      Agreed! My arms are so warm and I still can't feel my legs from yesterday (jk, but they're still sore). Loving the challenge of Momentum!

    My daughter came up during the workout today joined in saying "Sydney, Mommy and me, 3 girls work outing!" She also blew kisses to you and said "see you soon" at the end of the video. Thanks for being such a powerful inspiration to both my 4 year old and myself!

    Sydney's Daily Wisdom (40:41): "Change requires a stimulus." If we show up to work out but then coast through, knowing we could have done more, we are wasting the opportunity to allow our bodies- and our minds- to change. So grateful that we have a trainer who encourages us to push through every rep.

      Momentum is great. This was a challenging yet fun workout. I experienced muscle fatigue, definitely hit that point of failure, lol.

    You could not have told me that I came into this workout with fresh arms. The way my arms were shaking, you'd have thought I just did arms yesterday. Whew! That was a killer workout. I'm going to feel this tomorrow.

    I did this at 630 this morning, what a way to start the day. Momentum is such an apt name for this program, it's relentless. There is nowhere to hide. Crushed it, albeit with jelly arms by the end. 💪

    Crushed Day 2! To anyone who is new to Sydney, trust the process. I've been working out with her for two years and I've never had the strength and definition I have now even though I've worked out consistently my entire adult life. Love these strength building workouts!!

    Wow. Just wow. That was incredible - I don't think I've grunted and sworn as much as I did in that workout ever! Sydney pushed me to my very limit today and I LOVED IT. This is a FIRE workout!!

    change requires a stimulus! Yes. Had sinus headache and pushed my way through this- With cotton in my ears, I realised I missed her talk at then end-- rewind, cotton out and listened- never want to miss her wisdome! yup you need the uncomfotable stimulus push to make the changes! Got the work out in, the decongestest and vapors are kicking in and I am ready to go! Thank you every one ! push momentum

    One minute I was on a shoulder press, next minute I was cooling down. The workout just flew by!

    I haven't strength trained in a few weeks due to injury and then sickness and man do I feel weak getting back into it 😬. I did half of today's workout and I'm calling that a win!

    OMG! My shoulders and triceps were on fire in those first two circuits and then completely gave out by the end of the last two! Amazing burn and this is only level 1!! We're definitely going to get stronger this month!

    I want you to know your workouts have been awesome for me. I am a mom of two little girls. My oldest is 3 and my youngest is 1 years old. I am able to wake up before them and do your workout and be done in time to make them breakfast. I have become healthier and able to pick them up and play with them without being out of breath at all! I have so much energy to chase them and make them laugh. These workouts have made such difference in my life. Thank you.
