It’s sad in life. There are teams like the Patriots that make the Super Bowl almost consistently and win while other teams like the Browns and Lions don’t get there. You hope that every team wins one just to feel that joy of what the others felt.

@Amir Khan Remember the 2014 NFC Championship Game?
That game was given away to the Seahawks.
Too many mistakes at the end of the game on defense and special teams.
MM and Rodgers had one other chance in 2017 against the Atlanta Falcons. Neither teams (GB) had a good enough defense.
ML and Rodgers had a great first 3 seasons run but the defense, again, wasn't up to par.
That last playoff game was a bust because Rodgers was a bust and so was the ST.
You can't blame Brett nor Rodgers, really, because their defenses weren't up to snuff
Let me add one more thing, that last playoff appearance with Brett and MH was cut short because Jerry Rice really did fumble the ball but they abolished instant replay challenges that year. The Packers did re over the fum le and they could have, probably would have, gone on to the Superbowl.
People seem to forget those 2 games.

This team had one of the most incredible runs of all time. Between week 15 of 2010 and week 14 of 2011 they went 19-0. Crazy that 10-6 ends in a Super Bowl and 15-1 ends without a single playoff win.

I was at the Skins loss. Hard walking out of that one. Things fell apart after that. Thought the season was over a few times. They always found a way to just hang in there. When DeSean Jackson shattered New York with that punt return, it was like... this is it. After that, I really felt like this could happen. I remember Aikman saying during the win over New York, “I don’t think anyone would really like to play the Green Bay Packers if they get in.” You just has that feeling. Really special season, and I think in a way, it really tells the story about what life is like for us all. Just find a way to hang in there.

The 1st NFL game I ever seen live was week 17 Bears vs Packers n Lambeau when the Packers had to win to make the wild card game. I’ve attended numerous games since then but that was hands down the most perfect way to start my NFL journey. The 2nd best NFL game I was at was last season (2021) in Chicago when Rodgers told the Bears “ I still Own you” I also met Aaron Jones mom and daughter at that game. BUT hands down the worst most depressing game I’ve ever attended was a playoff game (also last season 2021) San Francisco 49ers Vs. Green Bay Packers when we blew the NFC divisional game that also ended up being Davante Adams last game as a Packer :(

Packers could've and really should've. Packers shot themselves too many times in the foot that they bled out. That really was the definition of a game where a team beats themselves. That loss felt similar to the 2015 NFC Championship. Actually hurts more than the Falcons and 49ers blowout loss cause in those games you were outplayed and outcoached by better teams. Yes I have to admit that I like this episode but it brings back such bad memories for watching my Steelers het beat by a Pittsburgh guy that I can’t watch past 39:39. I was so worried you guys would get us in the big game that I yelled at the TV when the Bears lost to you in the last game & in the NFC title game. Congrats though, you guys were the better team. It’s a crime that you haven’t been back since. Great franchise. 👍

I hope the current team gets enough confidence and momentum going into the last two weeks this year. They need to be communicating like you see here with the coaches to the players and the players to the players about the other teams weak spots and so forth as the game progresses. Pushing each other. Talking each other up.

As much as loved My Raiders and Charles Woodson. I’m glad he went to Green Bay. It saved his career and probably his life. He was outta control and needed to get out of Oakland. He revived his career winning Defensive player of the year and a Super Bowl. I cheered for Green Bay during the 2010 run because of Woodson. It was great retired as Raider but his greatness is with the Packers.

I remember watching that divisional game ve the falcons and watching that game I said” I think this is the best performance I’ve ever seen from a player.” That being Rodgers, my god he was the definition of unstoppable, I’ve honestly never seen anything like it. This packers team was a lot of fun, so many injuries and some crazy stat if I remember was they never were down by more than 10 points in a game, something along those lines. Or they never lost a game by more than 2 scores, and they finished with a 9-7 record so that’s pretty crazy. Could of easily been a 16-0 team haha

    • @finchborat

As much as I love Aaron Rodgers,he want make it back to another Super Bowl unless that defense takes it to another level..That window of him basically carrying them all the way 2011-2015 where he constantly had them either with no.1 seeds, conference championship games and he was the best player on the field, those days are over,he still is elite but that defense got killed twice by the 49ers,they got to improve

    • @jenx5870
      @jenx5870 Год назад +1

Now, y'all need receivers, too. It seems like they got rid of a lot of the receivers that Rodgers used to count on to make plays. If the defense isn't great, and the offense is new and short on versatility, it isn't going to work out very well. Maybe we could arrange for McCarthy to do a conference call, and help the team figure it out again? He's been helping our offense (at least he did in 2021). We'll see what hiring Schottenheimer does this year. You did beat us in OT, so there is hope. My stepdad is a Packers fan. I would love to see the Packers bring home another title while Aaron is still on the roster, assuming he's coming back. The fans deserve another Rodgers Super Bowl win. At least, I think so.

It’s crazy to think some fans hated Rodgers so much before he even had a chance to play. Now in hindsight that looks so stupid cus Rodgers turned out to be even better than Favre. Now fans love Rodgers and are pissed about the drafting of Love. I really hope Rodgers wins at least 1 more Super Bowl to cement his legacy as the greatest Packer of all time. Then I hope he can win at least one more as a Packer or on a another team if the Packers unfortunately let him go at the end of his contract. I believe Rodgers has already proven to be a top 5 QB of all time, but if he can win 1 or 2 more then he can catapult himself into the conversation of top 3 QB of all time and even maybe challenge Montana and Brady has the GOAT. His resume would be difficult to argue against. His crazy passer rating, TD to Int Rate, Interception %, Total TDs, MVPs, and a 3-0 Super Bowl records. Regardless id he wins more Superbowls Rodgers is my favorite QB of all time and will be sad to see him retire. I really enjoyed watching him play all these years
