If you're using a plug-in to restore RUclips dislikes, you should know that they're VERY inaccurate - as they just approximate the dislikes, rather than provide accurate numbers. This video only has 4 dislikes.

wow so the series was popular in japan since the first? that explains the huge popularity in speedrunning the third game and how much movement tech was involved even before guys in the west started speedruning themselves.
