This team had one of the most incredible runs of all time. Between week 15 of 2010 and week 14 of 2011 they went 19-0. Crazy that 10-6 ends in a Super Bowl and 15-1 ends without a single playoff win.

I was at the Skins loss. Hard walking out of that one. Things fell apart after that. Thought the season was over a few times. They always found a way to just hang in there. When DeSean Jackson shattered New York with that punt return, it was like... this is it. After that, I really felt like this could happen. I remember Aikman saying during the win over New York, “I don’t think anyone would really like to play the Green Bay Packers if they get in.” You just has that feeling. Really special season, and I think in a way, it really tells the story about what life is like for us all. Just find a way to hang in there.
The 1st NFL game I ever seen live was week 17 Bears vs Packers n Lambeau when the Packers had to win to make the wild card game. I’ve attended numerous games since then but that was hands down the most perfect way to start my NFL journey. The 2nd best NFL game I was at was last season (2021) in Chicago when Rodgers told the Bears “ I still Own you” I also met Aaron Jones mom and daughter at that game. BUT hands down the worst most depressing game I’ve ever attended was a playoff game (also last season 2021) San Francisco 49ers Vs. Green Bay Packers when we blew the NFC divisional game that also ended up being Davante Adams last game as a Packer :(
I was born in Houston, Texas when I started watching football the Houston Oilers weren't in town anymore but a player wearing green and yellow with the number 4 on their jersey caught my attention therefore I became a green bay Packers fan for life
Packers could've and really should've. Packers shot themselves too many times in the foot that they bled out. That really was the definition of a game where a team beats themselves. That loss felt similar to the 2015 NFC Championship. Actually hurts more than the Falcons and 49ers blowout loss cause in those games you were outplayed and outcoached by better teams. The Bucs, not so much.
2010 year was magical. It was more than just a football team. A band of brothers, if you will. The emergence of Aaron Rodgers legacy. I tell you what, this year, the Packers are special. This is the most optimistic I've been about my Packers since the year they won the Superbowl. Im a proud Packer fan and always will be, through thick and thin.
Thats how I feel about this years team; I felt like last year there was a lot of bad blood and it was partially about vengeance (Drafting a QB in the 1st) and this year its about enjoying something that wont last much longer. Plus the injuries to start the season and hopefully guys getting healthy at the right time just like 2010.
Oh seeing Charles Woodson got injured in the SB reminded me of Rodney Harrison when he was also injured during his first SB championship with the Pats. Both really wanted to get a ring at that time to prove the doubters wrong.
Things didn’t end well with Mike in Green Bay, but nobody could say the man wasn’t dedicated. Dude’s gonna do big things in Dallas with that scary offense. As for Green Bay... we’ll see next year.
Tbh I’m wondering what if it wasn’t his fualt don’t get me wrong his play calling hasn’t always been the best but what if it’s the packers defense fault for there loses the last few years

Its crazy but did anyone notice? Years later in 2023, Darnell savage almost COMPLETELY replayed history with his Pick 6 against the Cowboys in EXACTLY the same manner that BJ Raji did in that Bears NFC champ game

@@drewdrewski4188 most of the guys on the championship team were brought back the following year. But we quickly went from having one of best d to the absolute worst in one season.

@Matt H I am from DFW, so I don't know the ins and outs, but it seems like they got rid of a lot of receivers. The defense isn't anything to write home about, which doesn't help, but if Rodgers doesn't have at least a few good receivers to help him make plays, the team will be in trouble.
I hope the current team gets enough confidence and momentum going into the last two weeks this year. They need to be communicating like you see here with the coaches to the players and the players to the players about the other teams weak spots and so forth as the game progresses. Pushing each other. Talking each other up.
Even though this was way back in 2010, I remembered these games vividly. Awesome video! Now I'm hoping NFL football will have fans in the stadiums in September 2020 for the newest season.
Yes I have to admit that I like this episode but it brings back such bad memories for watching my Steelers het beat by a Pittsburgh guy that I can’t watch past 39:39. It’s a crime that you haven’t been back since. Great franchise. 👍
They should’ve looked at the win over the Giants in week 16. That was the pivotal game. Something happened on that frosty and festive day and at that point I think everyone knew it might happen. Late in the game, Troy Aikman said, “just looking at this... I’m not sure anyone will be too excited to play the Packers.”
This was smash mouth football the whole playoff run they were the bullies and applied pressure on many levels beautiful to watch being from Wisconsin the bucks recently did it the same way also seen favre win
As much as loved My Raiders and Charles Woodson. I’m glad he went to Green Bay. It saved his career and probably his life. He was outta control and needed to get out of Oakland. He revived his career winning Defensive player of the year and a Super Bowl. I cheered for Green Bay during the 2010 run because of Woodson. It was great retired as Raider but his greatness is with the Packers.
As a Philly guy, this is why rogers is my favorite QB bar none. Its where he came from. Self made. Dude is a baller. I didn't know all of this about McCarthy. I like him now.
As a Steelers fan, I was so devastated seeing how easily the Packers moved on offense. They had four top wide receivers in Donald Driver, Greg Jennings, James Jones, and Jordy Nelson. Now it's even more devastating knowing Hines Ward and Antwaan Randle El were our starting wide receivers with Mike Wallace, Emmanuel Sanders, and Antonio Brown. Between both teams there's 7 Pro Bowlers with 21 all together.
I remember watching that divisional game ve the falcons and watching that game I said” I think this is the best performance I’ve ever seen from a player.” That being Rodgers, my god he was the definition of unstoppable, I’ve honestly never seen anything like it. This packers team was a lot of fun, so many injuries and some crazy stat if I remember was they never were down by more than 10 points in a game, something along those lines. Or they never lost a game by more than 2 scores, and they finished with a 9-7 record so that’s pretty crazy. Could of easily been a 16-0 team haha
Great team. The 2010 Green Bay Packers overcame a lot and never trailed by more than a touchdown. Aaron Rodgers had an incredible performance in the Super Bowl.
As much as I love Aaron Rodgers,he want make it back to another Super Bowl unless that defense takes it to another level..That window of him basically carrying them all the way 2011-2015 where he constantly had them either with no.1 seeds, conference championship games and he was the best player on the field, those days are over,he still is elite but that defense got killed twice by the 49ers,they got to improve
Now, y'all need receivers, too. It seems like they got rid of a lot of the receivers that Rodgers used to count on to make plays. If the defense isn't great, and the offense is new and short on versatility, it isn't going to work out very well. Maybe we could arrange for McCarthy to do a conference call, and help the team figure it out again? He's been helping our offense (at least he did in 2021). We'll see what hiring Schottenheimer does this year. You did beat us in OT, so there is hope. My stepdad is a Packers fan. I would love to see the Packers bring home another title while Aaron is still on the roster, assuming he's coming back. The fans deserve another Rodgers Super Bowl win. At least, I think so.
I'm looking forward to the Packers being as "sneaky good" in the coming few years. It's always good to hear from true NFL fans on here. I was never a fan of the JETS but I did like it when Vinny Testaverde played qb1 for them. You guys had Kiesean Johnson and let him walk, along with Marshall Faulk, and I could never understand that. But, hey, those were the 90's, eh? Good luck this year! After all, half of your team are ex-Packers so.... I'll be rooting for you guys as well.
This PACKERS team was special!! That Defense with Charles Woodson, Clay Mathews, Nick Collins, BJ Raji, Tramon Williams & Sam Shields!! They played with heart, energy, & fire! They never gave up!! 15 player's on IR, was pretty crazy!! That was the BEST WR group, Aaron Rodgers ever had!! Greg Jennings, Jordy Nelson, Donald Driver & James Jones!! It's very laughable when you compare the last 2 NFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME in 2019 & 2020, with a WR GROUP of, Devante Adams, MVS, Allen Lazard, E. St. Brown & Tavon Austin... Love watching this 2010 Superbowl Team!! Great chemistry & love for each other!!
That backfield was absolutely legendary and PIVOTAL in that stretch run. Collins, Shields, Williams... I miss those guys so so much. What an unbelievably talented and incredible group of guys. Big ol Raji too!
13 years later and its clear what some ounishing hits and alternative medicines have done to Aaron Rodgers mind and his taste of humble pie. Which is sad, I sure koced watching him and got to see him in person. Hope to be watching one of these with Love someday.
It was 13 years since Brett Favre was our Qb1 in 1997 up to 2010 when ARod took us to our last Superbowl. It's been 13 years since we were last on the Superbowl. Wouldn't it be poetic of Love took us to another Superbowl 13 years later?
As a die hard Steelers fan this game crushed my soul because I really wanted Hines Ward James Harrison Troy Polamalu Big Ben and Heath Miller to have their 3rd Super Bowl rings. But Aaron Rodgers will go down as the greatest QB ever
He will be inducted into the hall of fame as both a packer and raider......yes I am a packer fan, he did solidify his hall of fame status when he won dpy and suoerbowl

No truer words were ever spoken. Awesome meeting you, Sir.
Now, you have Tae Adams. So, we're even now.
God bless
I'm a raiders fan too this superbowl was epic to watch. So happy for c wood
As a Philly guy, this is why rogers is my favorite QB bar none. Its where he came from. Self made. Dude is a baller. I didn't know all of this about McCarthy. I like him now.
Glad you're aboard 😀 😊 👍
@@troyboy1969 who would have thought that he would end up coaching the Cowboys? Lol😂
Everyone knows it took everybody to win it all, but damn - CHARLES WOODSON was one of the greatest AND coolest Packers EVER!!!!
Because he really a raider lol
Yeah a team that couldn’t get it done with him Go Pack Go
The amount of times I've watched this on my DVR from when I originally recorded it from its airing is almost embarrassing 😅😅😅
Thats awesome
The Lombardi trophy is coming back home can wait to hear the again
Packers are going all the way this year.
The 2010's were set to be the Packers decade.
Not to be, plenty of blame to go around.
Came back to this ...hope Rodgers understands the Jordan love pick
I remember watching that divisional game ve the falcons and watching that game I said” I think this is the best performance I’ve ever seen from a player.” That being Rodgers, my god he was the definition of unstoppable, I’ve honestly never seen anything like it. This packers team was a lot of fun, so many injuries and some crazy stat if I remember was they never were down by more than 10 points in a game, something along those lines. Or they never lost a game by more than 2 scores, and they finished with a 9-7 record so that’s pretty crazy. Could of easily been a 16-0 team haha
They finished 10-6. But as we saw in 2011, they would've been a 16-0 team if not for the injuries.
Is that uproar by lil Wayne playing in the background at 10:45?
The part you hear (and what Wayne uses) is a sample off of Special Delivery by G. Dep and P Diddy
Audio Empire damn I never knew that.
"not since general Sherman came through here in the civil war, has Atlanta been beaten so thoroughly." Greatest announcer call ever?
Great team. The 2010 Green Bay Packers overcame a lot and never trailed by more than a touchdown. Aaron Rodgers had an incredible performance in the Super Bowl.
I can't be the only one who re-watches this every time we lose in the playoffs.
We not losing this year😉 unless defense sells again
@@henryketorm455 our offense selled this time
And crys about it... 😫😫
I miss this line up .
Now they’re all gone it’s sad really 😢
You ain't lying. After ARod and Crosby left, that squads completely gone.
We'll always have the memories though.
To beat the Bears for an NFC title in CHICAGO? All time, greatest, greatest, sweetest games I have ever seen.
Here for the 2022 superbowl champions… The GreenBay Packers!!! Go pack go
Right on!
tremon williams and rodgers carried playoffs tbh
Jordan Love will be the next QB to bring the title back home 🏆🙏
Charles Woodsen. An amazing player and a great man. Thanks for the GREAT Entertainment Mister Woodsen!! You Rock!!!
Charles WoodSON
Is pretty good too
As much as I love Aaron Rodgers,he want make it back to another Super Bowl unless that defense takes it to another level..That window of him basically carrying them all the way 2011-2015 where he constantly had them either with no.1 seeds, conference championship games and he was the best player on the field, those days are over,he still is elite but that defense got killed twice by the 49ers,they got to improve
8:00 mark. That'll be Jordan Love saying that someday.
I selfishly wish this was the 2010 Jets, but that Packers team was so damn good.
I love Nick Collins

The Lombardi trophy is coming back home can wait to hear the again
Love will take us there in the next 3 years
I said the same thing
I can’t wait for the future of this team hopefully they can stay healthy this year has not been kind
Does anyone know the music that plays at 28:39?
14 guys on IR. I heard that every team that’s had that many players on IR never won more than 6 games. Crazy
I watch this video all I see is an NFL Hall of Famer. You could say Charles woodson is a shoe in.
What's EVERYONE WHINING ABOUT? I'm not even a Packers Fan and all I have to say is RESOLUTION be damned, thank you for the FREE CONTENT!!!😎😎
I think Niners just messed up on a top quarterback again this year in the draft. 3 for 3.
2021, and still owning the Bears.
Wish there was some AJ in this doc of the season.
The 2010 packers kick ass in super bowl 45.😀👍🏈
What a dream year steelers the most dominant team th years and us the little 6 seed but with all the heart
Charles Woodson must of loved Green Bay more then Oakland
As a die hard Steelers fan this game crushed my soul because I really wanted Hines Ward James Harrison Troy Polamalu Big Ben and Heath Miller to have their 3rd Super Bowl rings. But Aaron Rodgers will go down as the greatest QB ever
aaron rodgers needs 2 more super bowls to be considered the best ever
He will be inducted into the hall of fame as both a packer and raider......yes I am a packer fan, he did solidify his hall of fame status when he won dpy and suoerbowl
Clay Matthews looks just like his father, have a 1991 Topps card of his dad and he has a father who also played in the NFL
I don't bleed red, I bleed Green & Yellow #GoPackGo
Cant wait for packers 2022 America’s game with arod, matty, and jaire💯
Aaron: “I dreamed of being the QB of the 49ers…”
In a way, Aaron , when it mattered, you were. You were…
Im so glad rodgers won a ring, it just hurts when other people hate him for only winning one ring but you dont need to win super bowls to be a great quarterback
They "hated" him because he played for the Packers.
Now that he's a Jet, They love him. Go figure that one out, eh?
What’s the song title at 28:40
The Packers Team needs to watch this video
Brett Favre's last pass as a Packer: Interception
Aaron Rodgers' last pass as a Packer: Interception
Coincidence?
And both go to the Jets the following yr. Only here, Rodgers isn't coming in and out of retirement and he's about to start year 2 with the Jets.
This yr is the yr
