I would like to share my experience with puff from econotransfers. It will not stick to my nylon or polyester fabric jackets after washing and drying. Sticks perfect to cotton even when washed and dried
I’ll have to check on poly should do fine. Nylon is an issue with all things heat pressed in general. If it’s coated then it will present issues. So i have you reached out to them to troubleshoot your issue?

Yes you can press it on hats. The only difference from tshirts is the puff won't be as puffy...I have done this and ppl love the hats!!! #gamechanger #STAYFLY

what is the force setting when cutting this material? what is the pressure on the heatpress?
Firm pressure I don’t recall but I believe it cut on normal cut setting blade 3 speed 8 force 10 on cameo.

Stan Banks Yes Silhouette brand. Happens with both my 12x12 & 12x24 cutting mats. Sometimes it misses cutting in some places of designs also.
