    Did not have much energy today, but I pushed through anyway. You can do anything for 30 seconds and just keep that mindset through the entire workout.

    Sydney encourages people to nourish their bodies, for real, not just fake talk from someone who themselves restrict their food intake and starve their bodies. She is very healthy and feeds herself like a queen. Gotta love that !

    I have lost 11 lbs since January with you sydney! As a therapist I always love the pep talks at the end ! They often remind me of what I’m telling MY clients. Sometimes we need to hear it both ways

    This is my first one trying it in line with the month and day. I couldn't do the single arm glute bridge so I held a static squat. Crushed it!

      Me too. I had to do both hands glute bridge ...so we will both work on building the strength in the arms and we both will be able to do the single arm glute bridge. Our goal

    I worked out almost everyday with you during the covid lock downs. Got diagnosed with cancer and can't work out on chemo. Looking forward to getting back to it after I beat cancer.

    Day 1 crushed 💪🏼
    I started doing Sydney’s workouts consistently about a year ago, maybe a little less, and at 31 I am genuinely in the best shape I have ever been. I have two kids, and I can see my abs 😍 and most importantly I have more confidence and self love for my body than at any other point in my life. I spent the majority of my life hating my body and how it looked, despite being thin/average. Struggling with EDs and drugs. I am sober, I fuel my body with what it needs, and my mental health is at it’s all time best (with the help of a new antidepressant hehe). This all sounds corny, but, all this has snowballed into happiness I never thought was possible for me. I’m preparing to ask for a divorce, something I’ve wanted to do, but didn’t feel strong enough or like I deserved better, so for a very long time I had decided to stay. Sydney made me realize myself and my happiness are of utmost importance- and in order to be the best mom and person I can be, I have to take care of myself and put myself first. My kids deserve that, and I deserve that. For the first time in years I am finally excited for my future. I was in the depths of depression and anxiety for so many years, I really didn’t ever think I’d find the light at the end of the tunnel. It might start out as ‘just a workout,’ but it’s turned into so much more for me. I started taking my overall health seriously, cleaned up my act, stopped smoking weed (I had already been sober from harder drugs for a bit of time), and focused on not only my physical health, but my mental health as well. I am so grateful for what you do Sydney, thank you. Life changing is an understatement, as cliché as that may be.

    Momentum day one complete!!! I always love a great glute burn and the 3 minutes of cardio at the end was great. Thanks so much Sydney I'm lifting heavier than I ever thought possible. I really appreciate the talk at the end of the workout about nutrients and building muscle. I'm getting close to being a golden girl and retaining muscle mass is very important to me. Thank you Sydney for being the best trainer!

    I am enjoying your maternity workouts Sydney as I am able to keep up with you and iI am in pelvic floor physio so I have to be less focused on weights and more on awareness and mindfulness of my body, squeezing the focusing on the pelvic floor and deep abdominals. Cannot believe you are doing this pregnant I only walked when I was pregnant 11 years ago. Had no energy....All the best THANK YOU!!!!

    I thought that the energy program was actually sapping my energy. BUT NO! I PULVERIZED THIS WORKOUT! Anyone just starting out with Sydney stick to it. She knows what she is doing. You will get stronger and feel better mentally as well as physically.

    Awesome workout! I loved it. I loved the cardio finisher at the end. It was so challenging. I found the bridge lift so hard - and I am in awe that Sydney did that move with a baby in her belly! You are AWESOME! And you motivate me! I always say to myself - ‘if Sydney can do this 28 weeks pregnant then I can do it’ !!!! ❤️

    CRUSHed it! We’re all gonna have dump trucks by the end of summer at this rate. Love fast paced quick workouts that are extremely effective! Goal for this month is to buy 2 fifty pound DB’s to go up in deadlifts, squats, glute bridge. Let’s groooowwww!!! (& GOOO)

    Thanks for the tip to move your heels away a bit if feeling a lot of 'hamstring' in the hip lifts. I definitely felt a difference and more of my glutes working instead of hamstrings!

    I'm 15-weeks post-op open heart surgery and a valve replacement (age 53). This is my first HIIT workout in a long, long time. Before my surgery I was doing Sydney's workouts for a few years and it made all the difference in my recovery. Thank you, Sydney, you help so many people in so many ways.

    I'm back after covid. 2 weeks off. I was nervous although it was only 2 weeks but it felt like forever. I think this was perfect to start with. Shorter and not too much cardio.

    Hi Sydney! I just printed out your April Momentum workout calendar and crushed Day 1 already! I have a major foot and calf surgery coming up for the middle of May, so, I am trying to get in the best shape I can beforehand and hopefully be able to continue even while in recovery. Thank you for your daily dedication and motivation. Your high energy and positivity keep me coming back for a new workout every day. See you tomorrow for Day 2!!

    This exercise was the first time I've gotten out of bed since Saturday (we had to put our beloved dog to sleep). The exercise came hard but at least I didn't cry for the 30 minutes during the workout so... Thank you!!!!
