Sydney's Daily Wisdom (41:10): "We don't only make progress on the perfect days. We make progress through persisting, through never giving up, through never just throwing in the towel when it doesn't feel completely flawless...Progress comes from the moments in between when you feel amazing. In those moments when it would be so much easier to quit, to give up, to tap out. That's where progress comes." Today I confirmed that I am stronger than I think I am. I pushed into heavier weights and surprised myself, even though it was far from perfect. I used to strive for perfect, now I persist to make progress.

i was able to do 17.5 dumbbells to start the drop set with! i've never been able to lift that much before for a bicep curl. was it alternating arms to keep proper form? yes. did i need to drop down eventually to 15s and then 12.5s? yes BUT I DID MY HEAVIEST BICEP CURL WEIGHT EVER with this workout! thank you sydney for helping me CRUSH this! 💪🏻💕

Hello! I wonder if I am the only guy here! I found Sydney's channel and was inspired to start training! It was killing and I could not finish the session and also with much lighter dumbbells than anyone else here.
This past weekend, I knew that the Momentum program would be starting up so I was really intrigued when Russell Nelson spoke about momentum during the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints General Conference. He said, “We have seen examples of both positive and negative momentum . . . Momentum can swing either way. We have never needed positive spiritual momentum more than we do now . . . .” We really need to develop positive momentum in every aspect of our lives. Thanks Sydney for always helping us get some momentum for this area of our lives! So grateful for you!
This workout was a beast! We had a heatwave with 100° temps this week. I was so tired and lethargic, but I put maximum effort and tackled this workout!

I was struggling today but felt so inspired and lifted up by Sydney's words, especially knowing (from her insta story) that she was struggling to get the workout done right there with us. We can do amazing things when we support and lift eachother up, that is one thing (among many!) I've learned from Sydney. This was an incredible workout, I felt strong (even during those pushups in between the drop-sets at the end!) and able and will definitely be returning to this workout in the future!

Per Sydney’s directive, here is my self brag today. I crushed the 75 Hard challenge yesterday! 75 days of double 45 minute workouts, at least one outdoors, 100% consistent way of eating (whole food vegan for the win), 10 pages of a nonfiction book for self improvement, tons of water. I refused to take the officially required daily progress photo because as Sydney reminds us, it’s what your body can do, not what it looks like. I got reacquainted with stretching, I pushed when I could and lightened when I had to. Success was being consistent even though my 100% may have looked different every day.
WOW!!!! Really surprised myself with my strength today. 30lbs for hammer curls for the first time! Arms shaking. MOMENTUM is where it’s at!! Hardest program for me since Transcend. Loving the challenge and Sydney you are so inspirational. Rocking it at almost 30 weeks pregnant!!! 💪🏻
