    Wow, that lady handling Josh was amazing. She had him on the ground. She walked into his cell while he was heightened and still she calmed him so fast. WOW again.

      I'm not sure if those earrings she was wearing would be appropriate for dealing with drunk/high/crazy people. If the somehow broke free from the other cops, they could do some serious damage in a short time if they got hold of her earrings. Yes, it would be added charges, but is the possible damage they could do really worth the risk?

    That first female officer is EXCEPTIONAL. That interaction could have easily been so, SO much worse but she handled him with respect which he then returned.
    I became a felon at young age, so unfortunately I've endured multiple visits to booking. I've seen this exact situation go bad countless times.
    I was literally in aw at the deputies patience, that's RARE. She would be an amazing trainer for new deputies. They should aspire to have her ethics!
    You remember people who are kind to you in unkind places. It does have a positive effect.
    This jail will suffer if they ever lose her as an employee.

    She's an awesome c.o. I wish there were more like her. She calmed him down and talked to him and listened. She treated him with respect and dignity and professionalism. It's natural to freak out at the prospect of losing your freedom and being a badge heavy c.o. often agitates the person unnecessarily.

    First kid was acting like a toddler. To be a jailer you gotta expect that people going in there are probably gonna get hit with reality of their situation which brings all sorts of emotions they most likely can't control and you gotta deal with them in the same manner you would a child who doesn't understand their emotions

      Mental health support isn't good enough. It could have been dealt with a lot cheaper than waiting until they fall foul of the law and end up in jail or prison. Even they the help ootions are limited.
