    I really like this format of “just do it” vs watch exercise first and do…I am stoked to connect to these exercises daily.

    I loved this workout. Thank you Coach Mere. ❤ I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. Any excercises you can recommend? 😘 . In know excercise is important.

    Thank you coach Mere for all your videos. i subscribe to your platform and am doing my intermediate level one and done each day. but i also like to incorporate some of your free youtube videos as well but want to make sure i am not over exercising and say increasing my cortisol levels. i do a one and done and than do your arm and thigh and butt workouts after. is that too much?

      Thanks so much for your support, @sue418! ❤️ Combining One & Done with targeted workouts is great, but listen to your body. If you feel good and recover well, you’re fine. If you feel fatigued, consider alternating or scaling back. You’re doing awesome! 💪 😊

    For knee osteoarthritis, I have trouble doing some of the squats. Is there an alternative exercise?

      I always recommend that you consult your physician before starting any new exercise program, but I offer many modifications for my exercises. Modifications include a step jack, not doing a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost, etc.). Also, the workouts are low-impact and performed at your own pace, so you can work at a level that is suitable for you! 🤩👍
