    Just got my 2022 F.Ranger Latiat TREMOR and I’m loving it. First time pickup owner / Ford owner. First thing I did was take the TREMOR decals off and now replacing the grill. Dual exhaust coming next. 🤙🏼

      👍 Big congrats. Once you have a truck it's hard to love without one. Hope it serves you well. Over 70k on our odometer and going strong.

    I think most Ranger owners love their truck. I look for them for sale everywhere on every site and you don’t see much. I see more colorados and tacomas than anything. Only thing I can assume is no one is selling them because they’re keeping them lol and never heard a bad thing about them or their reliability. Australians did good with designing the core roots of the T6 ranger

    I have the 2023 ford ranger tremor the carrying capacity is actually 1905LB and mine has the heated seats and remote start, lane assist, adaptive cruise control, auto dimming lights, 110 volt plug in, the leather tremor seats power seats that go up down front back and lumbar support, I traded my 2019 gmc sierra elevation 1500 for this truck and this ranger is way more of a truck than that gmc and for $10k less of a price tag that was then now the gmc would would be hitting closer to $70k so defenatly a wiser choice to with a ranger tremor

    Love the video, I have a 21 XL STX 2X4 (sadly not a 4x4). I’m wondering have you encounter with hard/rough gear changes, if so how can I fix this fix this problem I have? I’ve been having hard shifting on 4 and 5 gear I currently have 16k miles on the truck took to the dealership twice, both time they’ve told me that there’s nothing wrong with my transmission and gear when tested. All they did was restart the transmission both times that I’ve gone to the dealership but I still have the same problem with the hard shifts, Anyone have any advise to fix this problem?

    I know gas mileage is not what you are looking for with this truck, but... Just curious, what kind of mileage are you getting?
    I currently have 2008 frontier with 228,000 miles, and am shopping just in case... I get 15 - to 15.7 mpg combined. I would like my next truck to do a little better.

    • @touringandtrails
      @touringandtrails  5 месяцев назад +3

      Highway and running around town I get 19 - 22 depending how heavy my foot is. Not too bad considering its 4x4. Towing a trailer it gets significantly worse. My 1400 lb teardrop will drop it to 12 - 15 mpg depending on the terrain (hills). My 15' bumper pull drops down to 10 - 12mpg. Currently up to 67k on the odometer, been very happy with this truck. Driving the wheels off!

    I been using a company 2005 xlt and I beat the crap out of it. Like i treat it like a race car 😂
    Now I want to see what these newer ones can do. What they are capable of.
    At first I was discouraged because of the 4 cylinder turbo engine but don't really care anymore. If that's the direction we are headed in so be it.
    As long as they don't go full EV

    2021 Ranger Tremor XLT owner, cactus grey with the pin stripes option-30K miles on her and I can’t be anymore happier with my purchase, no regrets at all-recently had a ready lift level kit installed, outfitted with Black rhino armory wheels (desert sand) with Bigger 280, 70, 17 (33”) I stuck with the general grabbers because I really love the ride with the Fox suspension combination-and again I’m super happy with this truck and as any other truck owner should, I use my truck too-I’ve yet to tow anything because I didn’t opt for the tow package but I Frikkin love my truck, wohoo!!! 🤘🏽🤘🏽🛻

    Do you ever try to step on the gas to pull out in traffic and hear this creak noise, sound like it’s coming from the engine. It doesn’t do it all the time. It seem like it does it when I turn on to get in the traffic and I have to step on it kind of hard then it makes this noise it sound like when you change gear wrong on a stick shift. It’s so annoying when it happens
