In the 1997 JJBA OVA of Stardust Crusaders (in which this DIO is the main antagonist) in the final battle between Jotaro and DIO there briefly appears a 7up sign, which by weird conicidence in the next shot you can see DIO looking towards the sings direction and similling. Now I'm not sure if it's a fanbase in-joke or was the joke started by a popular streamer Vargskelethor, but what I do know is that from these two shots in the OVA it is joked that DIO likes 7up. What has this have to do anything with this half-life mod? Well, as previously seen headcrabs are retextured into 7up cans, and since it's jocked about that DIO likes 7up, it makes sense why headcrab zombies are retuxtured into DIO.
