  • The NEW BEST TARDIS In Garry’s Mod is The Monk’s TARDIS! This has two exteriors which are both available in the Chameleon Circuit and are so cool. Theres the default one as seen in the First Doctor Serial: The Meddling Monk and the other is the Limestone Block exterior from the 60's serial: The Dalek's Master Plan. This TARDIS addon is on the same level as the 11th and 12th Doctor's Toyota TARDIS, The Warrior's TARDIS, the 13th Doctor's TARDIS and more.

    Doctor Who is a British science fiction television programme produced by the BBC since November 23rd, 1963. The programme depicts the adventures of a Time Lord called "The Doctor", an extraterrestrial being, appearing to be human. The Doctor explores the universe in a time-travelling space ship called the TARDIS. Its exterior appears as a blue British metropolitan police box, which was a common sight in Britain in the 1960’s when the series first aired. Accompanied by a number of companions, the Doctor combats a variety of foes like the Daleks and Cybermen while working to save civilisations and save people in need.
    Beginning with William Hartnell, over fifteen actors have headlined the series as the Doctor. The transition from one actor to another is written into the plot of the show with the concept of regeneration into a new incarnation and body, a plot device in which a Timelord "transforms" into a new body when the current one is too badly harmed to heal normally. The recent regeneration as seen in The Giggle was the Controversial Bigeneration from David Tenannt to Ncuti Gatwa.
    A series of special episodes of the British Sci-Fi TV programme Dr Who recently aired to celebrate the 60th anniversary. The episodes are written by Russell T Davies, and were broadcast on BBC One in November to December 2023, preceding the following series fourteen otherwise known as season one. David Tennant appeared as the Fourteenth Doctor before Ncuti Gatwa took over as the Fifteenth Doctor. Catherine Tate and Bernard Cribbins reprised their roles of Donna and Sylvia Noble. The three specials are directed by Rachel Talalay, Tom Kingsley and Chanya Button. Filming moved from Roath Lock Studios to Bad Wolf Studios once Bad Wolf became a co-producer of the series. Disney has partnered with the BBC and Doctor Who to have Dr Who stream on Disney’s platform, Disney Plus. Disney+ will allow people from many different countries to watch Doctor Who at the same time as the UK. Disney have also given Doctor Who a larger budget meaning the episodes will have better quality and Doctor Who’s CGI/visual effects will be better than ever.
    Yasmin Finney joined the cast for the anniversary, to portray a character named Rose. Bernard Cribbins, Jacqueline King and Karl Collins are also set to return as Wilfred Mott, Sylvia Noble and Shaun Temple. Jemma Redgrave is also returning to her role as Kate Lethbridge-Stewart in Series 14, after her appearance in The Power Of The Doctor as the head of UNIT. Ruth Madely also appears in the 60th anniversary as a new scientific advisor, Shirley Bingham. Bonnie Lanford returned as Melany Bush, Mel Bush continues to appear throughout the next season as well. Russell T Davies announced that Neil Patrick Harris would be joining the cast, playing The Celestial Toymaker.
    Ncuti Gatwa had previously been announced as Jodie Whittaker's successor after David Tennant reprises his role as the doctor in the 60th anniversary specials as the programme's lead, and many reports stated he would play the Fourteenth Doctor and that Whittaker's Thirteenth Doctor would regenerate into an incarnation portrayed by Gatwa. Upon Jodie Whittaker's final appearance as the character in The Power Of The Doctor, she instead regenerated into a form similar to the Tenth Doctor. This character, portrayed by Tennant, was confirmed to be the Fourteenth Doctor, with later clarification that Ncuti Gatwa would actually portray the Fifteenth Doctor. Ncuti Gatwa’s 15th doctor has also had his companion announced as Millie Gibson playing Ruby Sunday live on Children In Need. Her first proper appearance in Dr Who was in the first Christmas special since Twice Upon a Time in 2017. This episode focussed on Ruby and her family including Cherry Sunday and Carla Sunday. It also featured Goblins and a Goblin ship including Susan Twist as also seen in Wild Blue Yonder. The episode was called The Church on Ruby Road. Miss Flood, as played by Anita Dobson, is a mysterious character who broke the fourth wall at the end of the Xmas Special when Ruby Sunday first entered the TARDIS with the Fifthteenth Doctor Ncuti Gatwa. She is seen to also appear in season 2 / series 15 and is rumoured to be a renegade Timelord such as The Rani or even The Master.

    Thanks for watching the video! It's quite a random TARDIS but I loved it so much I really wanted to do a video on it even if it wouldn't get that many views. So, if you are watching this then you have probably seen a few of my videos; if you want to help me out I would genuinely be so extremely thankful if you would consider becoming a member, it's as low as £0.99 and is literally the best thing you could ever do for me!! The full list of perks is on the link but a few examples are that I will shout you out in every video, you get a special role in my Discord, cool emojis in my comments etc. Don't feel pressured even watching my videos is fantastic but here's the link to become a member: ruclips.net/channel/UC8M8kMTX9G6FmfBthCA2-ngjoin

    Thanks for checking out the addon! A few bits of info: the furniture room and the limestone block were already mentioned by other people, but one thing is that the walls actually were beige by that point in the series. The only wall that MIGHT have been green still is the wall with the white, indented roundels. Also, the pink walls were just a slip-up I made when first texturing the walls, but I decided to keep it as an option for those who wanted it.
    Also, the Yearometer was never in Classic Who. It was only featured in An Adventure in Space and Time, but I added it as a little extra thing for fun.
    The screen on the back wall does indeed act as a scanner! There are two (I think) controls on the console that activate it.

      Thank you for clearing those few things up! I actually had no clue the Yearometer wasn't in Classic Who, I really need to watch some more lmao. Also, I feel like the scanner could be a bit more obvious but as I said it's not a massive feature but I'm glad it is in there. Thanks again!

    I think the limestone one is from "The Daleks' Master Plan". The Monk chases the Doctor to ancient Egypt after failing to strand him on the volcanic planet (Tigus?). The block is supposed to be one of the stones used to build the Great Pyramid

      @@VanderzzWho Alas, most of it is now lost. There are only a couple of episodes left. I've long hoped that they'd animate it. John Peel did a very good two-book novelisation, if you can get hold of it

    The room you call the furniture room is the collector’s room, the munk had a knack for collecting stuff through time to put into a room, the gmod version isn’t a perfect recreation of it, but it is as accurate as possible for gmod

    I always liked the monks tardis, i dont think they ever mentioned what type it was but it was said that it was running the mk 4 update, which the doctors tardis wouldnt surpass until the 4th doctor was shown with the mk 5 update (his first interior)
    Also, the "spotlight" is called the artron bank, it basically recycles unused energy from the console and cycles it back through the tardis

    How do you get the subtitle things in the tardis

    • @VanderzzWho
      @VanderzzWho  6 месяцев назад +2

      For the controls? If so then it's in the TARDIS settings in the spawn menu. To find it, you just have to go to Options and in the TARDIS tab go to Misc and turn on Tips
