@KDDartsGuide yeah I knew you wouldn't use em in pub league... but I was taught don't practice 90% with bad n expect same results with good flights in match keep them consistent n well kept
I'd also recommend wearing shoes when practicing and if you can have a raised oche It'll keep you from looking down to see where your feet need to be instead of keeping your eyes on the board.
100% every one holds to there own comfort, the video is merely advice to how to start and to show you can grip anywhere on the dart , more a guideline for them to find there own feel and grip ☺️
Absolutely not it's all about comfort , some players such as Glenn durrant have all their fingers on the dart (4on top thumb on bottom) it's completely about what feels natural to you 😁
When I play darts I went from 70-75 average daily to now being at 40-50 but my problem is I can’t pull the dart back my hand just won’t do it any reason y?
It's completely up to you, heavier darts are better for taller and harder throwers and lighter darts are better for small people and light throwers (speed)
Great tutorial
Thank you 😊
My darts always go high. To stay around the treble 20 I need to stand back from the oche. Ho do I avoid this?
Im interested to you doing a video close up on the hand as you aim the dart for open or closed palm postion
I'll see what I can do ☺️
Nice flights
Get a mat and attach (your preference on how) a wooden baton at 7' 9¼", so much better when you don't have to look down to see where your foot is
Mate those flights are triggering me they've been battered but good video
Yeah I thought would trigger people but when practice I use flights until battered and use new for matches and things , thank you

Grip is a very individual thing. Pencil hold may or may not work. I shoot thumb and index finger only, but it doesn't work for everyone either.

my pencil grip causes me to have three fingers on top and thumb at bottom, that a problem?

What weighted dart is best?
It's completely up to you, heavier darts are better for taller and harder throwers and lighter darts are better for small people and light throwers (speed)
I myself am 5.2ft (162cm) and i use 23grams
Il be at worlds 2025 after this tutorial
You’re a wrist thrower. Not everyone throws like that
When it comes to griping a dart YOU NEED TO no mate evryone does it difrent. Dont belive this guy
Never play or practice without shoes on
Why?😂 if you dont plan on playing any leauges or in pubs why would it matter?
