Have you been to culinary school? You seem to be very knowledgeable regarding cooking. And of course tons of talent! I know you have lots of experience cooking. Perhaps you had/have a grandmother that you watched or cooked with. I know this much, you feed my tastebuds! I always enjoy your videos. Early on I got my inspiration from my Mama bc we were made to help in the kitchen. I was one of three daughters. It never was work for me bc I loved it. Now I have those memories of being in the kitchen with my Mama.
I’m a home cook, taught by my grandmas and mom. I am loving your channel and recipes. 🥰❤👍 Since it is my husband and I (retired) I find it easy to half the recipes for us. But with 3 growing grandsons I can see where doubling the recipes may be necessary. 😂🤣😬🤦♀ I’m making your chicken bacon ranch sliders for dinner tonight. And my grandmothers cabbage rolls this weekend. I would like to see more slider recipes such as maybe a Philly cheesesteak one. ❤
This is basically an Italian dish. I love the pesto idea but it needs red wine vinegar. The vinaigrette is the traditional dressing. I’m not a fan of pepperoni or basil based pesto. I use parsley and mint. For best flavors I used Hard Salami. It adds such great flavor.
Gruyere shredded or a good feta cheese instead of mozzarella would be a flavorful substitute. Thinly sliced carmalized andui might be tastier than pepperoni...mebbe 🤔
I am definitely trying this. I will add some black olives.
YES!
Kalamata olives!
Olives are necessary. ❤
So I made this dish and it was delicious. The sun dried tomatoes put the surprise spin on it! Thanks for sharing
Been waiting for a good pasta salad recipe!!
Looking Good!!! I'm not gardening this year either. First time in 50 years. Darn bugs and birds.
Absolutely loooooovvvee basil and homemade basil pesto!!!
Enjoy your week✊🏽
When you mentioned your garden and still being upset about everything getting eaten.... I felt that 😭

Looking good ❤
Nice pasta salad 👍👍
This rite here is good eating when u on the go 😊
Looks damn tasty but expensive to make. Pine nuts alone are around $15 near me.
I use pistachios, much cheaper and still really good
You can buy an already made pesto if that’s an option. BJ’s and Costco sell pesto.
Walnuts are also used in place of pine nuts. I use pine nuts and buy where I can get in bulk, so only buy exactly how much I need for recipe.
Walnuts, pecans, and/or sunflower seeds are options, too.
Yummy Yummy
You had me at pesto… subscribed😂
I’m allergic to ALL tree nuts. Is it possible to make the pesto WITHOUT nuts?
So is my auntie. I hope he can respond to your comment!
Yes you can
My niece is allergic to nuts and my sister was told to sub with sunflower seeds if needing the crunch in recipes.
@@angelatruly nice, thank you!
What about pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds?
Yummy 😋
Looks great, but I can’t do basil…any suggestions on an alternative to the basil that may work for this recipe?
Notification gang happy Thursday
Without the pepperoni , it would have been literally pure Italian , good job.
Can u use feta and sliced black olives
Yummy
Would you add cooked zucchini or just add it raw?
All I Can Say Is,....DAMN!

Mint pesto sounds awful lol
It really does😩. Throw that mint in a mojito!
@@pepper8437 I second that! 😅
I’m sorry to hear about your garden, chef! 😂

Ngl I feel like you celebrated Juneteenth with us and I'm absolutely okay with that 😂😂
