evenly and keep an eye on the baking time.
So should i use same amount 1 cup sugar an 4 egg etc etc, because u said something about adapt so i never caught on if you mean keep measurements as is or double or half
Hi, I usually bake my carrot cake layers separately, but i would say that you can use the same amounts for the ingredients listed in the original recipe for your square cake pan size you mentioned earlier. There is no need to double or halve the recipe; the quantities provided should work well for your pan.
Yes, you can adapt the recipe for a square pan. Prepare the cake batter as directed and bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Oven temperatures can vary, so the exact baking time may differ. Remember to monitor the cake in the last 10 minutes to prevent overbaking. Enjoy your carrot cake! 😊
Hi! Thanks for asking. For an egg-free version of this recipe, you can substitute eggs with mashed banana, yogurt, flax eggs, or applesauce. Personally, I would suggest using yogurt as it closely maintains the original texture and taste. To replace each egg, use 1/4 cup of plain yogurt. Choose plain yogurt to avoid introducing additional flavors that may alter the classic taste of carrot cake. Opt for a thick and creamy yogurt for better results. Thanks! Happy baking! 😊
Hi its me again, i usually use square pan/ tray for your carrot cake but im now wanting to try in springform pan,/ round & im unable to make out if these 2 measurements are 1 size or the 1 pan is bigger than other, i got no idea so which springform pan, shall i use 20× 6,5 cm is the one size of springform pan whereas other size springform pan is 26,3× 26,3× 7cm: is the one pan bigger and can I use either or which size should I use , i would like to use 1 pan only
Hi! The 26×26 cm pan is larger than the 20×6.5 cm springform pan. If you want to use just one pan, the 26 cm pan would be better for baking the whole recipe at once. I hope it helps! 😊
Hi, I have added complete written recipe with useful details and tips on Tasty Cluster website. Here is the link for Carrot Cake Recipe: www.tastycluster.com/carrot-cake/
Actually i never understood wat u said so if i use my small glass square pyrex dish/ tray do i half the recipe or do i use full recipe : so 1 cup flour with 2 eggs etc etc?
No worries! Just halve the recipe and give it a try in your smaller square pyrex dish. Prepare the cake batter by using half quantities of each ingredient, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 25 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Sometimes the best way to find out is by experimenting with the pans you have or invest in a standard size baking pan. Enjoy the baking process, and may your carrot cake turn out delicious! 😊 For more tips, check out guide on this carrot cake recipe adaptation (baking in a different size pans) on my website: tastycluster.com/carrot-cake/
Hi it's me again I'm sooooo sorry again for disturbing, I want to buy springform pans it's a set theres 3 pans in 1 set an , I'm not able to make out which shall I take I'm hoping u could guide me , I'm wanting to take something that will ensure il have light and moist and fluffy an soft cakes , not dry, cake not dense , cake not heavy cakes an also I wanting that's going to rise well, I wanting to take something that takes tooo quick to bake, I'm wanting to take something that batter in centre shouldn't be gooey, batter shouldn't be uncooked so heres the sizes the one set consists of those sizes 24 cm an 26 cm and 28 cm and other consist of 18 cm and 20cm and 22cm so which would u recommend or could I get either set , I'm sure u professional in baking so u would know
Hi! No problem at all. For light, moist, and fluffy cakes, I would recommend the set with 18 cm, 20 cm, and 22 cm pans. These sizes are great for even baking and allow for better control over the cake’s rise and texture. The smaller pans will help achieve that soft, well-risen cake. 😊
I have not managed to figure out when to use big pan an when to use small i have no idea so therefore i use anything an prepare batter an bake an when i remove from oven i come to know its either not risen or i realised its goeey , i mean cooked on outside an uncooked in centre , although its not the case always but yes sometimes my cake come out soooo nice an beautiful, so im hoping u can assist me
Absolutely! Choosing the right pan size is really important. When following a recipe, try to use the closest pan size you have. Select a larger pan if you want a thinner cake, or go for a smaller one for a thicker cake. When filling the pan, aim for about two-thirds (2/3) full to allow room for the cake to rise without overflowing. And for cake not rising enough or turning gooey with the center uncooked, make sure your oven temperature is accurate and consider using a toothpick or skewer to check the doneness by inserting it into the center, if it comes out clean, your cake is good to go! I hope these tips help you bake many more beautifully baked cakes! 😊🍰
Ok an another thing I wanted to know what's reason for cake being flat/ thin , i do know that my cakes sometimes it rises tooo well and sometimes toooo thin/ flat
The thickness of a cake can be affected by factors like ingredient freshness, oven temperature and leavening agents. If your cake sometimes rises too much or ends up too thin, it could be because of mixing too much or opening the oven door early. Also, dense cakes like carrot cakes won't rise as high as lighter and fluffier cakes. So, it's a mix of these things that decides how your cake turns out in the end.
Sunken cakes or cupcakes can be caused by factors such as underbaking, overmixing the batter, opening the oven door too early, or using too much leavening agent (baking powder or baking soda).
I wasn't aware that theres a rule that pans make a difference, I thought batter make difference an ingredient makes a difference so I never ever know how much batter is needed so I'm just thinking if you able to tell me how much cups of flour onwards
I completely understand your confusion! Cake pans, the amount of cake batter, and ingredients are all important. While I don't have an exact measurement for each pan size, I can share a general guideline. Typically, for an 8-inch (20 cm) cake pan, you would need about 2 cups of flour for a standard cake recipe. However, keep in mind that every cake recipe is different, and it depends on the type of cake as well. It's usually better to follow the recommended cake pan size in a recipe or choose the closest one to ensure the desired texture and outcome.
Hi if I give you cupcakes wil you be able to determine how much cupcakes 1 lot make, il forward recipe? Its not yours but im not able to ask that person directly for some reason or the other i don't know why so i thought or hoped u would assist me
An also I forgot to mention I don't want to wash several baking pans, batter must go in 1 pan , because I don't know how much batter goes per pan so I prefer 1 baking pan when I bake, if you like il forward recipes to give you idea , this is a plain cupcake naeema mia fill three quarter way bake for 15 min , so heres recipe 4 teaspoon baking powder an 3 cup flour and 250g butter and 1cup milk and 1an half cup sugar and 4eggs , u don't separate eggs for this recipe, so my question is if I have intention not to make cupcakes out of this recipe which size pan will I need
Hi! I can’t really tell, but it looks like a 24 cm or 26 cm pan should generally work for this amount of batter. You might need to adjust baking time as well. It’s also a good idea to ask the person you are following the recipe from for more specific advice. 😊
I used 3 cake pans (20 cm x 5 cm). You can make the cake in a different size pan than the one specified in this recipe, see details here: www.tastycluster.com/carrot-cake/
Hi Mehjabeen, since you are combining all three layers into one large 10 to 12-inch pan, the baking time will be longer. You can start by baking the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F). It's important to start checking for doneness around 35 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center of the cake, and if it comes out clean or with a few crumbs clinging to it, the cake is done. Otherwise continue to bake and check at regular intervals until the toothpick comes out clean. Since baking times can differ, it's essential to monitor the cake closely. It might take between 35 to 55 minutes.
Do you know reasons for salt , i never saw a difference, i decided to try but i observed a person won't know wether salt was added or not so i no longer use salt
Salt enhances the cake's flavor, balances sweetness, and contributes to its structure and golden brown color. Even if you can't spot it, rest assured it's there, making your cake extra delicious! 😊 You can check out detailed descriptions of each ingredient used in my carrot cake recipe and their possible substitutions on my website (tastycluster.com/carrot-cake/). Thanks! Have a nice weekend 🥰

Hi Noor 😊 thanks for asking. Yes you can use corn oil. I haven't tried steaming this cake but I think it will work, you can give it a try in smaller quantity.
Slm actually I do need exact measurements because I don't have knowledge for baking so I don't know about an nor do I know pan sizes an nor do I know how to measure pans , I did try to measure using measuring tape but I don't know wether to start from 1 mark or before that , some people start from before 1 others only from 1 so I don't know correct measurements
Start from the first mark (0) on your measuring tape, so you won't need to worry about adding 1 later in your final measurement. Just measure your cake pan from the inside edge of one side to the inside edge of the opposite side. I hope it helps.
Great question! The estimated weight of the carrot cake can vary, but for a party of 14, I recommend doubling the recipe to ensure there is plenty for everyone, with a little extra to enjoy and for an extra piece. Enjoy the celebration!
Thank you for your feedback! I appreciate your suggestion. I will make sure to slow down and enhance the visibility of the ingredients in my future videos. 😊 Here is the link to the written complete recipe with ingredients: tastycluster.com/carrot-cake/
I understand! To check if the cake is ready, insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean or with a few crumbs, the cake is done. You can also lightly press the top of the cake, if it springs back, it’s ready. 😊
Im soooo sorry to bother u again but its necessary as i said before i don't know when recipes require halving, i don't know when recipes require doubling and Im sure there's more people that don't have knowledge over it ,im sure there's more people that don't know even wen using just 1 pan / tray u need certain amount batter and if using less batter then cakes is not going to rise , this i never knew so i tend to do it again and again and again an i have thin cakes an im sure there's others that do it also ,nonetheless i wished people understood that an used 1 pan/ tray in that way whomever wants to bake he / shes able to do so with ease , he/ she don't need to bother the next person , so can I use my square small pyrex pan and wats the measurement an wats bake time
Don't worry at all! It's completely understandable to have questions, and you are not alone in wanting clarity on recipe adjustments. Understanding when to halve or double recipes can be tricky, especially with pan sizes and batter amounts. You're taking the right step by asking. One helpful tip is to invest in standard size cake pans, such as 8-inch or 9-inch round pan or 8x8 inch square pan, which are most commonly used in recipes. These pans are widely available and can make following recipes much easier. For your square small Pyrex pan, halve the recipe's quantities and bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 25 to 35 minutes. Remember, experimenting is key, and you are doing great by seeking knowledge.
Hi, Thank you for checking out my carrot cake recipe! While vegetable oil is a common ingredient in many cake recipes to keep the cake tender and moist, I understand that preferences vary. You could definitely use melted butter or any preferred oil.

Thank you for your feedback! 😊 I understand your concern about the amount of sugar in the recipe. However, it is important to keep in mind that this recipe yield 16 servings, so the amount of sugar per serving is actually not as high as it may seem. While carrot cake typically does require a significant amount of sugar for the right texture and sweetness, I completely understand if you would like to cut back. You can certainly try reducing the sugar to your taste preferences. There are also some healthier alternatives to sugar, such as honey or maple syrup, that you could experiment with in this recipe if you are looking for a lower sugar option. I hope this helps, and thank you again for your comment! Do share your feedback if you try this recipe with or without any alteration.🥰😊
Provatelo e fatemi sapere come va! 🥰

Thank u so much for sharing lovey
I sooooo love the taste yoooooh❤❤❤
It beat the 1 I hav bin doing lately
Now 1 problem I had as hav had with previous recipe...the beauty in the moistness if u may allow me to say😂makes the cake wobbly, such that it easily breaks n unfortunately sum remains in the baking tin😢
How can I deal with that?
Thanks a mil...wil surly giv it another try, can't wait to nail it with confidence❤🎉
Absolutely! You've got this! 🎉 I can't wait to hear how it turns out! ❤️🍰
Mmmmm... so good
Thank you for liking 😊
Thank you!
Thanks 😊 Yes you can! it will make two loaf cakes. You may need to increase the baking time.
@@TastyCluster Thank you I decided to make two 6 inch cakes, and a mini Bundt cake it was just enough for all three, and they turned out amazing. Thank you!
Great! 👍 I am glad you like them 😊
Wow yummy look plz stayconect
Thank you 😊🥰
Instead of 3 layers cake can i bake it in 9" by 13" dish?
Thanks for recipe. Can I use cake flour?
Yes! you can use cake flour as a substitute. Just a quick note.... since cake flour is finer and has less protein than all-purpose flour, the texture may be more delicate. Keep an eye on the batter consistency; if it seems too thin, you can add a bit more cake flour gradually. Happy baking
Hi for springform pan do you know all the sizes theres
Hi! I don’t know all the sizes, but the most common ones are around 8 inches (20 cm) and 9 inches (23 cm). You might find a size chart online for more options. 😊
Hi can I use 1 pan or do you have another carrot recipe using 1 pan
Yes you can! 😊 just halve this recipe and bake it in a single 8 or 9-inch cake pan. Prepare the cake batter as directed and bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 25 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
I have also shared detailed instructions on my website (tastycluster.com/carrot-cake/) how to bake my carrot cake recipe in different size pans or in smaller quantity.
Hi, if I want to add apple sauce insted of pineaples how much shoudl I take, same amount?
@@TastyCluster thank you 💗
Hi thanx il just keep a eye for those henceforth , im just wondering if its the only reasons because i heard but im not sure if its true but i heard when cake pan/ tin is toooo big cake turns flat is it the case
Yes, that's correct! The size of the cake pan can affect the height. Using a pan that is too big may result in a flatter cake.
Hi im just wondering if i could make cupcakes an how much would i get
I mean if i could use recipe as is using one baking pan?
Yes, you can use a 10-inch or 12-inch round cake pan. Since you are combining all three layers into one pan, the baking time will be longer.
Hi do you know reasons for cakes dipping/ sinking
Cakes can sink for a few reasons, such as overmixing the batter, using too much leavening agent (baking powder or baking soda), not baking long enough, or opening the oven door too early. 😊
Where can I find the recipe for print? I would like to translate but need the full recipe written
Hi, I have added complete written recipe with useful details and tips on Tasty Cluster website. Here is the link for Carrot Cake Recipe: www.tastycluster.com/carrot-cake/
I have updated the CarrotCake recipe with more useful tips and options on the website. www.tastycluster.com/carrot-cake/ Thanks
OMG
Thanks for watching 😊
Can i use 2 9 inch pan and if so whats the baking time?
Hi, Yes you can. Bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
As oven temperature and baking pan material varies so I would suggest to check around 30 minutes.
Do you reasons for sunken cake sunken cupcakes
Hi im wondering if I could use my square pan its 23×22× 4,8 cm an what's baking time
Yes, you can adapt the recipe for a square pan. 😊
Hi any substitute for the egg? TIA
Hi i wanted to know something do you know other cakes also or only yours
Hi! I mostly share my own recipes, but I can help with general questions. 😊
🥰🥰🥰
Thank you, enjoy! 😊🥰
ashhad 'an la 'iilah 'iilaa allah wa'ashhad 'ana muhamad rasul allah❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️٠

Hi...do we have to use pineapple ?
Hi, In this carrot cake recipe pineapple is used to add moisture and little sweetness. You can add apple sauce or grated apple instead 😊
Can I use both pineapple & apple sauce?
Hi Cynthia, yes you can use both (1/4 Cup each) half cup in total 😊
Poderia ter a receita na legenda para eu traduzir 😢

Yes that i know but i mean in the oven
If I have to substitute egg with yogurt then how many grams we shall use? Thanks for your guidance
You can use 240g (1 cup) of thick plain yogurt.
Hi btw in video the measurement used is 200g of sugar but in written recipe it is stated 300g of sugar altogether..which one should we follow
Hi, it's 200g of white sugar and 100g of brown sugar.
Do you know reasons for sunken cake and sunken cupcakes
Sunken cakes or cupcakes can be caused by factors such as underbaking, overmixing the batter, opening the oven door too early, or using too much leavening agent (baking powder or baking soda).
Salt and ginger, these both I never added, I have made Carrot cake without pineapple so that's what I did with yours
It's wonderful to know that you have experimented with the recipe and the cake turned out delicious! 😊
Thanx
My pleasure, enjoy 😊
Its not yours but im not able to ask that person directly for some reason or the other i don't know why so i thought or hoped u would assist me
I’m not sure I can help with that. I mainly work with my own recipes. You might want to try asking someone who knows that specific recipe. 😊
Hoe to put it, say it, this is gorgeous. Thank you.
Wow, thank you!😊🥰
An also I forgot to mention I don't want to wash several baking pans, batter must go in 1 pan , because I don't know how much batter goes per pan so I prefer 1 baking pan when I bake, if you like il forward recipes to give you idea , this is a plain cupcake naeema mia fill three quarter way bake for 15 min , so heres recipe 4 teaspoon baking powder an 3 cup flour and 250g butter and 1cup milk and 1an half cup sugar and 4eggs , u don't separate eggs for this recipe, so my question is if I have intention not to make cupcakes out of this recipe which size pan will I need
Hi! I can’t really tell, but it looks like a 24 cm or 26 cm pan should generally work for this amount of batter. You might need to adjust baking time as well. It’s also a good idea to ask the person you are following the recipe from for more specific advice. 😊
Haw much the said of the pan?
I used 3 cake pans (20 cm x 5 cm). You can make the cake in a different size pan than the one specified in this recipe, see details here: www.tastycluster.com/carrot-cake/
An bake time?
Hi can i make the carrot cake without adding pineapple or apple saucce ? Because i dont like it
Hi, It would still be fine if you leave out pineapple/apple sauce. Add 1/4 Cup extra grated carrots instead. Give it a try and share your feedback. 😊

Can i use corn oil instead of veg oil & are this recipe suitable for steaming?
How much would this cake weigh? Basically I am throwing a party for 14 people and want to understand how much I need to scale up the recipe?
Great question! The estimated weight of the carrot cake can vary, but for a party of 14, I recommend doubling the recipe to ensure there is plenty for everyone, with a little extra to enjoy and for an extra piece. Enjoy the celebration!
Hello is it okay if i don’t add ginger?
Hi, yes you can make it without ginger, the cake will still be delicious 😊 Enjoy!

I did try several times but my messages arent reaching her so i asked u an also another thing is im not sure how does person know cake is ready
It looked real good until you poured vegetable oil in there
Hi, Thank you for checking out my carrot cake recipe! While vegetable oil is a common ingredient in many cake recipes to keep the cake tender and moist, I understand that preferences vary. You could definitely use melted butter or any preferred oil.

Everything looked so good until I saw the amount of sugar. Way too much.
Kind of cheap on the frosting.
Hi Mark, thanks for commenting 😊

Thats absolutely delicious and perfect 😋😀you just need to double the frosting recipe. Enjoy!
@@TastyCluster I would double. Your cake looks good. I just like extra. My grandmother and mother would always give me extra frosting on my piece.
