I bet they consumed a lot more carbs and protein via supplements not shown, and sometimes on days with more sessions, it is harder to have bigger meals for digestion reasons. Also they each could've had a full pizza at dins for all we know hahaa

Seeing you guys being able to go out and do these things brings peace to my mind because I feel as it I'm experiencing this as well as you guys in some ways (wouldn't keep up with yous in training bear in mind!!!) But yeah, hope to see more of this! Again thanks for sharing your day in life! :)

Basically what I train in 1 week condensed in a day :). But the highlight is still the private "pain cave". It's not a cave anymore, it's a top notch personal studio. If I had anything comparable in my basement my friends and family would not see me in weeks :). Good Luck at the upcoming races.

Living overseas now and yet to get a bike out here :( so missing riding mostly and pools! Hopefully will get training properly soon! xx
This was cool. Back in the day I got to spend a day with Lance Armstrong. One of the greatest days of my life. He trains like a triathlete, running and swimming in the Hollywood hills. and of course biking in a glass pain cave.
More! I am new to the triathlon world, do you guys follow a specific meal plan or just go off hunger? I feel like my nutrition needs to be top notch with all the training I’ve been doing.
We have a mix. Our nutritional needs are met with our meal planning, however we sometimes need additional calories and those are topped up by going off hunger.

I respect the age groupers more than the pros. What’s the point of the pros? They just exist for advertising and they all take PEDs.
