You've helped me out a lot I'm not sure if you've came across that yet but you should do some research on MCT oil it's been helping me out a lot and it's like rocket fuel it really stimulates you and helps you think for hours without any serious side effects the only one that I really came across is upset stomach but that's just as simple as starting off with a little and upping your dose to a tablespoon gradually over time

I gave been diagnosed at 44 but I am stuck in a negative feedback loop in real life. I can relate to everything you say. Thank you very much for what you are doing. We are caring people who can give the world so much more if they would just try to understand us more. Like you said. We see the world differently and if you do not have ADHD, you will never understand. Good luck with your channel, my friend. ❤❤❤🙌🙌🙌
P.S. If you would like to know more about an adult being diagnosed late in life and how undiagnosed ADHD can ruin your life, you are welcome to contact me. I feel there is much I can share. Especially also living in one of the most corrupt 3rd world countries in the world and how that can destroy a person's self-confidence.

Thank you so much for telling your story. I just found this diagnosis on Tuesday and the more I learn about it the deeper I can breathe. I always asked what is wrong with me, that has been my narrative since I can remember. So much self hatred for not being "Normal" explained. I am blessed to now understand that I don't have to keep trying to shove a square peg in a round hole. I am thankful for the new resources I now have to function the way I can show my strengths. Terrifying but so excited about my new journey.

I split my Vyvanse. I take 1/3 when I wake up, 1/3 two hours later and then three hours after that I take the last 1/3. That’s 70mg spread out over 7 hours instead of all at once.
When I took an entire Vyvanse capsule, I’d get overwhelmed. “Splitting” my Vyvanse eliminated that.
I also take 3 drops of Ananda Hemp Full Spectrum 2000 CBD oil about an hour after my first Vyvanse 1/3.
The Vyvanse helps me get stuff done and the CBD keeps away anxiousness.
I also do 60+ minutes on the elliptical 6-7 days a week while mixing in some very light weight training. Exercise is a must for a healthy brain... and body.

Another great video! I loved your analogy of Bradley Cooper in limitless during your tax law class! I went back to University as a mature student, it was during a monotonous project (and weeks of trying every angle to engage myself in it) that I realize I needed a diagnosis and accommodation. I was fortunate to have understanding from my profs without a diagnosis (diagnosis came later) and I was able to find a role that played to my strengths instead, engaging with people not admin tasks. I was in Social Work so there was a lot more flexibility. I started writing this comment after you described your university experience. Congratulations in your achievements, and at the time of this video, i realize this was 2 years ago now! Amazing work! Your story IS an inspiration!

Great information. I just recently realized this is what I've had all along and the reason for so many ups and downs in my life and its been like a breath of fresh air to know what was behind it all. Your videos, explanations and meditation have been a huge help to calm myself down and learn more on why my brain works the way it does.

For being ADHA, I don’t understand why there is music in almost ALL your videos. 😖I can’t focus on what you’re saying. That techno repetitive beat… guess it’s just me since no one else is distracted. Good luck, I can’t stay. 😢

Let me just say, You are very very lucky to have your therapy to tell you to see an ADHD doctor after only 2 sessions…. I have been trouble shooting my life for 10 yrs and being treated for depression and anxiety until my 3rd therapist finally suggested that I may have adult ADHD after one year of working with me (I’m in my early 30s now). And that is only because he also has adult adhd….sooooooo many adults get treated for depression/anxiety for long term without knowing that ADHD was the root cause to how they are not able to manage life like nerotypical ppl

I also have recently been diagnosed with ADD. However I feel like I do not have the positive sides that you describe. I feel my creativity does not come out because my head is too full of stuff. I also do not feel energized and motivated even for stuff I like and especially not for stuff that are scary because I am already too anxious and nervous for normal things in life like meetings for school. I feel like I only have the negative sides and not the positive sides of ADD and do not really know what to do

You can speak to your GP and they will refer you to a phsychiatrist who can diagnose you and give you meds. You can do it all online by phone calls and skype in lockdown. Hope this helps
