Car shows on RUclips are a dime a dozen, the few that stand out do so because of the people involved. A big part of what I've enjoyed here is the relationship between the two of you and the fun you seem to have together.

There's a saying, "when you're going through hell, don't stop." That resonated with me through your entire video. Grinding will eventually take it's toll. Loving yourselves first and loving one another through difficulty just means your metal is strong. Personally, I loved your boat series. I wish you'd do another boat, but I recognize that that was circumstantial. It just never seemed like you were "grinding" when it came to the boat. You have my prayers for healing, health and prosperity. God Bless!

It's incredible how entitled people can get with things that are provided for them by others, for no cost, with no obligation. It's worse when it involves social media personalities or celebrities because those same entitled people tend to forget that those personalities are still human beings, they often act like they're entitled to be rude or attack people because "hey, they should expect it, they're putting themselves out on the internet, they knew what they were getting themselves into". The crazy part is that most of these people think that they are good people in regular everyday life, like being horrible to people online doesn't count or something.
      People can be so terrible.

As a content creator who has struggled through the pandemic, family deaths, and some career uncertainty I feel this so much. My mental/emotional strain has limited my creative time and energy. Especially since I was recently hit by a car and for the last 6 weeks I haven't been able to walk. That said, nothing wrong with hitting the pause button, taking time to reset physically/emotionally/mentally. Have to take care of yourselves first. So you're not the only ones in this situation and your journey outside the garage is just as much of an inspiration as what you do in the garage. Keep it up!

It's a slippery slope and dangerous when things are not going well. Aaron your an amazingly talented man with a wonderful family and spouse. You have nothing to prove to anyone. You have already done that. Breath in and let yourself enjoy being alive with such a great family and spouse. My wife looks at me the way Emily looks at you. That's all you need bro. Glad to see you taking a break to work on yourselves. You put a lot of yourselves out there. Take a break whenever you need it, we’ll be here when you are. I can understand Aaron’s adjustment with alcohol. I had a terrible struggle with alcohol (fully functional, but drank heavily every night). Got clean at 32 years old. Was good for 21 years, but about a year ago I relapsed. Was ok for a while but it spiraled out of control again. So, weeks ago, I sobered up again. Hardest part is making the decision to make the changes you need to and breaking the habits you get set into. The money I’m saving is crazy REALLY significant too.
Thanks for the talk, looking forward to new content ahead for the year! Be well folks.

It's got to be so frustrating having to stop yourself doing things that you used to do like second nature in the shop, and not being able to do it is doubtless disheartening to say the least. A break to step back, reassess, reorganise and restart with some things offloaded (editing) must feel so great. Glad you're getting back together, content be damned, you're better off looking after yourself first.

Nobody should ever knock you for taking care of yourselves. A break (even when forced) can breath new life into you. I just started my channel a couple of months ago. I can totally sympathize with amount of time spent editing. It’s crazy how much work it is. Glad to see you guys. 😊

Love your videos and enjoy the great chemistry that the two of you have and share with your viewers. Sure enjoy the engine transplants you have performed in the Z-Car, Love Truck and hope you do more of that work. I have learned a lot just watching what you do and am amazed at how brave you are to attack some of the complicated projects without a lot of training and a learn as you go technique. I wish you much success and financial rewards, you deserve it.

Thank you guys for sharing this! I’ve gone through some similar changes in my life (ironically around the same time - my wife and I were literally watching this with a “wow, that’s been us!” kinda feeling). Appreciate the candor and can’t wait for more episodes on your time, your way. It’s the most important thing, I believe, to creating a genuine, authentic channel like you guys have created. Also, having friends involved and help who believe in the mission (and don’t just care about the camera) makes these builds so fun. Hope to see you guys around soon!

Proud of you guy's I kinda went through the same situation but I was a addict and changed my life around but my wife didn't want to change so I had to get a divorce and move to another town. Life is a lot better now met my soul mate and it changed my life and as a car guy and a full time mechanic just off on weekends with 10 projects at home I'm just burnt out and don't feel like working on them. But I've learned if we can't count on each other nothing else matters and now that I have that I'm a whole lot happier you guy's take your time and I happy for you your true fan's will always have your back.

YOU guys matter to each other first! Much love and support from my wife and I coming your way. You guys are wise beyond your years… took me twice your age to realize sometimes I need help and sometimes needed to learn it was ok to ask for help. When I was young in school with many of us struggling to learn, a teacher said “Life is hard be the yard, but by the inch, it’s a cinch” he said sometimes you need to stop, step back, reevaluate and take the problem on in smaller bites and even team up when allied for solving a problem or reaching a solution. I certainly lean on family and friends when in need and higher places when the going gets tough and too heavy to carry alone. Never feel guilty putting y’all’s well being first… we got your back. I will wave and smile if I see y’all at Iola car show in July. I took lots for myself from your video so you are still helping others.

I give you so much credit for putting yourselves out there, especially in a video like this. I had no idea about the health issues. You folks are such an inspiration. I am glad you have put your health and relationships a priority. Delegation is one of the most difficult and rewarding things you learn in business. Giving others the chance to work with you, to feel like they own their jobs and can be creative has huge benefits for everyone. Not everything works, so you execute, assess, adjust and execute again. I have built a few small companies in my 81 years on earth. Teaching and learning keeps one young. Being in sync with each other is the best. Taking time for meditation, exercise, reading and prayer will even out the hills and valleys of life. God’s Blessings on you and your family.

You both were always awesome and I know you will even be better with the remodels , I also had seizures and took Dilantin for 20 years but when I laid off the sugars ,drinking pops, I got off the Dilantin and no more sugar spikes and crashes. I was always told it was neurologic but it was actually low sugar with always low blood pressure. You both will be even more awesome! 🙏🙏👍👍

Cheers to you both.
