This is precisely what taxes are, and what they can be used for: redistributing money from those who have it to those who don't. They even have a sliding scale that's constantly being tweaked. You can say you think there shouldn't be taxes, but the fact is that there are, and they do serve to take some wealth from the wealthy and give it to the less fortunate -- nominally, anyway.
I did some research a few years back. Turns out we could house all the homeless for around $20 billion per year. It's actually not that much, all things considered. The reason we don't is simply that we don't want to. We could go ahead and continue not wanting to, but then we would only have ourselves to blame. I dunno though, I WOULD rather have an $800 billion defense budget than a $780 billion defense budget though.... I'm sure that extra $20 billion makes a huge difference to the Air Force, huh?

Jones was wrong on two issues 1) The entire state of Alabama uses paper ballots for voting 2) There was a recount (Democrats still won.)
Since the 2012 shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School that left 26 dead, including 20 children between six and seven years old, Jones has maintained it was all a hoax that employed so-called "crisis actors" as the parents.
Jones claimed that the shooting was "completely fake" and staged in order to promote more restrictive gun control policies.
Eight families have sued Jones, claiming that his reports on the Sandy Hook massacre have caused them immense personal pain and led his followers to harass them. Jones’ lawyer argued that Jones’ on air persona was all “an act” and that “no reasonable person would believe him.”
Now, faced with million dollars law suits Jones, who originally called the shooting a “hoax," says he believes "really happened."
On Father’s Day 2017 Jones went on Infowars and offered the
Sandy Hook parents “my sincere condolences” for the loss of their children in “the horrible tragedy” in Newtown, Conn.
In 2018 after most of the Silicon Valley internet giants banned Jones and traffic to his Infowars website Jones declared, “The more I’m persecuted, the stronger I get.”
Jones who was averaging nearly 1.4 million visits to his website and RUclips videos did received a slight bump but three weeks afterwards his audience fell to around 700,000 hits and it has continued to sink.
