Happy Monday all! I hope everyone had a great weekend! Did anyone do anything special this weekend? I have a busy one coming up, headed to the Quad Cities for a Comic Con on Friday and Saturday, and then on Sunday I will be in Bensenville for my new kids' cookbook launch! Wow a little busy lol. Anyway, enough of that on to today's recipe! I am making some cool and simple Bacon Blue Cheese Pasta Salad!
