Ever wondered what it's like to be a professional Athlete? Follow Lucy and Reece for a busy day in the life of training for triathlon, and see the work it takes to compete at professional level!
It's difficult to pinpoint a typical day as the team like to change things up a lot in training, so we documented a bit of everything in this big day of training - swim & track sessions, followed by a dog walk, and the final ZPRO race in the evening!
