Thank you coach Mere for all your videos. i subscribe to your platform and am doing my intermediate level one and done each day. but i also like to incorporate some of your free youtube videos as well but want to make sure i am not over exercising and say increasing my cortisol levels. i do a one and done and than do your arm and thigh and butt workouts after. is that too much?

Modifications include a step jack, not doing a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost, etc.). Also, the workouts are low-impact and performed at your own pace, so you can work at a level that is suitable for you! 🤩👍
