When he put the hydraulic hoses back together the zip ties were not on the same side were they right?
Lol
We did that for a trick and your the only one that caught it so far!!!
I believe that was a joke for the watchful eye. LOL 😂 ❤
Nice work.
For hose clamps yes for zip ties it depends on Pressure he's dealing with. I don't know what's up with the zip ties😢😢

Saw it ! - thought you Guys were mental challenged !😆
I smashed my fingers three times just watching this. lol Good work you do. You all know your stuff. Fun to watch skill workers.
Clint, 16 years ago I rolled a Bobcat skid-steer 5 revolutions down an embankment and drove away by the grace of God. She’s still running today same engine over 8k hours rebuilt injection pump, new injectors, water pump and radiator. We named it Humpty Dumpty after that.
*THANK YOU FOR THE LONGER VIDEO!!!* 🥰
I think mason and Randy both need a raise!
I am not surprised at a lack of a parts breakdown; the world has moved on from rebuilding components to just replacing components.
You welded the whole thing and did not cover the cylinders now the cylinders could leak. Still HAVE A GREAT DAY.
Should weld the holes solid then re-drill and tap.
You could have swapped the hoses on one angle cylinder so they could both pull back at the same time.
I was hoping someone else would point that out too, thank you.
If u push with the forklift and move the tilt valve without the dozer running it'll let the pressure our of the cylinders and the blade will move back
If you put the blade down in dirt or ground, you can line it up easier. If you use the tilt cylinder (corners up or down) the blade will slide left and right, and move c-frame up and down to line up and the angle cylinders to move it near or far to line pins up.
wow just so much fixin i guess id be the one to say it thank ya loggers for all the business LOL
Kevin got a kick out of giving you the old junk bolts on the flip over special, I had a good laugh with you guys. On another note, Mason is going to be extremely valuable if he continues on the path that is before him. Great video, i enjoy watching the repairs and seeing the knowledge that you guys have. Thanks again for sharing.
Clint I love how your bringing up your boy's in the business.
Great video! Love it when you show the stuff that "might not go exactly as planned". And tell Mason that the ribbing you guys give him is all part of the learning process.
You guys had a lot of fun on this video happy times
I'd say you were international viewing. Regards from Scotland.
A day in the life of a heavy workshop, great vid!
great job lads
Ahhh loggers... gotta love 'em. Weather it's their dozers or their trucks, they def keep things interesting. The local loggers that use to be around here had a pretty good "turnover rate" with their log trucks. And knowing them, that prob happened with their other equipment often too.
I see the local logging industry is giving you job security along with some headaches. You guys do great work.
Would live to see the video of the actual rollover. Them loggers definitely keep you busy.
Great vid!
Excellent video have a great evening 👍🏻🇺🇸
Clint,
Love that press, I have the same one just a different name on it. What’s cool about those is that the head moves side to side on it. Although I don’t have to move it often but there are times that this feature is very useful and handy especially with oddball shaped parts!
The next time it rolls down the hill.
Love this kind of video Clint. I’ve told you before that I really enjoy the “problem solving” videos. Great stuff my friend!!
Third times charm guys
$4500.00 DOLLARS 😮 YIKES!
Use whatever fingers you prefer. 😂. Let the comments feed the YT algorithm. 😋
What does C & C stand for.??
Chitwood and chitwood
Clint congratulations on 120k the channel is doing awesome. Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of people.
The three of you are the dynamic trio. Mason may be quiet, but if he keeps hanging around you two he'll be hamming it up for the camera in no time. Great video.
Those loggers are really something else but hey they keep you busy and we get to see quality video’s. Good to see Mason on the tools he sure has good teachers to learn his trade. Thanks for sharing.
You and Kaven have way to much fun when y'all are working. Keep it up I just love it.
Clint, have you ever watched Kurtis at CEE (cutting edge engineering) down under in Australia? He's always building and repairing those kind of parts. Great RUclips channel.
How's it going team at C&C Equipment? Hope all is well with everyone. Have a great week team and Mrs. C. Is Hunter taking all the girls out in his awesome truck? 😁🤣😂❤️💜
Mason is a great hand. Hope he stays around for a long while. Nice to have young blood around. Learn, learn, learn and learn. I know that Tucker and Hunter are there too.
I don't know about national television, but you are broadcast through Dish Tv. Back the late 60's drove logging truck in Sierra Nevada mountains, One day watched a D9 roll end over end down the mountain and windup sitting upside down on the road. Operator climbs out dust himself off and retrieved his lunch box and sit on a stump and just stare at the aftermath. He wasn't injured, just shookup a little.
Note: Keven never a good idea to honk the horn at Randy when he has to water lance in hand. Result you can be retaliated for blowing the horn. LOL
Randy is smart and wise enough to know never to point a high pressure to a person. But i would put a bucket of water at hand.
Mr. Clinton. These last two month's have kicked my ass. Been through a helluva lot of bad. You and Kevin made me laugh hard. And I just wanted to thank you guys. I truly needed that
Well hopefully all goes well
@@C_CEQUIPMENT It will take time. Thanls
Get. We’ll soon mate, best wishes from Australia
Shouldn’t there be a check valve holding fluid up to the pump so it won’t burn up again????? Check valve leaking down causing pump to burn up prematurely.
G'day Clint & team. That's correct International not national TV. My mates and I call people who do things the cowboy way THE Dodgy BROTHERS. THANKS FOR THE FUN FELLOWS.
Awe that blade being attached at the bottom is way overrated Clinton…, just rinse that oil off the under side of the cab roof, and send her back out for work… Hahaha…! I am continually amazed at what these guys do to these dozers…, and nobody killed..
Great video,
Thank you sir.
A roll over with your seat belt on is one thing...and a roll over with OUT your seat belt on is a whole different animal. Blue Sky's.
Be careful with my Harbor Freight tools please
Those nitrogen cans are usually shock absorbers for the hydraulic system. Not saying that's what the one you pointed out is, but most are.
Thanks for the entertaining video you guys had me in stitches getting the bracket back in place.
You could have just reversed the angle hoses and then could the blade bottom in and out anywhere you wanted
Oil on the roof and you guys didn't check the engine oil?
Love the dozer repair vids.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you Clinton and Kevin and Randy as well, for doing such a stellar job of on the job training for young Mason. He has now mastered sunglasses balanced on his ball cap and sporting C&C equipment fingers as well! Thanks to all of you guys, Mason is going to make it.
👍 Really enjoy watching you boys tear down and rebuild. At 58:51, it is never a good idea to start a piece of equipment without an operator in the seat and at the controls.
I come from a logging family and loggers have some large cajones
I wonder if those loggers will look at that repair as a challenge! IE hold my beer!
Call it the shady way of sausage fingers😂😂😂😂
Great video, and very entertaining as usual. It is nice to see you talk to the customer before firing the parts canon.
At least the local loggers offer some job security for you guys.
All the best from Nottinghamshire, U.K.
Bonjour encore une vidéo agréable a regarder et de voir la complicité du team Bonne Journée --- Alain
Thanks
Clint, I believe you and Kevin must start drinking early on Friday 😂 best video yet!!
You two goomba's make stuff look easy.
I remember my time at JD dealer back in 70s and a rolled over 450 came in for roll cage and blade repair. Laid on it's top for a couple days and when the logging crew rolled it back to operating position - put it back to work until they realized lots if the fluids had drained out and things were whining and grinding now. Funny how the used parts trailer had some stuff that saved their bacon too. Good video and save for them. Like you said "they'll be back" usually for some other goofus move. My boss used to call it guaranteed income. 😄 I had a job like Mason's to start with - it helped throughout my various carriers in heavy equipment and automotive. He's a lucky young man to be around such a skilled crew, course he's a great addition for you as well.
Take 37 okay now we got it!!! At least you film real issues when fixing stuff.
That dozer is ready to ROLL again there Bub, I mean CLINTON sir!
Always great stuff. Kevin does need to be water lanced for the horn, ah hell, just because!
Enjoy the video on the JD Dozer Repairs .
Attach a chain from the track to the blade and then angle the blade!
I was thinking just a big wratchet takedown strap.
Was this a "Hold My Beer" moment for the owner?
Lol probably
The way those Logging companies break their equipment I wonder if they aren't having some sort of Dozer Demo Derby out in the woods! Of course this is great for C&C equipment and RUclips viewers. Do all these Dozers come from one company?
Management has a production based mentality in most places. I work in a factory and it's normal to see bearings flopping around ect. If it still runs run it.
The way that logging outfit goes through equipment, there has to be huge profits in logs!
you guys keep doing what you do well
Unbelievable those loggers really need the the second channel how to repair a rolled dozer great video thanks Clint and the guys
National, International television,iPad,phone, tablet, Computer! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Xboxone
It's very entertainment to watch you Sir, beacuse of your knowledge about everything in our daily world! Welcome to us in Sweden would have you as our guest, Sir! From Peter Eriksson Sweden Europe 😅😅😅!
Absolutely enjoyable video. Thanks for sharing Clint.
Great video. 49:00 I feel the pain with filling the rollers. We usually boil some water and put the oil/container in it for a few minutes it helps a lot. But that only works with the smaller sized containers obviously.
World wide I think is International TV. I could be wrong , not the first time> HAVE A GREAT DAY
The "Bailing Wire" channel...
Kevin has retained my services to file a Workplace Verbal Harassment Suit naming C&C Equipment. The owner frequently refers to him as "Sausage Fingers."
Friend on a new 850JD dozer - night on a wild fire run, Cal. mountains. 45' downhill for about a 1/2 mile on an old mining road. Too narrow for the dozer. should have parked it until daylight. DOA. Took them a year to get it out. I have a 550G, while pushing a huge brush pile, dropped into a mineshaft with trees growing out of it, no one knew it was there. Just some hoses broke. Pretty common around here, old gold mines. The brushpile made a nice plug for the hole about 30 feet down. Best damn tractor ever made. 15,000 hours+
Great content from C& C Equipment- from your Calif. viewer since 2020 - Mrs. C has too squeeze Clint for info. but she stay’s focused - Thanks 👍😁🙏
That's a recommendation for the quality of that ROPS, to show no visible sign.
Lol at the "other channel".... ( C&C "Un-Equipment) 😁😁You guys had a bit of a ride with those dozers today! Just never know what the loggers are gonna provide next!
This is what Gold Rush would call a “bush” fix lol
have y’all thought ‘bout going on tour…like maybe Abbot & Costello or Martin & Lewis? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The content and entertainment is great, keep it coming C&C.
Why do ya gotta quit doing that Clint?, pointing seems like a pretty normal thing for someone to do if ya ask me, Randy should've started spraying the oil off the top of that dozer with Kevin sitting there, just for the horn thing, "national" means nation/country not global/world, lol, but your honesty is to be commended tho,😉👍, Kevin just constantly sabotages your video's with his petty bs, and then he laughs right in your face over all the trouble he causes you with his pettiness, you really need to give him a few 60hr work-weeks of grueling, dirty, nasty work with zero appreciation, he's so lucky I'm not his boss, I'd keep his da around just to torture him, or to force him to quit, 🤞😉, and I'd bet that he undermines you every chance he gets where your boys are concerned also, I seriously doubt that a cool boss like Clint would have any trouble whatsoever replacing Kevin,👍, "fix that Mason!, your in my way Mason", poor Mason,😖, lol, thanks for sharing guys.
Kevin doesn't talk about his HF platinum card anymore. Slap get a the Kevins fingers from HF?
Nobody watches National Television,do they ?
Internet, RUclips,FB,Ticky tack etc .
How many takes does it takes to takes a takes of a takes ?
Could you have drilled out the threads and then cut a thread for an insert. Like a TimeCert. I had a cylinder head bolt thread in a block pull out and engineering company drill out the cast iron bigger tapped a steel bar and glued and screwed in the solid bar then drilled and tapped the threaded bar. It worked very well?
Clint I am no where Near the heavy equip. guy that you are !!! But after seeing oil or whatever on the cab cover ? I think I would've shut dozer off immediately !! Checked oil then and there !!? Please don't think I'm telling you what to do.? Maybe you've already had communications with logger guy : )
$4500 for that little pump. I pray to god every time before I run my ‘86 450c since I’ve been watching. 🙏
I really enjoyed watching the premiere of “ The New Channel “ lol. The Day in the life of Sausage Fingers.. 😊 lol. Kidding aside, this was a interesting video Clint. I was surprised at the cost of a new pump but nothing is cheap nowadays..
Yeah that was interesting. You don't see this kind of stuff everyday. Good stuff guys. 👍👍🙂🇨🇦
ho😅w about putting zome safety jacks under the blade while welding nice vodep
Naw! RUclips is NOT NATIONAL TV--it’s INTERNatioal,….😂😂
Tweaking Tuesday!! lol ,, I'm ready! Here we go!! Cheers!;-)!!
You guys are not National, your GLOBAL 😀 Hi from New Zealand.
Maybe Deere just make shit stuff?
Having said that, if you treat your stuff like shit, you should be charged an extra 25% "idiot" surcharge to get it sorted.
Mike Rowe says Safety 3rd. And I like his explanation.
Thanks for the air in the dip stick hole tip. That was gold. The clint and Kevin show is fun as usual. Carry on.
My 550g can sit for a month and when I pull the dipstick I still get air pressure in it. 15,000 hours, Amazing machine.
