    I did the same - I heat the mandrel to size wax rings

    You can also drill out a small hole for the small end! While you're at it, drill holes in your stump too....you do have a stump don't you?

    Thank you for all your quick tips! I really appreciate them! I noticed you have wintergreen essential oil on your bench. Is there a jewelry use for it? I personally love the smell, so if I can use it in a new way, that would be awesome!

      WhereIs TheFire , You are welcome and YES, I use Oil of Wintergreen as a bur lubricant, and it does smell wonderful.

    Do you have to pickle after annealing every time before rolling again in the rolling mill?
